Referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a bus intelligent coin-feed device according to the present application. The device comprises a box body 1, a cashbox 2, a card swiping component 3 and a code sweeping component 4, wherein the cashbox 2 is sleeved in the box body 1, one side of the upper end of the box body 1 is movably connected with an end cover 5, the front side of the end cover 5 is provided with a cash inlet 6, the card swiping component 3 is arranged on the rear side of the end cover 5, the upper end of the cashbox 2 is provided with a main body lock 11, the end cover 5 is provided with a lock catch 51 corresponding to the main body lock 11, the code sweeping component 4 is arranged in a module groove 12 at the front end of the box body 1, and a main control component 7 connected with the card swiping component 3 and the code sweeping component 4 is arranged in the cashbox 2. The cashbox 2 in the design is sleeved in the box body 1, so that the cashbox 2 can be replaced according to the coin storage condition in the cashbox 2, and the coin is prevented from rewinding. The vertical plate 24 and the inclined plate 25 in the design are combined into a guiding component, so that coins entering through the coin inlet 21 are guided to fall into the middle position of the cashbox 2, and the coins are prevented from being accumulated at the side end of the cashbox 2.
The card swiping assembly 3 comprises an induction panel 31 and a display 32, wherein the display 32 is positioned behind the induction panel 31, a magnetic card induction module 33 is arranged in the induction panel 31, and the magnetic card induction module 33 and the display 32 are both connected with the main control assembly 7. The magnetic card sensing module 33 in the above design senses the payment magnetic card such as the bus card, and the display 32 can display the status of the card amount of the passenger bus card and whether the payment is successful, and can display the balance. When the distance sensor 23 detects that the money is about to overflow, a reminder message may be displayed via the display 32 to facilitate the timely replacement of the cashbox 2 by the driver or staff. In other embodiments, the magnetic card sensing module 33 may be set as an NFC sensing module, so that the card swiping payment is completed through the NFC module of the NFC sensing mobile phone.
The code scanning component 4 comprises a funnel box 41, a camera 42 and a code scanning glass plate 43, wherein the funnel box 41 is embedded in the front side of the module groove 12, the code scanning glass plate 43 is arranged on the surface of the module groove 12 and positioned at the front end of the funnel box 41, and the camera 42 is positioned at the rear end of the funnel box 41 and connected with the main control component 7. The camera 42 in the above design can scan the two-dimension code of payment presented by the mobile phone of the customer, thereby completing the operation of code scanning payment, and simultaneously displaying payment information such as success or failure of payment and the like through the display 32.
The main control assembly 7 is connected with a power module 8 for supplying power to each module and a communication module 9 connected with a remote terminal. The communication module 9 in the design can timely send the payment information of the passenger for scanning codes or swiping cards to the remote terminal, and finally upload the payment information to the banking system to finish deduction.
In a specific working mode, a plurality of payment methods can be selected when passengers get on the vehicle. When a passenger swipes a card by using the bus card, the bus card is placed on the sensing panel 31, the magnetic card sensing module 33 senses the bus card, and then the passenger automatically deducts the riding amount, and the successful payment is displayed on the display 32. If the balance in the bus card is insufficient, the display 32 will display the payment failure and remind the user to pay by other means.
When the passenger uses the mobile phone two-dimension code, the mobile phone two-dimension code is aligned to the code scanning glass plate 43, the camera 42 finishes the code scanning operation and sends a deduction request to the banking system through the communication module 9, and after the banking system deducts money, the banking system sends successful payment to the display 32 through the communication module 9.
When the passenger pays with cash, money is thrown into the money inlet 6, and the money enters the cashbox 2 through the opening 61, and then falls into the middle bottom of the cashbox 2 through the guide assembly of the combination of the vertical plate 24 and the inclined plate 25. When the distance sensor 23 detects that the money in the cashbox 2 is about to overflow, the main control component 7 sends a reminding message to the display 32 that the cashbox 2 is full and the money is replaced in time. When the cashbox 2 is replaced, the lock catch 51 of the main body lock 11 and the end cover 5 of the cashbox 2 is unlocked, the end cover 5 is opened, the cashbox 2 is taken out through the handle 22, then a new cashbox 2 is placed in the box body 1, and the end cover 5 is closed again to complete locking.
