Embodiments according to the present disclosure include portable and miniature double-cap containers or bottles suitable for containing products (also referred to as substances or materials). In some embodiments, the gap 130 may align the outer second cap wall 132 with the outer circumference of the second collar side 125 . In FIG. 3 , the portion of the mouthpiece 114 shown is not part of the second cap 108 . Bottom view 320 shows inner second cap wall 128 , gap 130 and outer second cap wall 132 .

In some embodiments, double cap containers according to the present disclosure do not include a stop 110 between the shoulder 104 and the spout 114 . As such, the mouthpiece 114 is connected to the shoulder 104 at point 112 . In some embodiments, the second cap 108 does not include the gap 130 . In this way, the second cap 108 has only one wall, rather than separate walls including the inner second cap wall 128 and the outer second cap wall 132 .

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of an example of a double cap container 400 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Double-cap container 400 may include a similar structure to double-cap container 100 . Descriptions of elements having the same numbers as those in FIG. 1 are omitted. Double-cap container 400 differs from double-cap container 100 primarily in that double-cap container 400 does not include a shoulder feature (eg, shoulder 104 of FIG. 1 ) and does not include a stop (eg, stop 110 ) . By not including a shoulder feature, the double cap container 100 forms a straight edge design (i.e., there is a vertical straight edge that aligns the first cap 106, the main body 102, and the second cap 108). In the double cap container 400 , the top body side 402 of the body 102 surrounds the side of the body 102 opposite the side that includes the first female mating structure 126 (ie, the bottom side). The mouthpiece 114 is attached to the top body side 402 . In some embodiments, the center of the mouthpiece 114 and the center of the top body side 402 are aligned. The spout 114 includes an opening for releasing the contents of the double cap container 400 into the receiving device. The diameter of the opening may be the same as the diameter of the second opening 123 or may vary. Additionally, when the second cap 108 is mated with the mouthpiece 114, the second cap 108 may rest on the top body side 402, either in close contact or forming an airtight seal. In some embodiments, the outer second cap wall 132 may be aligned with the outer circumference of the top body side 402 . In other words, they can share the same or similar diameter.

In another embodiment, the portable double cap container may be an elongated bottle (eg, the same height and size as a water bottle). Thus, an elongated portable double cap container can have a capacity of 20 ounces, 28 ounces, 32 ounces. The elongated portable double cap container can have a larger or smaller volume. In some embodiments, the elongate portable double cap container may have a downwardly tapered side or a continuous outer diameter. The elongated portable double cap container has a variety of shapes including, but not limited to, a cylindrical shape similar to the shape of a shaker bottle. The elongated portable double cap container may include a mixing ball for mixing the stored contents.

The body defines an interior chamber in which substances can be stored. The bottle may be made of a fluid impermeable material. The material may be a BPA-free and recyclable plastic material (eg, PET, PETE, HDPE, PVC, LDPE, PP, PS). The material may also be other materials useful for storing and/or transporting food and/or fluids, including but not limited to glass and certain spill resistant fabrics.

An embodiment according to the present disclosure is a bottle. The bottle includes a body including a first end forming a first aperture and a second end forming a second aperture, the first aperture having a first diameter, and the second aperture having a second diameter, the first diameter being greater than the second diameter ; a first cap removably coupled to the first end of the main body; and a second cap removably coupled to the second end of the main body. In some embodiments, the bottle further includes a carrying device removably coupled to the second cap.

The first cap includes a first threaded section and the first end of the body includes a second threaded section, the first threaded section and the second threaded section constructed and dimensioned for engagement such that the first The cap is attachable to and removable from the first end of the body by rotation. The second cap includes a third threaded section and the second end of the body includes a fourth threaded section, the third and fourth threaded sections are constructed and dimensioned for engagement such that the second The cap is attachable to the second end of the body by rotation and removable from the second end of the body by rotation.

The second end of the body includes a male mating portion defining a second bore and including a fourth threaded section. The male mating portion is removably inserted into the opening of the receiving device to release the substance into the receiving device. The body defines an interior chamber for storing the substance. The bottle is made of fluid impermeable material. The body includes a main body portion having a constant outer diameter and a transition portion having a variable outer diameter. In some embodiments, the bottle further includes a stop configured and dimensioned to engage the second cap, the stop being positioned between the transition portion of the body and the second aperture. The transition portion includes a first end portion positioned adjacent the main body portion and a second end portion positioned adjacent the stop, the transition portion having an outer diameter that decreases from the first end portion to the second end portion.

The second cap includes an outer ring portion defining a first inner diameter and an inner ring portion defining a second inner diameter, the first inner diameter being greater than the second inner diameter, the inner ring portion including a third threaded section. The outer diameter of the male mating portion is smaller than the second inner diameter such that the male mating portion is received by the female mating portion of the inner ring portion and the outer diameter of the stop is similar to the first inner diameter such that the stop is substantially flush with the second cap . The second cap includes a receptacle constructed and dimensioned to mechanically connect to the carrying device such that the carrying device is attachable to and removable from the receptacle, the receptacle defining an opening that is constructed and is Set the size to accept the carrying device. The carrying device includes a safety fob keychain coupled to a loop constructed and dimensioned to be removably positioned within an opening defined by the receptacle to facilitate mechanical connection of the carrying device to the receptacle.

In some embodiments, the male mating portion defining the second bore does not include a fourth threaded section, but rather it is coupled to an annular wall structure surrounding the male mating portion of the second end of the body. The second cap does not include an inner ring portion, but only an outer ring portion, which includes the third threaded section. The annular wall structure has a slightly smaller diameter than the diameter of the outer ring portion of the second cap so that the annular wall structure and the outer ring portion of the second cap can engage via complementary reciprocal threads and third thread segments.

Another embodiment according to the present disclosure is a portable container. The portable container includes a hollow body including a base portion, a finish portion, and a transition section, the base portion including a base aperture defining a first diameter, the finish portion including a finish aperture, the finish aperture defining a smaller opening than the first the second diameter of the diameter, the transition section is positioned between and connects the base portion and the finish portion; the base cap, which is removably connected to the base portion to cover the base hole; the finish cap, which removably connected to the finish portion to cover the finish aperture; and a carrying device removably connected to the finish cap. Carrying means may be optional. In this embodiment, the base hole is larger than the finish hole. For example, the base hole may have an opening that is about 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, etc. (based on the total volume that can be stored by the portable container) of the size of the bottle finish hole sized to fit a standard A water or beverage bottle opening (ie, a mouth opening with a funnel-like size opening). The base hole may also be substantially similar in size to the finish hole. For example, the base aperture and the finish aperture may both be "wider mouth" openings, or may both be "funnel-sized" openings. The base hole may also be smaller than the bottle mouth hole, allowing the user to use the bottle mouth hole to scoop and funnel the material contained in the portable container out of the base hole. The base cap is removably connected to the base portion via threads positioned on the inner circumference of the base cap and the outer circumference of the base portion. The finish cap is removably connected to the finish portion via threads positioned on the inner circumference of the finish cap and the outer circumference of the finish portion. The base cap and finish cap may be removably attached to the base portion and finish portion, respectively, via other mechanisms including, but not limited to, snaps and clips.

Another embodiment according to the present disclosure is an apparatus for storing and transporting substances. The apparatus includes a body including opposing first and second ends, the first end including a first male mating section, and the second end including a second male mating section, the first male mating section a segment defining a first opening and a first outer diameter, and a second male mating section defining a second opening and a second outer diameter; a first cap including a first female mating section configured and is dimensioned to removably receive the first male mating section such that the first cap covers the first opening, the first female mating section defines a third outer diameter greater than the first outer diameter; the second cap, which including a second female mating section constructed and dimensioned to removably receive the second male mating section such that the second cap covers the second opening, the second female mating section defining a fourth outer diameter greater than the second outer diameter; and a carrier constructed and dimensioned to be removably attached to any of the body, the first cap, and the second cap. The diameter of the top surface of the first cap is greater than the diameter of the top surface of the second cap.

Another embodiment in accordance with the present disclosure is a bottle comprising: a body including a top end forming a top aperture and a bottom end; a top cap removably coupled to the top end of the body ; and a carrying device removably coupled to the top cap.

Another embodiment in accordance with the present disclosure is a bottle comprising: a body including a top end and a bottom end forming a bottom hole; a bottom cap removably coupled to the bottom end of the body and a carrying device removably coupled to the top end.

Another embodiment in accordance with the present disclosure is a single bottom cap container. The single bottom cap container includes a hollow body including a base portion, a finish portion, and a transition section, the base portion including a base aperture defining a first diameter, the finish portion having a non-removable finish cap, and the transition section positioned between and connecting the base portion and the finish portion; a single bottom cap removably connected to the base portion to cover the base aperture; and a carrying device removably connected to the finish The cap, the finish cap is not removable from the finish portion (ie, the finish portion and finish cap are continuous). Carrying means may be optional. A single bottom cap container allows substances (eg, supplemental protein powder) to be filled into the container and drained from the container through the same base hole. A single bottom cap is removably connected to the base portion via threads positioned on the inner circumference of the base cap and the outer circumference of the base portion. Another embodiment in accordance with the present disclosure is a single top cap container. The single top cap container includes a hollow body including a base portion, a finish portion, and a transition section, the finish portion including a finish aperture defining a second diameter smaller than the first diameter, the transition section positioned at the base portion and Between and connecting the finish portion the base portion and finish portion; a single top cap removably connected to the finish portion to cover the finish aperture; and a carrying device removably connected to the single top cap. Carrying means may be optional. A single top cap container allows substances (eg, supplemental protein powder) to be filled into the container and discharged from the container via the same mouth opening. The finish hole can be sized like a funnel (ie, sized to have an opening of a funnel-like size) so that the finish hole can fit into a standard water or beverage bottle opening. The finish aperture can also be sized to have a wider mouth opening that readily allows the container to be filled and emptied from the same top opening of the container (ie, the finish aperture). A single top cap is removably attached to the finish portion via threads positioned on the inner circumference of the finish cap and the outer circumference of the finish portion. A single top cap may be removably attached to the base portion via other mechanisms including, but not limited to, snaps and clips.

Claims (16)

1. A container, comprising:

a main body;

a first opening at an end of the body for receiving a product, the first opening configured to be closable with a mating structure via an attachment mechanism that seals the first opening;

a second opening at an opposite end of the one end of the body for transferring or releasing the product into another container or bottle, the second opening configured to be sealable with a cap.

2. The container of claim 1, wherein the first opening is located at a bottom end of the body.

3. The container of claim 2, wherein the second opening is smaller than the first opening.

4. The container of any of claims 1-3, wherein the product is a supplement.

5. The container of claim 4, wherein the container is a portable container.

6. The container of any of claims 1-3, wherein the second opening is similar in size to or smaller in size than an opening of the other container or bottle.

7. The container of any of claims 1-3, wherein the container is 2 to 4 inches high and the body has a diameter of 1.5 to 2 inches.

8. The container of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:

a top cap removable to expose the second opening.

9. The container of claim 8, wherein the top cap has an inner cap wall, a gap, an outer cap wall, and a bottom surface, the gap being the area between the inner cap wall and the outer cap wall.

10. The container of claim 8, further comprising:

a carrier attached to a top surface of the top cap.

11. The container of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:

a spout, wherein the second opening is formed within the spout.

12. The container of claim 8, further comprising:

a bottom cap removably attached to the first opening.

13. The container of claim 12, further comprising:

a shoulder having a variable outer diameter and decreasing in diameter as the shoulder moves away from the bottom cap and toward the top cap.

14. The container of claim 13, wherein the shoulder includes a stop shaped as a ring around a top end of the container.

15. A container, comprising:

a hollow body comprising a top end and a bottom end; and

a cap removably coupled to one of the top end and bottom end of the body,

wherein the cap has an opening of funnel-like size.

16. The container of claim 15, wherein the container is permitted to be inserted into an opening of a water or drink bottle via the funnel-shaped sized opening.
