Abstract
一种骨科手术器械。既可用于半椎板的良好显
露，且不损伤健侧椎旁肌肉软组织，又可用作全椎板
显露的两用自动显露器。包括：“L”形齿条、齿轮移
动条、四齿牵开钩、牵开脚、手柄及限位螺丝。特点是
半椎板显露只需剥离单(病)侧椎旁肌，不损伤健侧。
维护了脊柱稳定，减少手术创伤、出血，简化手术步
骤，操作简便，术野显露好，缩短了手术时间，减轻了
病人痛若，术后康复快，又可作全椎板显露。实用性
强，能产生积极效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种骨科手术器械。
脊椎后路（椎间盘）手术时，需要牵开棘突旁软组织，良好地显露椎板，以利手术的顺利完成。目前使用的显露器有二种，一种是非自动半椎板拉钩，病人需侧卧位，因受体位限制且显露不完全，不利手术而被淘汰。另一种是全椎板牵开器，在作单侧半椎板切除或开窗手术时，需切开剥离棘突两侧的肌肉软组织方能显露，这样破坏了健侧椎旁软组织的正常结构，造成了不必要的损伤，增加了病人出血和痛苦，同时对脊柱的稳定性带来一定影响，不利于术后康复。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种既可用于半椎板的良好显露，且不损伤健侧椎旁肌肉软组织，又可用作全椎板显露的两用自动显露器，以适应不同手术的需要。
这种脊柱半、全椎板两用自动显露器包括：“L”形齿条、齿轮移动条、四齿牵开钩、牵开脚、手柄、限位及固定螺丝。“L”形齿条，一边为齿条，另一边（端）连接四齿牵开钩，移动条借齿轮在齿条上移动，两只牵开脚可在移动条上滑动，安装时应脚尖相背。手柄与齿轮连接，限位螺丝固定间距。
1、半椎板显露：手术剥离单（病）侧椎旁肌；将显露器牵开钩置于软组织（肌肉）端，将牵开脚（脚尖相背）置于病椎上、下棘突端；转动手柄自动牵开软组织，显露单侧椎板及其间隙。
2、全椎板显露：剥离两侧椎旁肌；将牵开脚（脚尖相背）靠拢（间隔的1、8公分），并与牵开钩相对应，置于病椎棘突两侧，转动手柄，自动牵开椎旁肌，显露全椎板。
本实用新型的特点是在行半椎板切除或开窗手术显露器中，只需切开剥离单（病）侧椎旁肌，不损伤健侧组织。维护了脊柱整体稳定性。减少手术创作和出血，简化手术步骤，操作简便，术野显露好，缩短了手术时间，减轻了病人的痛苦，术后康复快。同时又可作全椎板显露。经临床初步应用证明，实用性强，并能产生积极效果。深受术者和患者欢迎。
附图是脊柱半、全椎板两用自动显露器结构图。“L”形齿条（1）的一边（端）固定连接四齿牵开钩（3），另一边为齿条，齿轮移动条（2）通过齿轮在齿条上移动；二只牵开脚（4）呈脚尖相背安装在齿轮移动条上，可移动；手柄（6）与齿轮移动条的齿轮相连接；限位螺丝（5）控制牵开距离；固定螺丝（7）作固定连接用。附图中齿轮未画出。

- 脊柱半、全椎板两用自动显露器，包括“L”形齿条(1)、齿轮移动条(2)、牵开脚(4)及四齿牵开钩(3)，其特征在于它还包括由手柄(6)、齿轮、齿条组成的自动牵开机构及限位螺丝(5)的间距控制结构。牵开钩固定连接在“L”形齿条的一边(端)二只牵开脚(脚尖相背)安装在齿轮移动条上，两脚可任意移动，限位螺丝控制间距。牵开钩与牵开脚平行对应。齿轮移动条借齿轮在齿条上随意移动，限位螺丝控制牵开距离。
