Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种四凹槽防溢漏卫生巾,它的内置吸收层被卫生纸双包覆后,正面反面再分别包覆无纺布和流涎膜,并且该卫生巾设计有前后、左右四条防溢漏凹槽,这四凹槽均设计为附合人体结构的弧形,而且具有一定的宽度和深度。该卫生巾具有良好的防溢漏和防内置吸收层断裂功能,使用安全可靠。

Description

一种四凹槽防溢漏卫生巾
目前，现有卫生巾，不论其内部结构如何，正面都只有左右两条弧形的防侧漏凹槽。这种结构的卫生巾虽然可有效地阻止左、右两侧溢漏，促使液体渗透到内置吸收层，但却对前后溢漏无任何防御作用，因此使用时，常有前后溢漏问题发生，令使用者尴尬异常。
本实用新型的目的，在于针对现有技术存在的上述不足，提供一种四凹槽防溢漏卫生巾，该卫生巾不仅可以有效地阻止前后溢漏，而且结构简单，生产容易。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种四凹槽防溢漏卫生巾，包括内含高分子吸水剂的木棉内置吸收层，吸收层正面双包覆卫生巾纸后，包覆一层无纺布，背面包覆一层流涎膜，背面的不干胶涂层及涂层上所粘离型低，其特征在于该卫生巾的吸收层用卫生纸双包覆后，正面包覆一层无纺布，背面包覆一层流涎膜并且正面设计有前后、左右四条防溢漏凹槽，该四条防溢漏凹槽匀设计为附合人体结构的弧形，其中前后两条凹槽的宽度为2mm，深度为7.25mm，两凹槽最高点之间的距离为160～180mm，槽的跨度为50mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：1、由于本实用新型设计有附合人体结构的前后两条弧形防溢漏凹槽，因此，当液体量大时，可使前后溢流的液体被这两条凹槽阻滞，促使其渗透到内置吸收层内而不至溢漏，使使用者更加安全；2、本实用新型凹槽深度、宽度、前后两凹槽的距离设计合理，可达最佳防溢效果；3、由于本实用新型的内置吸收层被卫生纸双包覆。所有使用时，不易发生吸收层断裂、起团的现象，效果显著；4、本实用新型结构简单、生产容易。
下面结合附图，以带护翼的本实用新型的最佳实施例详述本实用新型。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，本实用新型的内置吸收层6内含高分子吸水剂并用卫生纸5双包覆后，吸收层6的正面再覆盖一层无纺布9，背面包覆一层流涎膜8，无纺布9与压延膜之间涂结构胶后压合，前后、左右四条防溢漏凹槽10、13、11、12设计为附合人体结构的弧形，其中，前后两凹槽10、13的宽度为2mm，深度为7.25mm，两凹槽最高点之间的距离为180mm，图中1.2为护翼的不干胶和离型纸，3、4为背面流涎膜上的不干胶涂层和离型纸，本实和新型经卫生纸双包覆的吸收层6不易断。
本实用新型既可以是带护翼型的，也可以是不带护翼型的。
本实用新型具有良好的防溢漏性、防虫及收层断裂性，使用安全。

Claims (4)

1、一种四凹槽防溢漏卫生巾，包括内含高分子吸收剂的内置吸收层(6)，包覆吸收层正的无纺布(9)、包覆吸收层背面的流涎膜(8)，背面的不干胶涂层及涂层上粘附的离型低(3、4)，其特征在于该卫生巾的内置吸收层(6)被卫生纸(5)双包覆后，正面再包覆一层无纺布(9)，背面包覆一层流涎膜(8)，并且该卫生巾的正面设计有前后、左右四条防溢漏凹槽，该四条防溢漏凹槽(10、13、11、12)均设计为附合人体结构的弧形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于该卫生巾前后两防溢漏槽(10、13)的宽度为2mm，深度为7.25mm，跨度为50mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于该卫生巾前后两条防溢漏凹槽(10、13)最高点之间的距离为160～180mm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于该卫生巾前后两条防溢漏凹槽(10、13)最高点之间的距离为180mm。
