Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于模制纸纤维托盘的
模具。纸纤维托盘在包装工业中适于贮运蛋、水果、
瓶装酒类等各类物品的内包装。这种模具主要由主
骨模、丝网模并且两者组装成整体模以及脱模器构
成。模具设计合理，能用在不同类型的纸纤维制品模
塑机上，制造出放置各类物品的托盘；模具制造工艺
简单，不需高精度机床和大型设备加工；模具重量轻，
成本低；用这种模具制造出的托盘不易变形，强度、脆
性耐水性等都达到国际同类产品质量标准。
Description
本实用新型属于一种用于生产模制纸纤维托盘的模具。
在包装工业中用于内包装贮运蛋、水果、瓶装酒类等各类物品过去沿用黄纸板井字格包装，损耗较大。近年来用纸纤维托盘内包装大大降低损耗，便于长途运输和贮存。制造蛋托盘、苹果托盘、梨托盘、瓶托盘及保洁垫等放置各类物品托盘，关键在于模具。现国内纸浆模塑产品制造所用模具，大都是采用铸造精加工成形整体模具，需高精度机床和大型设备加工。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种易于制造的各类物品纸纤维托盘的模具。
这种模具由主骨模、丝网模并且两者组装成整体模以及脱模器构成。所述主骨模是由2条以上小条模组焊拼成，模面是适于放置各类物品的托盘阳模，并且密布有气孔；所述丝网模是由2条以上丝网小条模包封小条模而成，模面编织成丝网孔；上述丝网模和主骨模用螺栓组装成整体模；所述脱模器是与主骨模精密配合的模具，模面是与托盘阳模对应的托盘阴模，在模面上还有吸排气孔。这种模具主骨模模面上密布的气孔直径可以是1mm，模面上每平方厘米可以是23孔。
模制纸纤维托盘模具设计合理，能用在不同类型的纸纤维制品模塑机上，制造出放置各类物品的托盘；脱模器与主骨模配合精度可靠，不需高精度机床和大型设备加工，制造工艺简单，原材料来源广；蛋托盘、苹果托盘、梨托盘、瓶托盘的托盘阳模上无肋条，有利于贮运易碎物品；此外，这种模具重量轻，成本低，制造出的托盘不易变形，强度、脆性、耐水性等方面都达到国际同类产品质量标准。

附图1～9是本实用新型蛋托盘模具最佳实施例，以下作进一步详细说明。
参照图1～图4，主骨模用6条小条模（1），采用
＝0.8～1.2mm薄铜板，密集打上直径1mm气孔（2），每平方厘米23孔，经热处理退火，多次拉压成形，去毛边组焊。整个模面加工有放置蛋的托盘阳模（4）。参照图5～图7，丝网模采用不锈钢网，丝网孔（6）为40～60目，下料用6条丝网小条模（5）拉压成形经工装模1～4次拉延包封小条模（1）。参照图1，上述丝网模和主骨模用螺栓（3）组装成整体模。参照图8～图9，脱模器的制作是用主骨模吸附一层纸浆，人工整形后用配好的树脂胶浇铸在整好形的纸浆上，待树脂胶固化后钻上适量吸排气孔，脱模器制成。这时整个模面上具有与托盘阳模（4）对应的托盘阴模（7），蛋稳妥贮存于对应的空间中，由于托盘阳模（4）上无肋条，蛋贮存于其中不易碎裂，避免损耗。本实用新型装于模塑机上，制造纸浆蛋托盘的包装生产线是利用废纸搅碎成浆，经真空吸附按照这种模具主骨模、丝网模组装成的整体模形状制成贮存蛋的纸托盘，脱模器的作用是把已成形的蛋托盘从机器上取下并放置到干燥运输带上，起到机械手作用。本实用新型根据需要设计托盘阳模（4）、托盘阴模（7），能用于制造苹果托盘、梨托盘、瓶托盘及保洁垫、防震垫等纸纤维托盘。

1、一种模制纸纤维托盘模具，其特征在于：它由主骨模、丝网模并且两者组装成整体模以及脱模器构成，
所述主骨模是由2条以上小条模(1)组焊拼成，模面是适于放置各类物品的托盘阳模(4)，并且密布有气孔(2)；所述丝网模是由2条以上丝网小条模(5)包封小条模(1)而成，模面编织成丝网孔(6)；上述丝网模和主骨模用螺栓(3)组装成整体模；
所述脱模器是与主骨模精密配合的模具，模面是与托盘阳模(4)对应的托盘阴模(7)，在模面上还有吸排气孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的模制纸纤维托盘模具，其特征在于主骨模模面上密布的气孔（2）直径是1mm，模面上每平方厘米23孔。
