Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种保温铝塑复合管,包括管体,其管体的外壁上复合一层高分子发泡保温材料层,最外层表面上复合一层防护层。本实用新型结构简单,改进合理,保温效果好,容易实施,且具有美化装饰效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种保温铝塑复合管,属于输送管道。
目前,铝塑复合管因其性能优越得到了越来越广泛的应用,但是由于其后续的保温实施措施繁琐,实施的保温性能差,而且施工难度大,施工效率低,外观也不佳,不能令用户十分满意。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温效果好,容易实施的保温铝塑复合管。
本实用新型所述的保温铝塑复合管,包括管体,其管体的外壁上复合一层高分子发泡保温材料层。保温层直接与管体复合于一体,保温效果好,容易实施。
所述的复合管,其管体的外表面复合一层防护层,如高分子膜或自结皮等,起防护作用,在防护层上复合镀层,又增强阳光的反射,进一步增强保温效果,而且美观,具有装饰效果。
可以看出,本实用新型结构简单,改进合理,保温效果好,容易实施,且具有美化装饰效果。该复合管还具有一定程度的柔韧性,应用领域大大拓宽。

如图所示,本实用新型所述的保温铝塑复合管从内到外依次由高分子材料层1、铝膜层2、高分子材料层3、高分子发泡保温材料层4和防护层5构成,各层间有粘合剂粘接。

1、一种保温铝塑复合管,包括管体,其特征在于管体的外壁上复合一层高分子发泡保温材料层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合管,其特征在于管体的外表面复合一层防护层。
3、根据权利要求2所述的复合管,其特征在于防护层为一高分子膜。
