Abstract
玻璃钢化粪池,属于污水处理用卫生设施,它由玻璃钢制成,用开孔的隔板将玻璃钢管分为两部分,封闭的两端上的开口用作进出口,解决现砖砌化粪池施工周期长、易泄漏、使用寿命短等不足,具有施工简便、密封、耐压性高,不易粘附污物等特点,使用寿命达50年以上,不用维护,综合长远效率高。

本实用新型属于污水处理用卫生设施。
我国目前采用的化粪池是由砖砌加混凝土浇铸而成的，这种化粪池的不足之处是施工周期长，由于水泥的抗腐蚀性差，长期使用易形成泄漏，从而导致周围的地基松软、下沉；另外，其内壁粗糙，易吸附各种微生物和脏物，隔一段时间就需清洗，且长方体的外形，使池壁承受的压力较大，在长期受外力重压时，易发生坍塌，缩短了其使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的，就是要提供一种施工简便、不泄漏，使用寿命长的玻璃钢化粪池。
本实用新型全由玻璃钢制成。玻璃钢主要由拉伸很高的玻璃纤维起着骨架增强作用，而耐压耐磨性较强的合成树脂作为基体材料使纤维粘接在一起，由里到外为防腐的富树脂层、防渗层、石英砂刚度层、防腐防侵蚀的富树脂层，采用纤维连续缠绕法生产，制作时，先把它制成管形，直径为1400～2600MM，壁厚为18～40MM，根据所需的容积大小来确定其直径和长度。设有开孔的隔极，固定置于玻璃钢管中，将其分为两个互为连通的空间，分别作为沉淀池和化粪池，其顶部分别开有开口，封闭的两端上的开口为进口和出口。将加工制作好的玻璃钢化粪池横置于挖好的坑内，连接好进出口，再用土回填夯实，顶部上的开口稍低于地面，盖上盖便可使用。
本实用新型由于是用玻璃钢制成，施工简便，密封生、耐压性好，表面光滑，不易粘附污物，使用温度范围一般在-40℃～80℃，使用寿命达50年以上，不用维护，综合长远效益高。

如图中所示，制作一个6.25M3的玻璃钢化粪池1，在其中间固定有开孔的隔板2，将化粪池分为一大一小两部分，作为沉淀池和化粪池，顶部分别开有开口3、4，用作检查、清理，封闭的两端上的开口，分别作为进口5和出口6，管径为1800MM，壁厚22MM，长度为3500MM。

1、玻璃钢化粪池，其特征在于：设有开孔的隔板(2)固定置于玻璃钢管中，将其分为两个互为连通的空间，其顶部分别开有开口(3、4)，封闭的两端上的开口为进口(5)和出口(6)。
