本实用新型涉及板材领域，具体讲是一种塑胶板材的减重结构。
背景技术：
塑胶板材一般都选用价格低廉的石粉作为填充剂，制得的板材密度较大，一般采用发泡或者中空、加木粉的方式制得一些较为轻质的板材，这些板材可用于铺设地面或铺贴墙面，这些板材都有一个较为致命的缺点就是平衡性能没有那么好，高温容易变形，或者工艺比较复杂，成本较高。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种平衡性好、可有效降低重量的塑胶板材的减重结构。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是，提供一种塑胶板材的减重结构，其至少包括一塑胶基材，塑胶基材上方设有图案层和透明保护层，塑胶基材下方设有凹向基材表面的沟槽，沟槽表面设有平衡层。
作为优选，平衡层为三聚氰胺浸渍纸或UV涂层。
作为优选，塑胶基材由塑胶物料通过挤出机挤出并经两钢辊压制制得。
作为优选，透明保护层上成型有纹路。
作为优选，纹路与图案层相对应，偏差小于2mm。
作为优选，塑胶基材厚度为3.2-8mm，沟槽深度为1-5mm。
作为优选，沟槽截面为方形、弧形、梯形中任一几何图形。

采用以上方案后与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：通过在塑胶基材上设置沟槽，虽然没有降低密度，但是同样尺寸的板材重量能减轻不少，尤其是较厚的板，效果更为明显，同时，为了解决设置钩槽后易出现平衡性问题，对应设置了平衡层。

下面就具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明：
实施例1
一种塑胶板材的减重结构，如图1所示，其包括一塑胶基材1，塑胶基材1 上方依次设有图案层2和透明保护层3，塑胶基材1下方设有凹向基材表面的沟槽14，沟槽14表面设有平衡层5。其中，塑胶基材为PVC、PP、PET、PETG、POE 中任一塑胶材质；透明保护层可以是UV、PUR、PVC等树脂涂布后固化形成；平衡层选用硬度较大的材料，如低油分或者无油分的膜并通过改变平衡层的厚度来使板材达到平衡状态，也可以使用UV涂布形成,本实施例中平衡层通过一原纸浸渍三聚氰胺溶液而制成。
其具体制备方法可如下，一种塑胶板材的减重结构的成型方法，塑胶基材由塑胶物料通过挤出机挤出，经两钢辊压制制得，其中与表面接触的钢辊具有凹凸纹路或平纹，与底面接触的钢辊具有沟槽，作为一种优选方式，平衡层通过一胶辊，在沟槽压制前铺设于基材底面，经压制后平衡层分布于整个塑胶基材底面包括凹槽处，图案层通过一胶辊在纹路压制前覆在塑胶基材上表面，同时透明保护层通过一胶辊覆于图案层上方，并在压制后使得透明保护层上成型有纹路。并且，纹路与图案层相对应，偏差小于2mm。而且，沟槽、图案层、保护层可一次成型，无需使用任何粘连剂。现有技术中部分轻质墙板也有沟槽设置，其沟槽作用是为了提高粘接时胶水能有更大的接触面积。在其生产时因受工艺限制，无法一次成型，只能先生产带凹槽的基材，待基材冷却后再用胶水贴合图案层与透明层。
或者，通过将压纹板、透明保护层、图案层、塑胶基材、平衡层、沟槽板依次铺设于平整铁盘上，经传送带送入压机中，通过高温高压直接制得沟槽减重结构，该沟槽减重结构其沟槽截面为方形、弧形、梯形中任一几何图形。
本塑胶板材可用于地板或墙板使用。考虑到传统墙板沟槽是调整挤出磨口获得的，由于贴合时存在压力，会将沟槽压平，所以无法在线贴合，要先制成带有沟槽的基材，冷却后，再在基材上用胶水贴合表皮，且表皮需要预制压纹。本申请通过创造性改进，使得墙板直接挤出贴合表皮，压上花纹，在贴合表皮的同时，用底纹压辊将沟槽压上去，并且根据实际使用情况，对沟槽的尺寸做限定，塑胶基材厚度为3.2-8mm，沟槽深度为1-5mm，避免太深的沟槽影响表面效果。
通过在塑胶基材上设置沟槽，虽然没有降低密度，但是同样尺寸的板材重量能减轻不少，尤其是较厚的板，效果更为明显。

1.一种塑胶板材的减重结构，其至少包括一塑胶基材，塑胶基材上方设有图案层和透明保护层，其特征在于：塑胶基材下方设有凹向基材表面的沟槽，沟槽表面设有平衡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶板材的减重结构，其特征在于：平衡层为三聚氰胺浸渍纸或UV涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶板材的减重结构，其特征在于：塑胶基材由塑胶物料通过挤出机挤出并经两钢辊压制制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶板材的减重结构，其特征在于：透明保护层上成型有纹路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑胶板材的减重结构，其特征在于：纹路与图案层相对应，偏差小于2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶板材的减重结构，其特征在于：塑胶基材厚度为3.2-8mm，沟槽深度为1-5mm。
