Abstract
本实用新型提供一种改进的防弹玻璃,其结构特征是在现有的防弹玻璃的非着弹面贴上1~2层抗冲强度和破裂强度比较高,而透光度好的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。该薄膜在防弹玻璃中弹时能粘住所产生的玻璃碎片而不让其飞溅,避免伤人事故的发生,有效地克服现有技术的不足。本实用新型特别适合于银行、金融场所、金银珠宝店、重要办公室及运钞透光隔板使用。
Description
本实用新型提供一种改进的防弹玻璃。
目前,不少金银珠宝店、文物店、银行、营业所、储蓄所、运钞车及其它金融场所正安装防弹玻璃,以防歹徒持枪抢劫杀人灭口。虽然防弹玻璃具有抵挡枪械子弹而不穿透的能力,但在使用过程中发现,当玻璃中弹之后,玻璃背后常有玻璃碎片溅出,亦造成伤物、伤人事故,这正是现有防弹玻璃之不足。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有防弹玻璃的缺陷,提供一种改进的防弹玻璃,它可以使玻璃中弹后不产生碎片溅出。

本实用新型的任务是这样实现的:如图1所示,该肪弹玻璃包括有一块至少由三层浮法玻璃(2)和两层聚乙烯醇缩醛(3)相隔粘合而成的防弹玻璃(1),其特征在于在防弹玻璃(1)的非着弹面贴上1~2层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(4)。
由于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(4)具有较高的抗冲强度、破裂强度,而且透光度达97%,因此,防弹玻璃贴上这种薄膜之后,对玻璃的透光度影响不大,在玻璃中弹时能粘结所产生的玻璃片而不飞溅,有效地解决现有防弹玻璃之缺陷,防止伤人事故的发生。此外,上述改进还可改善防弹玻璃的隔音和隔热性能,提高抗紫外线的能力。
本实用新型最适宜用作银行、金融场所、重要办公室的隔墙玻璃及运钞的汽车玻璃。

1、一种改进的防弹玻璃,包括有一块至少由三层浮法玻璃(2)和两层聚乙烯醇缩醛(3)相隔粘合而成的防弹玻璃(1),其特征在于在防弹玻璃(1)的非着弹面贴上1~2层的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜(4)。
