技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种充气装置,尤其涉及充气泵。
背景技术
充气产品需要使用气泵来进行充气。气泵一般分为高压泵和低压泵。而充气产品内部的气压也不尽相同。比如球类产品内部气压就比较高,空气床或者气垫船的内部气压就比较低。低压产品就不能用高压气泵进行充气。所以当用户进行户外活动时,往往会携带充气床进行睡觉和球类产品进行娱乐。这样就需要携带两种气泵,这样便携性就受到了很大的制约,不够方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种充气泵,可以具备高压充气和低压充气两种充气模式,从而适配不同的产品使用。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种高低压一体充气泵,包括壳体和设置在壳体内的低压泵组和高压泵组,以及用于控制低压泵组和高压泵组打开或关闭的控制电路;
所述壳体包括一个进风口和一个出风口,所述高压泵组和低压泵组分别通过第一出风通道和第二出风通道连通所述进风口和出风口。
在一较佳实施例中:所述第一出风通道和第二出风通道在连通出风口的一侧分别设置有单向阀。
在一较佳实施例中:所述低压泵组包括第一电机和风叶,所述第一电机带动风叶转动从而将空气从进风口吸入再通过出风口排出。
在一较佳实施例中:所述高压泵组包括第二电机、齿轮、连杆、隔膜和泵腔;所述连杆的一端通过转轴偏心安装在齿轮上,另一端与隔膜连动连接;所述齿轮与第二电机的输出转轴啮合;所述隔膜设置在泵腔内,连杆带动隔膜在泵腔内往复运动,改变泵腔的内容积。
在一较佳实施例中:还包括一齿轮固定座,其通过一轴承与齿轮的轴心连接在一起。
在一较佳实施例中:所述高压泵组包括第二电机、齿轮、连杆、隔膜和泵腔;所述连杆的一端通过转轴偏心安装在斜齿轮上,另一端与隔膜连动连接;所述第二电机的输出转轴上设置有蜗杆,所述斜齿轮与蜗杆啮合;所述隔膜设置在泵腔内,连杆带动隔膜在泵腔内往复运动,改变泵腔的内容积。
在一较佳实施例中:还包括一齿轮固定座,其通过一轴承与斜齿轮的轴心连接在一起。
在一较佳实施例中:所述连杆与齿轮座之间设置有弹簧,所述连杆在往复运动的回程阶段压缩所述弹簧。
在一较佳实施例中:所述第二出风通道中设置有压力阀;所述第二出风通道中的风压大于压力阀的设定阈值时,压力阀上的信号开关发送信号至控制电路;所述控制电路切换高压泵组件工作。
在一较佳实施例中:所述压力阀包括进气口、隔膜、阀芯和信号开关;所述阀芯的一端与隔膜顶抵,另一端朝向信号开关的触发端。
在一较佳实施例中:所述压力阀还包括上盖、下盖和调节螺母,所述上盖和下盖组合形成一容腔;
所述隔膜被上盖和下盖夹持在所述容腔内,所述上盖还具有一个开口;调节螺母安装在所述开口处,所述阀芯穿过调节螺母伸出容腔外;所述调节螺母的下端与弹簧的上端抵接,弹簧的下端与阀芯抵接;所述调节螺母在开口上下移动,并改变所述弹簧的预紧力。
在一较佳实施例中:所述控制电路包括继电器RY1,其常闭端口连接至高压泵组,常开端口连接至低压泵组;同名端连接至信号开关的高电位端;信号开关的低电位端连接至低压泵组。

本实用新型提供的一种高低压一体充气泵,将低压泵组和高压泵组集成在一个外壳中,并且共用一个进气口和出气口,并且在使用过程中可以自动根据压力从低压泵组切换到高压泵组,满足用户的使用需要,为各种各样的产品充气,且使用过程非常简单与传统的充气泵在使用上没有什么不同。

上述的高低压一体充气泵,将低压泵组2和高压泵组3集成在一个外壳1 中,并且共用一个进气口11和出气口12,满足用户的使用需要,为各种各样的产品充气,且使用过程非常简单与传统的充气泵在使用上没有什么不同。这样低压泵组2就可以用来给空气床或者气垫船这种低压产品充气,而高压泵组 3可以用来给球这种高压产品充气。
本实施例中,所述第一出风通道和第二出风通道在连通出风口12的一侧分别设置有单向阀13、14。设置单向阀13、14的作用是将两个出风通道相互独立开,防止第一出风通道中的空气进入第二出风通道中。
具体来说,所述低压泵组2包括第一电机21和风叶22,所述第一电机21 带动风叶22转动从而将空气从进风口11吸入再通过出风口12排出。
所述高压泵组3包括第二电机31、齿轮32、连杆33、隔膜34和泵腔35;所述连杆33的一端通过转轴偏心安装在齿轮32上,另一端与隔膜34连动连接;所述齿轮32与第二电机31的输出转轴啮合;所述隔膜34设置在泵腔内,连杆33带动隔膜34在泵腔内往复运动,改变泵腔的内容积,这样就实现了打气的全过程。
为了实现齿轮32的转动,本实施例中还包括一齿轮固定座36,其通过一轴承37与齿轮32的轴心连接在一起。这样第二电机31就可以带动齿轮32绕着自身的轴心转动。
上述的结构只能实现使用高压泵组3或者低压泵组2,如果要使用更加简单,就还需要具备自动切换功能。本实施例中,所述第二出风通道中设置有压力阀15;所述第二出风通道中的风压大于压力阀的设定阈值时,压力阀15上的信号开关151发送信号至控制电路;所述控制电路切换高压泵组3件工作。
由于低压泵组2腔内的压力随气循环线路增大,因此压力阀15放在低压泵组2腔出气口端,或者出风口12后段区域。这样就可以让压力阀15的压力足够大,保证压力阀15的灵敏度。
具体来说,所述压力阀15包括进气口152、隔膜153、阀芯154和信号开关151;所述阀芯154的一端与隔膜153顶抵,另一端朝向信号开关151的触发端。当隔膜153收到进气口152吹进的风鼓起后,就会推动阀芯154向着靠近信号开关151的方向移动一定距离,从而触发信号开关151输出高电平信号。
再具体一点的,所述压力阀15还包括上盖155、下盖156和调节螺母157,所述上盖155和下盖156组合形成一容腔;
所述隔膜153被上盖和下盖夹持在所述容腔内,所述上盖155还具有一个开口;调节螺母157安装在所述开口处,所述阀芯154穿过调节螺母157伸出容腔外;所述调节螺母157的下端与弹簧158的上端抵接,弹簧158的下端与阀芯154抵接;所述调节螺母157在开口上下移动,并改变所述弹簧158的预紧力。这样就可以改变阀芯154移动时所要克服的弹簧压力,从而改变压力阀设定的压力阈值。
最后,信号开关151输出的信号至控制电路,从而从低压泵组2切换至高压泵组3工作。为此,所述控制电路包括继电器RY1,其常闭端口连接至高压泵组3,常开端口连接至低压泵组2;同名端连接至信号开关151的高电位端;信号开关151的低电位端连接至低压泵组2。
当信号开关151输出低电平时,12V电源经信号开关151和低压泵组2连接,此时低压泵组2工作。当信号开关151输出高电平时,12V电源经信号开关151连接至继电器,从而将12V通过继电器RY1的常闭端与高压泵组3连通,高压泵组3工作,低压泵组2断开。因此就可以实现低压泵组2向高压泵组3 的自动切换。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:参考图8,本实施例中齿轮32为斜齿轮。第二电机31的输出转轴与斜齿轮之间还设置一个蜗杆37,通过第二电机31驱动蜗杆37转动,蜗杆在驱动斜齿轮转动。采用蜗杆-斜齿轮传动传动比较直齿轮传动大,降速明显,可达到降噪和降振的效果。
本实施例中,进一步参考图9,所述连杆33和齿轮固定座36之间设置了一个弹簧38,连杆在往复运动的回程阶段压缩弹簧,使第二电机31在往复运动的进程和回程阶段所提供的扭力趋于平衡,可提高第二电机31碳刷的使用寿命;进程阶段由弹簧38及连杆33同时对隔膜34做功,可一定程度上降低第二电机31的功耗。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,利用此构思对本实用新型进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本实用新型保护范围的行为。

Claims (13)

1.一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于包括壳体和设置在壳体内的低压泵组和高压泵组,以及用于控制低压泵组和高压泵组打开或关闭的控制电路;
所述壳体包括一个进风口和一个出风口,所述高压泵组和低压泵组分别通过第一出风通道和第二出风通道连通所述进风口和出风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述第一出风通道和第二出风通道在连通出风口的一侧分别设置有单向阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述低压泵组包括第一电机和风叶,所述第一电机带动风叶转动从而将空气从进风口吸入再通过出风口排出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述高压泵组包括第二电机、齿轮、连杆、隔膜和泵腔;所述连杆的一端通过转轴偏心安装在齿轮上,另一端与隔膜连动连接;所述齿轮与第二电机的输出转轴啮合;所述隔膜设置在泵腔内,连杆带动隔膜在泵腔内往复运动,改变泵腔的内容积。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:还包括一齿轮固定座,其通过一轴承与齿轮的轴心连接在一起。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述高压泵组包括第二电机、齿轮、连杆、隔膜和泵腔;所述连杆的一端通过转轴偏心安装在斜齿轮上,另一端与隔膜连动连接;所述第二电机的输出转轴上设置有蜗杆,所述斜齿轮与蜗杆啮合;所述隔膜设置在泵腔内,连杆带动隔膜在泵腔内往复运动,改变泵腔的内容积。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:还包括一齿轮固定座,其通过一轴承与斜齿轮的轴心连接在一起。
8.根据权利要求5或7所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述连杆与齿轮座之间设置有弹簧,所述连杆在往复运动的回程阶段压缩所述弹簧。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述第二出风通道中设置有压力阀;所述第二出风通道中的风压大于压力阀的设定阈值时,压力阀上的信号开关发送信号至控制电路;所述控制电路切换高压泵组件工作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述压力阀包括进气口、隔膜、阀芯和信号开关;所述阀芯的一端与隔膜顶抵,另一端朝向信号开关的触发端。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述压力阀还包括上盖、下盖和调节螺母,所述上盖和下盖组合形成一容腔;
所述隔膜被上盖和下盖夹持在所述容腔内,所述上盖还具有一个开口;调节螺母安装在所述开口处,所述阀芯穿过调节螺母伸出容腔外;所述调节螺母的下端与弹簧的上端抵接,弹簧的下端与阀芯抵接;所述调节螺母在开口上下移动,并改变所述弹簧的预紧力。
12.根据权利要求11所述的一种高低压一体充气泵,其特征在于:所述控制电路包括继电器RY1,其常闭端口连接至高压泵组,常开端口连接至低压泵组;同名端连接至信号开关的高电位端;信号开关的低电位端连接至低压泵组。
13.一种充气产品,其特征在于具有权利要求1-12中任一项所述的充气泵。
