技术领域 胶圈密封管件是水暖器材配件
背景技术 现行的水暖器材管件诸如直接、弯头及三通等管件与管材之间连接时是采用生胶带密封的，密封难度大。
发明内容 本实用新型胶圈密封管件的目的在于提出一种使用方便、密封可靠的管件。它是由管件壳体、内螺纹、内螺纹终止线、卡环、密封胶圈组成的，其特征在于：在管件壳体内设置内螺纹，在内螺纹终止线近旁设置卡环，在卡环上设置密封胶圈。
管件壳体可采用黄铜、不锈钢、尼龙、塑料等材料。
内螺纹终止线与卡环之间的间距大于密封胶圈的厚度。
当被接管材的外螺纹旋入管件的内螺纹时，旋紧管材，管材端口压在密封胶圈上，密封胶圈将管材端口与卡环密封。
胶圈密封管件的密封比传统的生胶带密封方式操作简便，密封效果好。

实施例1胶圈密封内丝直接管件
胶圈密封内丝直接管件结构如图1及图2所示，在图1中，在管件壳体1中设置内螺纹，在内螺纹终止线3的近旁设置卡环5，在卡环5上设置密封圈4。
图2为被接管材与内丝直接连接装配图。
在图2中，卡环与密封胶圈的内径略小于被接管材的内径。卡环与密封胶圈的外径略大于被接管材的外径。
被接管材6旋入内螺纹内，被接管材的端口紧紧压在密封胶圈4上，密封胶圈将管材端口与卡环密封，即管材与内丝直接管件密封。
实施例2胶圈密封内丝弯头
胶圈密封内丝弯头的结构如图3所示，在图3中，在弯头壳体8内设置内螺纹2，在内螺纹终止线3的近旁设置卡环5，在卡环上设置密封胶圈4。
胶圈密封内丝弯头与管材相连的密封原理与实施例1相同。
实施例3胶圈密封ppr内丝直接
胶圈密封ppr内丝直接如图4所示，在图4中，在ppr塑料壳体9的上部镶嵌有铜嵌件8，铜嵌件内设置内螺纹2，在内螺纹终止线3的下方设置卡环5，在卡环上方设置密封圈4，在ppr塑料壳体的下部设置ppr直接接口10。
铜嵌件卡环内环被ppr塑料包覆，密封圈恰好覆盖在卡环与ppr塑料的接缝处，密封圈不仅使管材与铜嵌件之间密封，而且使铜嵌件与ppr塑料壳体之间密封。
