Abstract
一种机械式球型铰链，是由球销(1)、球销座(2)
及球座挡片(3)组成。它的技术特征是在球销(1)和
球销座(2)之间配置一个由含油聚甲醛材料一次注射
成型的球销垫(4)。其优点是采用此结构提高了球铰
链摩擦副的耐磨性，并可省去现有结构中的球面垫及
弹簧装置，在制造工艺上可省去球销的渗碳淬火热处
理工艺，并简化装配工艺，从而使产品成本下降、这
种结构可实用于各领域中的球型铰链。
Description
本实用新型是一种机械式铰链结构，特别是涉及一种新型球型铰链结构。
现有机械上常用的球型铰链，都是在球销和球销座之间配置有两个球面垫，其中一个球面垫还配置了弹簧，以补偿由于球面垫磨损所形成的间隙，但其性能不可靠，常导至球销扭转力矩下降，球销使用性能得不到保证。在球销摩擦付中，球销的硬度要比球面垫的硬度高，所以球销常采用渗碳淬火的热处理工艺，能源消耗大，热处理工艺繁杂，耗时多。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，制造容易，装配方便的新型球型铰链。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是由球销（1或5）、球销座（2或6）及球销挡片（3或8）组成。本实用新型的技术特征在于在上述球销（1或5）及球销座（2或6）之间配置一个由含油聚甲醛材料一次注射成型的球销垫（4或7），该球销垫（4或7）与上述球销（1或5）成为不可分离的整体，而且二者之间可相对转动。
采用本实用新型的技术解决方案可使球型铰链的结构简化，省去原有球型铰链结构中的钢制球面垫及弹簧装置，在制造工艺上省去球销（1或5）繁杂的渗碳淬火热处理工艺，而采用调质处理，从而减少能源电力消耗，使成本下降。由于球销垫（4或7）在注射过程中能直接保证其外径尺寸精度，从而使装配工艺简化，并能有效地保证球销扭转力矩及足够的耐磨性。
下面是对附图的简要说明。

图一是本实用新型的技术解决方案应用于微型汽车左右悬臂大球销总成的例子。是由球销（1）、球销座（2）、球销挡片（3）及球销垫（4）组成。球销垫（4）是直接一次注射成型在球销（1）的球面上（两者为不可分的整体且能相对转动），并直接保证球销垫（4）的外径尺寸精度，使装配方便且能保证装配性能。装配时，将注射成型的球销垫（4）及球销（1）从上面装入球销座（2）中，然后再装入球销挡片（3），最后采用施压旋铆成型工艺将球销挡片（3）铆固在球销座（2）中，从而形成一个整体的大球销总成。
图二是本实用新型的另一个实施例，它与图一实施例中的区别在于图一是从上面旋铆成型，图二是从下面旋铆成型，它们之间结构相近，实施方法相同，对于本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的，这里不再重复描述。

1、一种球型铰链，是由球销(1或5)、球销座(2或6)及球销挡片(3或8)组成。本实用新型的技术特征在于在上述球销(1或5)及球销座(2或6)之间配置一个由含油聚甲醛材料一次注射成型的球销垫(4或7)，该球销垫(4或7)与上述球销(1或5)成为不可分离的整体，而且二者之间可相对转动。
