Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种井用潜水泵,其泵体为整筒式结构,叶轮为浮动式,叶轮和导壳采用全封闭曲面设计,精工铸造;电机与泵轴采用花键套连接,具有结构简单、合理,稳定性好,体积小,重量轻,泵效高等特点。使用该泵节能节电,比普通井用潜水泵提高泵效5~10%,特别适合广大农村,丘陵及中小型企事业单位使用。

Description

一种井用潜水泵
本实用新型涉及一种提升液体的井用潜水泵,属于井用潜水电动离心泵。
为了解决工农业生产及生活用水问题,目前国内外使用的潜水泵种类较多,一般常用的以井用潜水泵为主。其结构采用离心式叶轮,径向式导叶;普通多级井用潜水泵内部用泵轴将导轮、导叶和导壳连接固定,外部导壳与导壳之间采用螺栓连接,而小口径井用潜水泵导壳与导壳之间用拉带(钢带)连接(见国标GB/T2816—91)。但是由于叶轮和导壳一般为砂模铸造,表面粗糙,水力损失较大,泵效较低;由于采用螺栓或拉带连接,其稳定性较差,轴功率增大,同时易出故障。
本实用新型的目的就是鉴于以上缺点,设计一种结构简单、泵效较高的井用潜水泵。
附图1为一种井用潜水泵的结构示意图。
下面结合附图详细叙述本实用新的实现。
本实用新型如图1所示,由进水节1、联接器2、花键套3、螺栓4、下接头5、卡簧6、隔离套7、多个下减磨垫8、多个导壳9、多个上减少磨垫10、多个“O”型环11、多个中减磨垫12、多个叶轮13、键14、泵轴15、泵壳16、压缩环17、轴支承架18、上接头19、出水管20组成。泵体由下接头5、卡簧6、通过下端带有花键的泵轴15、键14、将多级导壳8和多级叶轮13叠加,上部用压缩环17、轴支承架18和上卡簧压紧固定,泵壳16与下接头5、上接头19以螺纹连接为一体呈整筒式;下部进水节1、与下接头5用多个螺栓4联按为一体;花键套3与联轴器2为一体,泵轴15与电机轴采用花键套3和联轴器连接,具有自动调心功能,减少电机负荷,提高泵效。上部出水管20与上接头19以多个螺检连为一体。导壳9和叶轮13为全封闭曲面设计,精工铸造,叶轮13在导壳9内为浮动式,具有轴向卸载,经向扶正的功能。导壳9和叶轮13的级数是根据扬程和排量的需要从1级到上百级不等。
本实用新型具有以下优点
1、由于本实用新型采用了金封闭曲面设计,精工铸造的导壳和叶轮,电机和泵采用花键连接,从整体上提高了泵效,降低了能量消耗,与普通井用潜水泵相比平均提高泵效5~10%;
2、由于本实用新型采用了整筒式结构和精铸的导壳和叶轮,减少了潜水泵的体积和重量,简化了结构,稳定性好,减少了故章的发生。

1.一种用于提升液体的井用潜水泵,由下接头(5)、泵壳(16)、导壳(9)、叶轮(13)、泵轴(15)、上接头(19)及出水管(20)组成,其特征在于泵壳是由泵壳(16)与下接头(5)、上接头(19)连接为一体呈整筒式结构,导壳(9)和叶轮(13)为全封闭曲面设计,叶轮(13)在导壳(9)内为浮动式;泵轴(15)下端带有花键,与电机轴采用花键连接。
