Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a water softener technical field especially relates to a water softener salt case.
Background
A water softener is a water treatment device applied in industrial production and families. When the water treatment device works, calcium ions and magnesium ions in water are removed by methods such as ion exchange resin and the like, so that the water hardness is reduced, and the water is not scaled. Compared with tap water, the soft water has very obvious taste and hand feeling, the water treated by the water softener is called soft water, and the common tap water is called hard water.
The water softener mainly removes calcium and magnesium ions in water through an ion exchanger to reduce the hardness of the water. When the ion exchange agent is used for the exchange reaction of sodium ions Na +, the method is called a sodium (Na) type ion exchange method. The principle of the water softener is as follows: when raw water containing hardness components passes through the ion exchanger layer in the water softener, calcium and magnesium ions in the water are exchanged and adsorbed by the ion exchanger layer, and sodium ions are released, so that the water flowing out of the water softener is softened water from which the hardness ions are removed. Water softeners are generally equipped with a salt tank for dissolving salt, and the water softener needs to fill the salt tank storing salt to dissolve saturated salt water. The water valve in the water softener sucks saturated salt water in the salt tank into the water softener to regenerate the ineffective ion exchanger.
The water softener salt case limitation among the prior art is great, and salt case fixed mounting need open the casing in the casing when adding salt for it is inconvenient to add salt.

The signal of the water level sensor 8 can be directly sent out to the water supply valve 4, and can also be transmitted to a control device in the water softener, and the control device controls the switch of the water supply valve 4.
The control device of the utility model can be a single chip, a chip, etc.
The water level sensor 8 may be fixed to the upper case 3 with its sensing monitoring end inserted into the water containing chamber 11.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the water level sensor 8 includes an upper limit plate 81, a lower limit plate 82, a connection post 83, a float 84, and a sensing contact 85.
The upper and lower limiting plates 81 and 82 are connected to the connecting column 83, respectively.
A float 84 is slidably mounted on the connecting post 83, the float being located between the upper and lower limiting plates 81, 82.
At least one inductive contact 8 is arranged on the upper surface of the upper limit plate 81 and on one side of the lower limit plate 82. At least one inductive contact 85 is disposed on the lower retainer 82 on the side of the upper retainer 81.
When water is filled into the water containing cavity 11, the float 84 moves upward on the connecting column 83 until moving to the upper limiting plate 81 and touching the inductive contact 85 on the upper limiting plate 81. The sensing contact 85 on the upper limiting plate 81 sends out a signal to prompt that the liquid level in the water containing cavity 11 reaches the highest water level and stops water injection.
When the brine is pumped out, the float 84 moves downwards on the connecting column 83 until moving to the lower limiting plate 82 and touching the inductive contact 85 on the lower limiting plate 82 along with the lowering of the water level in the water containing cavity 11.
