1. When the state of the bedstead changes, the back support frame and the leg support frame tilt, but the hip support frame is usually fixed, and some of the hip support frames can translate back and forth, so that the hip support frames always keep a horizontal state in different use states, and the comfort level is not improved.
2. When the state of the bedstead changes, the angle of the back support frame and the leg support frame is changed around the fixed connecting shaft, so that clamping feeling is easy to generate, and particularly when the angle of the user changes after falling asleep, the user is easy to wake up, and the sleeping quality of the user is influenced.
3. In order to realize the angle change of each part of the bedstead, the traditional electric bed needs to be provided with a plurality of driving devices to drive the bedstead to deform, and the arrangement of the driving devices leads to high cost of the electric bed, is difficult to reduce and is not beneficial to popularization of the electric bed; meanwhile, the complexity of the bedstead during assembly is increased, and particularly, the bedstead is more difficult to assemble when being installed in a limited installation space; in addition, the bed board has large mass and inconvenient transportation.

The terms "comprising" and "having" and any variations thereof herein are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed steps or elements but may include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment may be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of such phrases in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. Those of skill in the art will explicitly and implicitly appreciate that the embodiments described herein may be combined with other embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, the present utility model proposes a bed frame including a base 1, a first frame 2, a second frame 3, a third frame 4, and a fourth frame 9.
The first frame 2 is used for supporting buttocks of a human body, the second frame 3 is used for supporting back of the human body, the third frame 4 is used for supporting thigh of the human body, and the fourth frame 9 is used for supporting calf of the human body. When a person lies on the bed, usually the back and head thereof correspond to the position of the first frame 2, the buttocks are located on the first frame 2, the thigh positions correspond to the third frame 4, and the lower legs and feet correspond to the fourth frame 9.
The first frame 2 is movably connected with the base 1, and can move relative to the base 1, referring to fig. 2, two ends of the first frame 2 along the length direction of the bed frame are a first end 2a and a second end 2b, the first end 2a is movably connected with the second frame 3, and the second end 2b is movably connected with the third frame 4. During deformation of the bedframe, the base 1 is stationary and the first frame 2, the second frame 3 and the third frame 4 are movable relative to the base 1.
The frame has a first state (leisure mode) for lying down a human body and a second state (leisure mode) for sitting down a human body, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 and 2 show the case when the frame is in the first state, fig. 3 and 4 show the case when the frame is in the second state, and in the first state, the tilting angle of the third frame 3 relative to the base 1 is smaller than that in the second state, so that in the second state, the second frame 3 has a larger tilting angle to enable people to rest or entertain themselves, and functions like a sofa backrest. For convenience of description and understanding, in this embodiment, the tilting angle of the frame may be understood as an angle between the upper surface of the frame and the bottom surface 11 of the base 1 (preferably, when the bed frame is used, the bottom surface 11 is parallel or coincident with a horizontal plane), for example, the angle A1 and the angle A2 shown in fig. 4 and 6, and of course, in other embodiments, other reference surfaces may be selected to describe the tilting angle, for example, a horizontal plane may be selected as the reference surface.
In the second state, referring to fig. 4, the first frame 2 is set in an inclined state, and the first end 2a thereof is closer to the base 1 (i.e., the second end 2b is tilted) than the second end 2b, so that the end of the first frame 2, which is closer to the leg of the person, is tilted, and the buttocks have a tendency to move toward the second frame 3, and the tilted third frame 4, in combination, can make the person naturally lean against the second frame 3, more comfortable and stable. The tilting angle A4 of the first frame 2 is preferably 5 to 10 °, and more preferably 7 °. As a preferred embodiment, in the second state, the tilt angle A3 of the third frame 4 is larger than the tilt angle A4 of the first frame 2.
As a preferred embodiment, the distance between the adjacent ends of the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 is gradually increased during the switching of the bedframe from the first state, in which the distance between the adjacent ends of the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 is C1, to the second state, in which the distance between the adjacent ends of the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 is C2, C2 being greater than C1, with reference to fig. 2 and 4. So, when the bedstead changes from the first state to the second state, the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 are mutually far away in the process of changing the angle and gradually pull away, the human body can not be bent like simple rotation around the shaft, the human body can feel the clamping feeling, the process is more gentle and comfortable, the bedstead is not easy to wake the user when the posture is changed under the condition that the user falls asleep, and the sleeping quality of the user is fully ensured.
As a preferred embodiment, the bed frame also has a third state, and with reference to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 and 6 show schematic views of the bed frame in the third state. The tilting angle A2 of the second frame 3 in the third state is greater than the tilting angle A1 in the first state and smaller than the tilting angle A1 in the second state, that is, the frame sequentially passes through the third state and the second state from the first state during tilting. In this embodiment, the third state is a zero gravity mode, in which the head and the legs of the user are lifted by a predetermined angle, so that the pressure of each part of the body is balanced and dispersed, the burden born by the vertebra can be effectively reduced, and the blood circulation pressure caused by sedentary sitting and standing can be relieved.
Further, in the third state, the first frame 2 is configured to be in a horizontal state or a near-horizontal state. Preferably, in the third state, the first end 2a or the second end 2b of the first frame 2 has a tilt angle of 0 ° to 3 °. Thus, in the zero gravity mode of the third state, the first frame 2 supports the buttocks more stably, accords with ergonomics, is more comfortable when lying down, is beneficial to eliminating fatigue, promoting sleep, and is beneficial to falling asleep of insomnia people or people with difficult sleep.
The first frame 2, the second frame 3, the third frame 4 and the fourth frame 9 are all positioned above the base 1 so that the human body can be supported by the frames when lying down.
As described above, the first state is a state suitable for a person to lie flat, and when it is similar to a normal bed, the bed body is in a flat state. In a preferred embodiment, in the first state, the upper surfaces of the first frame 2, the second frame 3, the third frame 4 and the fourth frame 9 are flush and all in a horizontal state. In other embodiments, the second frame 3 may be tilted to a certain angle, for example 0-5 °, without affecting the lying.
In a preferred embodiment, in the second state, the tilting angle of the second frame 3 is 45 ° or more, preferably 45 ° to 60 °, and the tilting angle of the third frame 4 is 25 ° or less, preferably 15 ° to 25 °. Further preferably, in the second state, the tilting angle of the second frame 3 is 50 °, and in this case, the tilting angle of the third frame 4 is 20 °. So that the user can be supported at a proper angle in leisure postures, such as reading or watching television, and the like, and the user is more comfortable.
In a preferred embodiment, in the third state, the tilting angle of the second frame 3 is 20 ° to 35 °, and the tilting angle of the third frame 4 is 20 ° to 35 °. Preferably, in the third state, the tilting angle of the second frame 3 is 25 ° and the tilting angle of the third frame 4 is 30 °. So that the user can lie more comfortably in the zero gravity mode.
When switching from the first state to the third state and then to the second state, the tilting angle of the second frame 3 gradually increases, and the tilting angle of the third frame 4 increases and decreases, the first frame 2 tilts first with the first end 2a tilted and then with the second end 2b tilted. When the lying posture is changed from the zero gravity mode (the third state) to the leisure mode (the second state), the legs can be automatically put down, and the mode switching is smoother and more natural, so that the human engineering is more suitable. Preferably, in the third state, the tilting angle of the third frame 4 is the largest, and the tilting angle thereof gradually decreases in the process of switching to the second state through the third state.
In a preferred embodiment, during the state switching, the respective frames are driven to move by providing a plurality of driving means (e.g. motors, electric pushers, electric cylinders, etc.), for example one or more electric pushers are provided at each of the first frame 2, the second frame 3 and the third frame 4 to effect the angular and positional changes of the respective frames.
In another preferred embodiment, the bed frame further comprises a linkage mechanism and a linear driving device 5, wherein the base 1, the first frame 2, the second frame 3 and the third frame 4 are all movably connected with the linkage mechanism, and linkage of actions among the frames is realized through the linkage mechanism, for example, when the second frame 3 changes in angle, the first frame 2, the third frame 3 and the fourth frame 9 correspondingly change in angle under the driving of the linkage mechanism. The linear driving device 5 is used for driving one frame of the first frame 2, the second frame 3 and the third frame 4 to move, and then driving the other two frames to move through the linkage mechanism to realize posture change. The linear drive 5 is capable of telescopic movement in a linear direction, which may be manual (e.g. manual push rod), pneumatic (e.g. air cylinder), hydraulic (e.g. hydraulic cylinder) or electric (e.g. electric push rod, electric cylinder) means, preferably the linear drive 5 is electric, which only requires a power source for operation, is more convenient to use and has less noise.
Because the linkage mechanism is adopted, the linkage of each frame can be realized only by one linear driving device 5, the number of the linear driving devices 5 is small, the total cost is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the installation is more convenient because the space can be selected to be installed at a proper position. In addition, the reduction of the number of the linear driving devices 5 can also lighten the weight of the bedstead and even the whole electric bed, and is more convenient to carry and install.
Referring to fig. 7, the linkage mechanism includes a first link 60 connected between the base 1 and the first frame 2, and both ends of the first link 60 are respectively hinged to the first ends 2a of the base 1 and the first frame 2 so that relative rotation between the first link 60 and the base 1 and the first frame 2 can occur. The hinge manner is not limited, for example, the hinge manner shown in fig. 8 may be adopted, in fig. 8, the hinge is realized between the base 1 and the first link 60 by the bolt 13, specifically, the bolt 13 has a head 130 with a larger cross-section size, an optical axis portion 131 connected to the head 130, and a screw thread portion 132 connected to the optical axis portion 131, the optical axis portion 131 is penetrated on the base 1 and the first link 60, the optical axis portion 131 is a cylindrical shaft, so that the base 1 and the first link 60 can rotate around the axis of the optical axis portion 131, a nut 133 may be provided on the screw thread portion 132 to prevent the first link 60 from being separated from the base 1, and a step or a positioning sleeve 134 may be provided on the optical axis portion 131 to realize the limitation of the first link 60.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, the first frame 2 is provided with an extension plate portion 20 extending toward the base 1 and a connection shaft 21 provided on the extension plate portion 20, the connection shaft 21 being for connection with the base 1, the connection shaft 21 being preferably located near the lower end of the extension plate portion 20. When the second frame 3 moves, the connection shaft 21 of the first frame 2 moves along the circular arc track. When the bed frame is switched from the first state to the second state, the connecting shaft 21 moves towards the direction of the second frame 3 (i.e. moves leftwards), and the distance between the connecting shaft 21 and the bottom surface 11 of the base 1 decreases and increases during the movement, i.e. the connecting shaft 21 simultaneously moves downwards and upwards during the movement towards the direction of the second frame 3, and the first connecting rod 60 swings towards the direction of the second frame 3, preferably the height thereof gradually decreases. Thus, during tilting of the second frame 3, the first end 2a of the first frame 2 is gradually lowered and the second end 2b thereof is raised after being lowered. Obviously, by changing parameters such as the dimensions of the first link 60 and the first frame 2, and the curvature of the circular arc track, the magnitude of the inclination angle of the first frame 2 in the second state and the third state can be changed.
There are various embodiments for realizing the movement of the connecting shaft 21 along the circular arc track, and two preferred embodiments are described below.
In the first embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the linkage mechanism includes a second link 61, and both ends of the second link 61 are hinged to the connection shafts 21 of the base 1 and the first frame 2, respectively. The hinge point 610 of the second link 61 and the first frame 2 is lower than the hinge point 611 of the second link 61 and the base 1, the center positions of the hinge point 611 and the circular arc track are the same, and the distance between the hinge point 611 and the hinge point 610 is the same as the radius of the circular arc track, so that when the second link 61 swings, the circular arc track with high ends and low middle can be formed.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 9, the base 1 is provided with an arc hole 10 having a circular arc shape, the connecting shaft 21 is inserted into the arc hole 10 and can move along the arc hole 10, it is apparent that the shape of the arc hole 10 can limit the moving track of the connecting shaft 21, the connecting shaft 21 can move along the preset circular arc track by controlling the size and shape of the arc hole 10, in fig. 7, the center line 100 of the arc hole 10 has a circular arc shape, the distance between the two ends of the center line 100 and the bottom surface 11 of the base 1 is greater than the distance between the bottom of the center line 100 and the bottom surface 11 of the base 1, and when the connecting shaft 21 moves along the center line 100, the center line 100 can be regarded as the circular arc track. The connecting shaft 21 can be in sliding fit with the inner wall of the arc-shaped hole 10, and rolling elements 22 such as bearings or rollers can be arranged on the connecting shaft 21, and the connecting shaft 21 can change sliding into rolling when in motion through clearance fit between the rolling elements and the arc-shaped hole 10, so that abrasion is reduced, the service life is prolonged, noise can be reduced, and the smoothness of motion is improved. Referring to fig. 9, the rolling elements 22 are preferably bearings.
Preferably, when the frame is in the first state, the first link 60 is in the vertical state, so that a stronger supporting effect can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in the present embodiment, to achieve the linkage between the second frame 3 and the first frame 2, the linkage mechanism includes a third link 70 hinged at both ends to the second frame 3 and the base 1, respectively, a fourth link 71 hinged to both the first link 60 and the third link 70, and a fifth link 72 hinged at both ends to the second frame 3 and the fourth link 71, respectively. Wherein the two hinge points 70a, 70b between the third link 70 and the second frame 3 and the base 1 are located at both sides of the hinge point 70c of the third link 70 and the fourth link 71, preferably at both ends of the third link 70. The two hinge points 71a, 71b between the fourth link 71 and the first and fifth links 60, 72 are located on both sides of the hinge point 70c of the fourth link 71 and the third link 70, respectively, preferably on both ends of the fourth link 71. It is further preferred that the hinge point 70c of the third link 70 and the fourth link 71 is located in the middle of both links.
Obviously, by controlling the distance between the hinge points, the angle and speed of movement of the second frame 3 relative to the first frame 2 during the change of the bedframe state can be controlled. As a preferred embodiment, in the four-bar mechanism constituted by the third link 70, the fourth link 71, the first link 60, and the base 1, the distance D between the hinge point 70c and the hinge point 70b is shortest, the distance E between the hinge point 70b and the hinge point 60a (the hinge point of the first link 60 and the base 1) is longest, and the sum of the distance F between the hinge point 70c and the hinge point 71a and the distance G between the hinge point 71a and the hinge point 60a is larger than the sum of the distance D and the distance E. In the four-bar mechanism constituted by the second frame 3, the third link 70, the fourth link 71, and the fifth link 72, the distance H between the hinge point 70a and the hinge point 70c is shortest, the distance I between the hinge point 71b and the hinge point 72a (the hinge point of the fifth link 72 and the second frame 3) is longest, and the sum of the lengths of the distance H and the distance I is smaller than the sum of the lengths of the distance J, which is the distance between the hinge point 72a and the hinge point 70a, and the distance K, which is the distance between the hinge point 71b and the hinge point 70 c. In this way, the second frame 3 is more stable and comfortable when it is linked with the first frame 2.
Further, referring to fig. 11 and 13, in order to achieve the linkage between the third frame 4 and the first frame 2, the linkage mechanism further includes a sixth link 8, and the sixth link 8 is hinged to the base 1 and the third frame 4, respectively, preferably, hinge points 8a, 8b between the sixth link 8 and the base 1 and the third frame 4 are located at both ends of the sixth link 8, respectively. The third frame 4 is hinged to the first frame 2 forming a hinge point 4a. In this way, during the movement of the first frame 2, the sixth link 8 can swing while supporting the third frame 4, thereby achieving the linkage between the third frame 4 and the first frame 2. The sixth connecting rod 8 always swings towards the side of the first frame 2 in the tilting process of the second frame 3, and swings from the right side in the vertical direction to the left side in the vertical direction, and the tilting angle of the third frame 4 can be increased and then reduced in the tilting process of the second frame 3 in cooperation with the movement of the first frame 2. Specifically, since the hinge point 4a gradually descends and moves left and the hinge point 8b gradually ascends during the movement of the first frame 2 to the side of the third frame 3, the sixth link 8 can support the third frame 4 to tilt; when the sixth link 8 passes over the vertical position, the hinge point 4a gradually rises and the hinge point 8b gradually falls, and thus, the sixth link 8 drives the third frame 4 to gradually lie flat (i.e., the tilting angle decreases).
Obviously, by controlling the distance between the hinge points, the angle and speed of movement of the third frame 4 relative to the first frame 2 during the change of state of the bedframe can be controlled. As a preferred embodiment, the base 1 is provided with a projection 14 projecting towards the side of the first frame 2, the hinge point 8a being located on the projection 14, which is located on the right side of the arc-shaped hole 10 and is higher than the center of the arc-shaped trajectory. When the bed frame is in the third state, the included angle A7 between the sixth connecting rod 8 and the bottom surface 11 is 75-105 degrees. Further preferably, when the bed frame is in the third state, the sixth connecting rod 8 is in the vertical state, at this time, the tilting angle of the third frame 4 is the largest, and in the tilting process of the third frame 4, the angle change rate is preferably greater than the angle change rate of the third frame 4 when the third frame is flat, that is, the third frame 4 can tilt quickly and then flat slowly, so that the bed frame is more comfortable to use.
One end of the fourth frame 9 is hinged with the third frame 4, and the other end is suspended.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the first state, the upper surfaces of the first, second, third and fourth frames 2, 3, 4 and 9 are flush and in a horizontal state to enable a person to lie flat on the electric bed. In the second state, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the hinge point 9a of the fourth frame 9 and the third frame 4 is lower than the free end 9b of the fourth frame 9, so that the thigh and the calf can be naturally lifted in a casual sitting state with a small knee bending degree, and as a preferred embodiment, the angle A5 between the fourth frame 9 and the third frame 4 is smaller than 180 °. In the third state, referring to fig. 6, the height of the hinge point 9a is higher than the height of the suspension end 9b, and the included angle A6 between the fourth frame 9 and the third frame 4 is smaller than the included angle A5 between the two in the second state, so that the knee bending degree is larger, the knee bending degree is more suitable for relaxing pressure and promoting sleep when people rest in the zero gravity mode. So set up, the change in height of the suspended end 9b of the fourth frame 9 when switching between the third state and the second state is little (preferably, the change in height is less than 5cm, further preferably, the height of the suspended end 9b is not changed in both states), the height is more constant, the lifting of the whole gravity center in the process of reducing the change in state can be reduced, the operation is more stable, in addition, the interval between the bedstead and external fixtures (such as the bed board) can be reduced, and the risk that an object or a human body enters between the two can be reduced.
In order to enable linkage between the fourth frame 9 and the third frame 4, as shown in fig. 11 and 14, the linkage mechanism further includes a seventh link 80 having both ends hinged to the extension plate portion 20 and the fourth frame 9, respectively, the seventh link 80 being located below the third frame 4, and a hinge point 80a between the seventh link and the extension plate portion 20 being located between the connection shaft 21 and the hinge point 4a, i.e., the hinge point 80a is higher than the connection shaft 21 and lower than the hinge point 4a. In the process of moving the first frame 2 and the third frame 4, the fourth frame 9 can rotate relative to the third frame 4 under the drive of the seventh connecting rod 80, so that the inclination angle is changed.
Obviously, by controlling the distance between the hinge points, the angle and speed of movement of the fourth frame 9 relative to the third frame 4 during the change of state of the bedframe can be controlled. As a preferred embodiment, the four-bar linkage constituted by the first frame 2, the third frame 4, the fourth frame 9, and the seventh link 80 is a parallelogram link mechanism, the distance M between the hinge point 80b (hinge point between the seventh link 80 and the fourth frame 9) and the hinge point 9a (hinge point between the third frame 4 and the fourth frame 9) is the same as the distance P between the hinge point 4a and the hinge point 80a, and the distance N between the hinge point 80a and the hinge point 80b is the same as the distance O between the hinge point 9a and the hinge point 4 a. Of course, not limited to a parallelogram mechanism, the length between the hinge points may be adjusted as appropriate to enable the fourth frame 9 to reach a desired position in each state of the bedframe.
As a preferred embodiment, the linear driving device 5 is an electric push rod, which is connected between the second frame 3 and the base 1. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the second frame 3 includes a first cross bar 30 and two side bars 31 connected to both sides of the first cross bar 30, the base 1 includes a second cross bar 12 parallel to the first cross bar 30, the linear driving device 5 includes a body 50 and a telescopic rod 51 connected to the body 50, the telescopic rod 51 can perform telescopic motion with respect to the body 50, the bottom of the body 50 is hinged to the second cross bar 12, and the end of the telescopic rod 51 is hinged to the first cross bar 30. When the telescopic rod 51 is extended, the second frame 3 can be driven to tilt, and the distance from the first frame 2 is gradually increased. Since the second frame 3 needs to bear the back and simultaneously needs to be tilted by a larger angle, the linear driving device 5 is arranged between the second frame 3 and the base 1, so that the second frame 3 can be pushed to move more directly, and the work is more reliable.
It can be understood that, because the bedstead can be integrally deformed under the drive of the linkage mechanism, when the bedstead is used, the base 1 of the bedstead can be directly placed on a fixed object such as a bed board or the ground without being fixed with the fixed object, on one hand, the installation is more convenient, on the other hand, even if people or objects exist among the second frame 3, the third frame 4, the fourth frame 9 and the fixed object, the bedstead can not hurt the people or the objects in the deformation process, and the safety is higher. Of course, in order to make the whole bed frame more stable, the base 1 may also be fixedly connected to the fixture.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2, in the first state, the second frame 3 is disposed at intervals in the height direction from the base 1, and most of it is suspended outside the base 1, and only part of it is disposed opposite to the base 1, preferably, the length L1 of the portion of the second frame 3 disposed opposite to the base 1 has a value ranging from 8cm to 15cm, and more preferably, 11.5cm. Since the second frame 3 is arranged substantially parallel to the base 1 in the first state, and most of the second frame 3 is located outside the base 1, a shearing structure is not formed between the second frame 3 and the base 1, and people or objects located between the second frame 3 and the base 1 are not easy to clamp and hurt in the process of putting the second frame 3 flat, so that the safety is improved. Particularly, when the bed frame is wrapped by the flexible material to form the mattress, fingers cannot enter between the parts of the second frame 3 opposite to the base 1, so that the safety is higher.
In a preferred embodiment, the number of the linkage mechanisms is two or more, which are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the bed frame to provide stronger supporting performance, and the linkage mechanisms shown in the drawings of the application are two groups and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the bed frame. It will be appreciated that the number of linkages may be a set, where strength and stiffness allow.
As a preferred embodiment, a gas spring is arranged between the first frame 2 and the fourth frame 9 or between the base 1 and the fourth frame 9, two ends of the gas spring are respectively hinged with the first frame 2 (or the base 1) and the fourth frame 9, and the gas spring can play a role in buffering and supporting in the moving process of the fourth frame 9, so that the whole movement of the bedstead is smoother during deformation, and the use is more comfortable.
It will be appreciated that the specific shape and structure of the first frame 2, the second frame 3 and the fourth frame 9 are not limited, and for example, each frame may include two side bars 31 on both sides, a reinforcing bar similar to the first cross bar 30 described above may be connected between the two side bars 31 of each frame for reinforcing strength, or a support plate may be connected to the surfaces of the two side bars 31, so that the human body can be supported more conveniently while reinforcing strength and rigidity.
The utility model also provides a mattress, which comprises the bed frame, and the mattress also comprises a flexible material coated outside the bed frame and/or a flexible pad arranged on the surface of the bed frame, so that a human body can feel more comfortable when lying on the mattress. The flexible material has elasticity and can correspondingly deform when the bedstead deforms.
The utility model also proposes an electric bed comprising a bed frame or mattress as described above.
Further, the electric bed also comprises a bed board, and the bed frame or the mattress can be directly placed on the bed board and is not fixedly connected with the bed board, or the bed frame or the mattress is fixed on the bed board through the base 1.
The foregoing is merely exemplary of the utility model and other modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the utility model.
