Abstract
本实用新型提供一种新型橡塑粉碎机，该粉碎机的辊子是组装式，辊面有细而多的沟槽，主要以剪切为主。本实用新型与现有技术相比具有产量高、能耗低、更换辊子不需要整个更换，而只需更换辊子外套，维修费用低。
Description
本实用新型属于橡胶塑料机械中的一种粉碎设备。
目前正在制造和普遍使用的橡胶粉碎机，是以两辊以不同的速度相对回转，加工的胶料被拉入两辊之间，在大速比的作用下使胶料破碎或粉碎。这种型式的橡胶粉碎机其主要缺点是能耗高，产量低。这种粉碎机能耗高、产量低的主要原因是，一般两个辊子都为光辊，用光辊把韧性、柔软性极高的橡胶“搓碎”是非常不科学的，所以产量极低。用辊子上开有沟槽的粉碎机，但由于沟槽尺寸太大，用于细碎，产量更低，并且辊子为整体式，磨钝后一般很难修复，所以不适应粉碎(细碎)的要求。塑料破碎机与辊子上带沟槽的细碎机相似，但由于其刀刃与刀刃之间的空间更大，而更不适宜细碎。
本实用新型的发明目的是基本上述粉碎机械的不足，提供一种结构合理，效率高，能耗低的新型橡塑粉碎机。
为了达到上述目的的本实用新型所提供的一种新型橡塑粉碎机，包括有电动机1、联轴器2、减速箱3、轴承4、小齿轮8、大轮轮9及压辊、轴承4装在压辊的轴径上，再把小齿轮8，大齿轮9装在相应压辊的轴径上，而后把轴承4装在哈夫轴承座上；最后把联轴器2，变速箱3，电机1联接并紧固。其特征为：压辊为组装式，由压辊外套5，压辊轴6及键7组成。压辊外套5的沟槽宽度L小于8毫米；沟槽的深度h小于5毫米。下面结合附图对本实用新型予以进一步的说明。

附图中：1为电动机、2为联轴器、3为变速箱、4为轴承、5为压辊外套、6为压辊轴、7为键、8为小齿轮、9为大齿轮；L为压辊沟槽的宽度，h为压辊沟槽的深度。
按说明书附图所示：先把轴承4装在压辊的轴径上，再把小齿轮8、大齿轮9装在相应的压辊的轴径上；而后把轴承4装在哈夫轴承座上(未画出)。最后把联轴器2、变速箱3、电机1联接并紧固。
工作过程是这样的：电机1通过联轴器2变速箱3带动主动压辊旋转，主动压辊上的小齿轮8带动大齿轮9旋转。从而两辊通过大小齿轮的传动以不同的速比逆向旋转。待电机达到全速后往两压辊的中间投入粗碎过的粒料。粗料经过两压辊的搓、剪切、滚压，而落入振动的筛中，经过振动筛中的思筛网变成一定目数的合格粉料；不合格的料在送回从新滚切。
由于本实用新型的压辊外套是一个个细刀齿，所以破碎橡胶产量很高，电动机功率只是老式产品的一半左右。并且刀齿用纯片后只需更换外套，而不需要更换整个辊子。
实现本实用新型只要把压辊变成压辊轴及压辊外套两部分。压辊外套用合金工具钢锻造后车加工，然后制齿并淬火，淬火硬度HRC55-60。
Claims (2)
1.属于橡胶和塑料机械中的一种粉碎设备——新型橡塑粉碎机，包括有电动机1、联轴器2、减速箱3、轴承4、小齿轮8、大齿轮9及压辊；轴承4装在压辊的轴径上，再把小齿轮8，大齿轮9装在相应压辊的轴径上，而后把轴承4装在哈夫轴承座上，最后把联轴器2，变速箱3，电机1联接并紧固；其特征为：压辊为组装式，由压辊外套5，压辊轴6及键7组成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种新型橡塑粉碎机其特征为：压辊外套5上的沟槽宽度L小于8毫米；沟槽的深度h小于5毫米。
