Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种婴幼儿牙颌发育促进
器。具有含嘴、含嘴底部设有通孔，唇板、唇板上设有
管状突起，含嘴上端伸入管状突起的内孔后翻扣在管
状突起上，柄盖与管状突起活动连接。在本实用新型
的含嘴囊中，放置促进婴幼儿牙颌发育的可溶性药
物，将它送入婴幼儿的口腔中，通过吮吸可以促进婴
幼儿牙颌健康发育，日后萌生的乳齿排列整齐，可减
少龋齿发病。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种婴幼儿牙颌发育促进器。
牙颌指口腔中牙（牙列）及上下牙间的咬合关系和上下颌骨及其肌肉组织，牙颌发育主要指后天颌骨的生长、牙的萌出和牙列的形成。口腔中的牙齿、唾液腺等咀嚼和帮助消化的器官都和牙颌有着十分密切的关系。牙颌后天发育健壮将有助于婴幼儿萌生正常的乳齿，促进婴幼儿的唾液腺发育，这不仅增强了婴幼儿的消化功能，而且对保持颜面部的美观都起着相当重要的作用。一个健壮的牙颌、一副整齐美观的牙齿和发达的唾液腺体将使孩子终身受用。但目前我国婴幼儿采用人工哺乳的比率很大，口腔、特别是牙颌的发育和卫生情况并不令人满意。因牙颌发育不良而造成的牙齿排列不齐、龋齿等的患病率相当惊人，这不仅给日后的治疗带来很大压力，而且直接影响到我国人口素质的提高，因此，提供一种婴幼儿保持口腔卫生、促进牙颌发育的手段成为当今有婴幼儿的家庭所十分关注的课题。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种婴幼儿用牙颌发育促进器。它不仅自身有促进婴幼儿牙颌发育的作用，而且可以作为促进婴幼儿牙颌发育可溶性药物的储存和缓释装置。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式完成的，
婴幼儿用牙颌发育促进器，具有含嘴、唇板、柄盖，其特征在于所述细颈胶囊含嘴的一面呈凹圆形，另一面呈凸圆形，所述含嘴的前端设有细圆通孔，所述唇板的上表面有管状突起，所述含嘴的细颈部伸入突起内的通孔后翻扣在突起的周壁上，所述柄盖与突起之间活动连接。
本实用新型的突起周壁外部可以设有凸板与所述柄盖底部的凸板活动连接。
本实用新型的婴幼儿牙颌发育促进器，实质上是一种构造上强化了的人工乳头。细颈扁瓶状的含嘴。内可存放促进牙颌发育的颗粒状可溶性药物。其特定的形状可以促使婴幼儿增加吮吸的次数和加大上下颌动作的幅度。含嘴端部的细圆通孔可使口腔分泌的唾液进入含嘴内，被唾液溶解后的药物又能缓慢地从含嘴囊中返回口腔，从而使缓释的药物起到促进牙颌发育和清洁口腔的目的。含嘴及唇板在吮吸过程中均会对牙颌产生良性的按摩和挤压作用，可以加速牙颌部位的血液循环，改善牙颌发育时的营养条件。牙颌的正常发育又可促使日后萌出的乳齿排列整齐、并减少龋齿的发病率。断奶后的婴幼儿虽然正在向流质——半流质－－成人食谱过渡，但对奶头依恋性仍然很强，因此本实用新型的牙颌发育促进器作为奶嘴的替代物对婴幼儿而言很有吸引力，因此本实用新型的牙颌发育促进器对婴幼儿有很好的适应性。
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。

参照图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6，婴幼儿牙颌发育促进器的含嘴1做成细颈囊状，囊内可存放促使婴幼儿牙颌发育的颗粒状可溶性药物（该药物的制造方法由本发明人另案申请发明专利）。囊的一面呈凹圆形，便于和口腔中的舌面弧度相吻合。囊的另一面做成凸圆形，便于和口腔中的上颚形状相吻合。上述形状可增加婴幼儿吮吸时的舒适感，并促使婴幼儿增加吮吸次数。囊的底部设有细圆孔4，其数目可根据囊的规格适当选择，均匀分布。含嘴1采用乳胶一次注塑成形，唇板2做成心形圆弧板，与颜面口鼻部位的外形相吻合，使用时既舒适方便，又有助于对牙颌部位的良性挤压。唇板2上设有通孔9，可避免鼻腔中呼出的水汽积聚到上嘴唇上。唇板2中部表面有管状突起5，管状突起5的周壁上设有凸板7，整个唇板采用PVC工业塑料一次注塑成型。柄盖3底部设有凸板8，柄盖3通过凸板7、8与唇板2活动连接，柄盖3也可以采用螺纹与唇板2活动连接，连接后，接端呈密封状，便于婴幼儿将溶有药物的唾液吮吸到口腔中。为方便使用，柄盖3上表面还设有拉环10和拉环基座11，整个柄盖也用PVC工业塑料注塑。本实用新型装配时，可将含嘴1上部的细颈伸入唇板2中部的通孔中，并把细颈的上部翻扣到管状突起5上，然后在突起5上拧入柄盖3即可。
使用时，拧开柄盖3，倒入颗粒状可溶性药物，套上柄盖3拧紧后将含嘴囊送入婴幼儿口腔中，将唇板2靠住上、下唇即可吮吸，停止使用时可用拉环10将牙颌发育促进器从婴幼儿的口腔中拔出。

1、一种婴幼儿牙颌发育促进器，具有含嘴(1)、唇板(2)、柄盖(3)，其特征在于细颈胶囊含嘴(1)的一面呈凹圆形，另一面呈凸圆形，含嘴(1)前端设有细圆通孔(4)，唇板(2)的上表面有管状突起(5)，含嘴(1)的细颈部伸入突起(5)内的通孔后翻扣在突起(5)的周壁上，柄盖(3)与突起(5)活动连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的牙颌发育促进器，其特征在于突起（5）的周壁外部设有凸板（7），与柄盖（3）底部的凸板（8）活动连接。
