Abstract
一种轧机用无内圈圆柱滚子轴承，属于机械制造
领域。为了简化拆装轧机轴承工艺，降低轴承成本，
特别是提高轧辊辊颈强度，本实用新型省去了现有轧
机轴承内圈，轧辊辊颈直接与圆柱滚子接触，在不改
变现有轧机轴承的外圈，保持架和圆柱滚子的情况
下，使轧辊辊颈增加10％-15％。本实用新型主要用
于短应力线轧机、复二重轧机及其它滚动轴承轧机。
Description
本实用新型属于机械制造领域，主要用于短应力线轧机、复二重轧机及其它滚动轴承轧机。
现有的轧机用轴承（见中华人民共和国机械工业部轧机用四列圆柱滚子轴承外型尺寸标准JB4039－85）由两个外圈、一个内圈、两个保持架和四列圆柱滚子构成。
由于该轴承结构限制，轧机不能使用较粗的轧辊辊颈，致使一些轧辊在辊颈处断裂。
本实用新型的目的在于改进上述缺点，而提供一种轧机用无内圈圆柱滚子轴承，它使轴承结构简化，增加轧辊辊颈及其强度。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：如图1和图2所示，一种轧机用无内圈圆柱滚子轴承，由外圈（1）、保持架（2）和沿圆周方向均布的圆柱滚子（3）组成。其特点是无轴承内圈、圆柱滚子与轧辊辊颈直接接触，辊颈表面作为滚动面。
本轴承由于采用了如上述的结构，和现有的轧机轴承外圈、滚子及保持架相同的情况下与现有轧机轴承相比有如下优点：
1、由于去掉了轴承内圈，使轧辊辊颈增加10－15％。
2、降低轴承成本20％。
3、省去装配轴承内圈的工序及设备。
4、克服了使用现有轧机轴承，轴承内圈占用量大的缺点。
5、增加轧辊强度，可扩大轧制品种和轧制大规格产品。

实施例1：如图1所示，是轧机用无内圈四列圆柱滚子轴承。
实施例2：如图2所示，是轧机用无内圈双列圆柱滚子轴承。
轧机用无内圈圆柱滚子轴承与现有轴承FC3045120、4482930的比较如下表：

1、一种轧机用无内圈圆柱滚子轴承，由外圈(1)、保持架(2)和沿圆周方向均布的圆柱滚子(3)组成，其特征在于，该轴承无内圈，圆柱滚子与轧辊辊颈直接接触，辊颈表面作为滚动面。
