The seat according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a headrest mounting portion (22) is provided at an upper portion of the backrest (2), the headrest (1) is detachably connected with the headrest mounting portion (22), a relief opening (221) communicating with an inside of the backrest (2) is provided on the headrest mounting portion (22), and the relief opening (221) is used for the triggering mechanism (3) to pass through.

A seat according to claim 3, characterized in that the headrest (1) comprises a first main body (11) and a second main body (12), the first main body (11) is detachably connected with the second main body (12), a mounting cavity is formed by surrounding the first main body (11) and the second main body (12), a mounting opening (123) communicated with the mounting cavity is formed in the rear side of the second main body (12), the operating part (31) is arranged at the mounting opening (123), and a notch (124) communicated with the mounting cavity is formed in a position of the headrest (1) corresponding to the avoidance opening (221).
