Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种保温铝塑复合管,包括管体,其管体的外壁上复合一层高分子发泡保温材料层,最外层表面上复合一层防护层。本实用新型结构简单,改进合理,保温效果好,容易实施,且具有美化装饰效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种保温铝塑复合管，属于输送管道。
目前，铝塑复合管因其性能优越得到了越来越广泛的应用，但是由于其后续的保温实施措施繁琐，实施的保温性能差，而且施工难度大，施工效率低，外观也不佳，不能令用户十分满意。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温效果好，容易实施的保温铝塑复合管。
本实用新型所述的保温铝塑复合管，包括管体，其管体的外壁上复合一层高分子发泡保温材料层。保温层直接与管体复合于一体，保温效果好，容易实施。
所述的复合管，其管体的外表面复合一层防护层，如高分子膜或自结皮等，起防护作用，在防护层上复合镀层，又增强阳光的反射，进一步增强保温效果，而且美观，具有装饰效果。
可以看出，本实用新型结构简单，改进合理，保温效果好，容易实施，且具有美化装饰效果。该复合管还具有一定程度的柔韧性，应用领域大大拓宽。

如图所示，本实用新型所述的保温铝塑复合管从内到外依次由高分子材料层1、铝膜层2、高分子材料层3、高分子发泡保温材料层4和防护层5构成，各层间有粘合剂粘接。

1、一种保温铝塑复合管，包括管体，其特征在于管体的外壁上复合一层高分子发泡保温材料层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合管，其特征在于管体的外表面复合一层防护层。
3、根据权利要求2所述的复合管，其特征在于防护层为一高分子膜。
