Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种灯管,特别是一种可发出多种色彩并有程序变化的高强度护拦灯。腔内装入呈封闭状装入焊好的发光体及反光线路板,电源导线装入走芯管内,两端连接多触点接插件。再配以程序控制、夜晚点亮并按一定方向流动,引导行人及车辆的进行方向。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种灯管,特别是一种可发出多种色彩并有程序变化的高强度护拦灯。
目前所有的路桥护栏,大多数为金属结构,由方钢、圆管钢制成,为让人们注意涂成各种颜色,这些护栏到夜晚只能靠反射光才能见到,因而很难引起人们注意。所以不能有效地防止交通事故的发生。
本实用新型的目的在于:将护栏制成发光灯管,再配以程序控制、夜晚点亮并按一定方向流动,引导行人及车辆的进行方向。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:
全彩色路桥护栏灯,由外管、走线芯管、密封支架及控制器组成,腔内呈封闭状,装入焊好的发光体及反光线路板,电源导线装入走芯管内,两端连接多触点接插件。所述的护栏灯,在于外管制成红、白色管体、管内装红、白色发光体。所述的护栏灯,在于发光体选用单色或三基色小灯泡、发光二极管或其它光源,可由一种或多种复合而成。所述的护栏灯,在于控制器可选用单台控制或一主机多子机控制构成。
本实用新型的优点及效果是:
1.将反光式路桥护栏制成发光式护栏。
2.利用程序变化引导行人及车辆的行进方向。
3.内部设有走线孔,所有灯管的电源控制线从管内通过,外部无任何导线连接、整洁、美观、拆装方便。
4.外管可制成多种色彩,并可发出全彩色光。

下面将结合附图(实施例)对实用新型做进一步描述。
该管是由单色及三基色发光体多组顺序及矩阵式排列装在反光线路板上,并将发光体的引线并、串联在一起,焊接在多触点接插件上,该插头是由绝缘材料制成,插头作用是将单只灯管统一连接在一起,以保证一端输入控制信号,即可控制全部灯管中任意一只灯管的明暗及色彩变化,外管采用高强度透明工程塑料,加入雾化剂及透明染料,使其无色或带有色彩即可透光又不能有直射光穿透,外管的形状可设计成方、圆、半圆、多面柱形、反光线路板作用是将发光体的引脚相互连接起来,并保证将发光体固定在合适的位置上,线路板表面要喷涂或粘贴漫反射反光层,以提高光线的均匀程度及亮度,密封支架装在外管两端,中间开口与走线芯管相封接外缘与外管内壁相封接。将电源线穿入走线芯管2内,走线芯管是采用塑料制成的圆管或三角管或多面管形,可穿入电源导线,外壁设有固定反光线路板支撑,电源线数量由控制灯管的组数决定。并将电源线焊接多触点接插件6上,将装好发光体5的反光线路板3固定在走线芯管2上,发光体5可选用单色或三基色小灯泡或发光二极管,为使发光均匀,应将反光线路板3在走线芯管2外均匀排布,布置的数量越多越好。再将走线芯管2装入外管1内,两侧用密封支架4密封起来,做到防水防尘。
实施例2.为红、白相间跑动式路桥护栏灯。
外管1分别制成红色及白色,在红管内的发生体为红色发生二极管,白管内发生体为无色小白炽灯泡。安装时将红、白相间排列,白天红、白相间起警界线作用,夜晚护栏灯点亮格外醒目,在灯光变化上采用九明三暗的控制方式形成流动效果,在控制上采用由一台主控机发送控制信号通过通信电缆传送到各子控机上,这样可适应远距离多种电源的分段控制并可达到整体同步变化之目的。
Claims (4)
1.全彩色路桥护栏灯,由外管、走线芯管、密封支架及控制器组成,其特征在于腔内呈封闭状,装入焊好的发光体5及反光线路板3,电源导线装入走芯管2内,两端连接多触点接插件6。
2.如权利要求1所述的护栏灯,其特征在于外管1制成红、白色管体、管内装红、白色发光体5。
3.如权利要求1所述的护栏灯,其特征在于发光体5选用单色或三基色小灯泡、发光二极管或其它光源,可由一种或多种复合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的护栏灯,其特征在于控制器可选用单台控制或一主机多子机控制构成。
