the output end of the pressure motor 4 is connected with the device 1 for placing disinfectant through a disinfectant pipeline 6; for drawing the sterilizing fluid through the sterilizing fluid pipe 6 to the sterilizing fluid nozzle 7 in a state that the target object 2 is located in the sterilizing compartment 3 so as to spray the sterilizing fluid to the target object 2 through the sterilizing fluid nozzle 7.
The device for placing the sterilizing liquid is not limited as long as the sterilizing liquid can be contained, and for example, the device can be a bottle or the like. In order to facilitate the user to see the volume of the disinfectant, graduation marks can be arranged on the device for placing the disinfectant. The object to be disinfected is called a target object, the target object is not limited, the object is determined according to the actual situation, and if the electrode plate needs to be disinfected, the electrode plate is the target object. In order to improve the disinfection effect, the target object is disinfected in a disinfection bin. The size of the disinfection bin and the size of the opening arranged on the bin wall on the disinfection bin are not limited, and the disinfection bin is determined according to the size of the target object. For example, when the target object is an electrode sheet, the sterilization chamber needs to satisfy electrode sheets of various thicknesses and various sizes. In general, a rectangular opening can be formed in the cover of the disinfection bin according to the maximum size and the maximum thickness of the electrode plate, so that the electrode plate with each thickness and size can be inserted into the disinfection bin through the opening as much as possible. The means for placing the sterilizing fluid needs to be connected to a sterilizing fluid pipe so that the sterilizing fluid can enter the sterilizing compartment. In practice, in order to reduce the amount of disinfectant and to enable the target object to be uniformly sprayed with disinfectant under the condition of ensuring the disinfection effect as much as possible, a disinfectant nozzle is added to the portion of the disinfectant pipe entering the disinfection bin. The diameter of the disinfectant nozzle and the range of spraying are not limited.
When the sterilizing liquid pipe is connected with the bottom of the device for placing the sterilizing liquid and the sterilizing bin is positioned at the lower end of the device for placing the sterilizing liquid, the sterilizing liquid in the device for placing the sterilizing liquid can come out due to the influence of gravity, but when the sterilizing liquid pipe is connected with the top of the device for placing the sterilizing liquid or the sterilizing bin is positioned at the upper end of the device for placing the sterilizing liquid, the sterilizing liquid in the device for placing the sterilizing liquid can not come out, and then target objects in the sterilizing bin cannot be sterilized, so that the sterilizing liquid in the device for placing the sterilizing liquid can come out, and the sterilizing liquid is pumped out from the device for placing the sterilizing liquid through the pressure motor.
When the target object is sterilized in the sterilizing chamber, the target object may fall into the sterilizing chamber, and thus, a clamp is provided at one end of the target object. Taking a target object as an electrode plate as an example, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a device for preventing the electrode plate from falling into a disinfection bin provided by the utility model. As shown in fig. 2, the motor is connected with the clamp through a rotating shaft, the motor rotates forward and backward to drive the clamp to swing left and right, and after swinging to a certain angle, disinfectant starts to be sprayed, so that each surface of the target object can be completely sprayed as far as possible.
In order to be able to sterilize the target object, a sensor is provided in the sterilization chamber, by means of which it is detected whether the target object is inserted in the sterilization chamber. The sterilization of the target object is only started if it is detected that the target object is in the sterilization bin. The position at which the target object is detected to be inserted into the sterilization chamber is not limited, and in general, sterilization of the target object is restarted after the target object is completely inserted into the sterilization chamber in order to be able to perform overall sterilization of the target object. The sensor used is not limited, and may be an image sensor, a switch sensor, or the like.
The controller is connected with the sensor and used for judging whether a target object is inserted into the disinfection bin or not by collecting signals of the sensor; the controller is connected with the motor and used for controlling the rotation of the motor so as to drive the target object in the disinfection bin to rotate; the controller is connected with the pressure motor and controls the pressure motor to pump out the disinfectant in the device for placing the disinfectant.
