Abstract
本实用新型为一种咽喉窥镜片,属于一种医疗用具。本实用新型利用了现有窥镜片的结构,即它包括了一导板和与导板一边连接的支撑板,在此基础上,本实用新型在支撑板的另一侧加装了与导板位置相对且弯曲方向一致的副导板。它具有结构简单、加工容易,成本低廉、使用效果好的特点。
Description
本实用新型为一种咽喉窥镜片，属于一种医疗用具。
在进行全身麻醉或治疗呼吸功能不全、呼吸衰竭、呼吸道梗阻等疾病时，在气管内插管是抢救的必要措施，而现在这一措施的完成是通过咽喉窥镜来实现的。现有的咽喉窥镜的镜片由其支撑板和位于支撑板一侧的一个导板构成的，它们分别起到了支撑呼吸道和对内插管进行导向的作用。由于只有一个导板，因而不利于内插管定位和进入，这往往造成医护人员需要反复几次才能完成插管工作，有时则会延误治疗时机。
本实用新型的目的在于：设计一种能够提高插管成功率的咽喉窥镜片。
本实用新型利用了现有窥镜片的结构，即它包括了一导板和与导板一边连接的支撑板，在此基础上，本实用新型在支撑板的另一侧加装了与导板位置相对且弯曲方向一致的副导板，这样在两导板便形成了一个通道，使用时，插管能够很容易地通过该通道而到达所需位置，从而提高了插管的一次成功率。为便于观察，副导板一般呈前部宽、后部窄的形状。本实用新型副导板的前部设计为一舌形板以便插入。另外，支撑板与副导板的连接由副导板的后端至其中部，即副导板长于支撑板的上边，这使具有一定弹性的副导板的前部能够给进入的插管一定压力，将其夹住。

其中，1-联结座，2-支撑板，3-导板，4-副导板。
本实施例由联结座1、支撑板2、导板3和副导板4组成。其中，联结座1、支撑板2、导板3的形状及相互之间的相对位置均与现有技术相同，即：联结座1位于本实施例的后下部，用于与咽喉窥镜的手柄部分连接；在联结座1的上方固定有支撑板2和导板3，导板3与支撑板2的下边相连接，支撑板2的前端呈弧形，并到达导板3的中部；导板2为一弧形板。本实施例的副导板4与支撑板2的上边固连，支撑板2由副导板4的后端至其中部。副导板4也为一弧形板，其弯曲方向与导板3一致。副导板4的后部较窄，前部较宽，其前部为一舌形板。
本实用新型的改进是在现有技术的基础上完成的，它具有结构简单、加工容易，成本低廉、使用效果好的特点。

1、一种咽喉窥镜片，包括一导板(3)和与导板(3)一边连接的支撑板(2)，其特征是：支撑板(2)的另一侧有与导板(3)位置相对且弯曲方向一致的副导板(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的咽喉窥镜片，其特征是：所说的副导板(4)前部宽，后部窄。
3、根据权利要求2所述的咽喉窥镜片，其特征是：副导板(4)的前部为一舌形板。
4、根据权利要求或2或3所述的咽喉窥镜片，其特征是：支撑板(2)与副导板(4)的连接由副导板(4)的后端至其中部。
