Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electronic locks, and more particularly, to an electronic lock for a container.
Background
In the process of container transportation, in order to supervise the container in real time, an electronic lock of the container is usually installed on a lock rod of the container. When the container electronic lock is used outdoors and encounters rainy or foggy weather, when moisture enters the lock through any hole or gap on the lock, the moisture can permeate into the lock or lock core, and components such as a circuit board inside the lock are included, so that the lock is easy to rust and the lock core is easy to rust, and the performance and the service life of the lock are easy to influence.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the prior art, the application aims at providing the container electronic lock with waterproof performance.
In order to solve the technical problems, the application provides a container electronic lock, which comprises a main body, a locking arm, an adjusting rod and a waterproof mechanism for waterproofing; one end of the locking arm is in sliding connection with the inside of the main body, the other end of the locking arm is used for grasping a locking rod of the container, the adjusting rod is arranged on one side of the main body, and a containing hole is formed in the side of the main body; the adjusting rod is provided with a limiting part used for limiting the sliding of the locking arm, and the limiting part penetrates through the accommodating hole and can be connected with the locking arm tooth; the waterproof mechanism comprises a waterproof sleeve which is positioned between the inner wall of the accommodating hole and the limiting part and surrounds the limiting part to form a circle, the waterproof sleeve forms a concave structure which is concave downwards, and two ends of the waterproof sleeve are respectively attached to the inner wall of the accommodating hole and the limiting part at the opening of the surface of the main body.
In an embodiment of the application, the container electronic lock further includes a first cover plate covering the main body, and the first cover plate is located at one side of the main body where the adjusting rod is disposed; the waterproof mechanism further comprises a first waterproof ring used for waterproof; the first waterproof ring is arranged at the edge of the main body and forms a circle, one side of the first waterproof ring is attached to the main body, and the other side of the first waterproof ring is attached to the first cover plate.
In an embodiment of the application, the main body includes a bottom plate and a second cover plate, where the first cover plate and the second cover plate are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the bottom plate, and the accommodating hole is opened on the bottom plate; the waterproof mechanism further comprises a second waterproof ring, the second waterproof ring is used for forming a circle around the circuit board arranged on the bottom plate, one side of the second waterproof ring is attached to the bottom plate, and the other side of the second waterproof ring is attached to the second cover plate.
In an embodiment of the application, the distance between the first waterproof ring, the waterproof sleeve and the second waterproof ring and the central axis of the main body is gradually reduced.
In an embodiment of the present application, the waterproof sleeve, the first waterproof ring and the second waterproof ring are all made of at least one material of rubber or silica gel.
In an embodiment of the application, the locking arm has a U-shaped structure, two ends of the locking arm are respectively connected with the inside of the main body in a sliding manner, and a claw for grasping the container locking rod is arranged in the middle of the locking arm; the main body is provided with two containing holes, two ends of the adjusting rod are respectively provided with a limiting part, and the two limiting parts respectively penetrate through the two containing holes and are used for being connected with the locking arm teeth in the main body; each containing hole is internally provided with one waterproof sleeve.
The beneficial effect of this application provided container electronic lock lies in: the waterproof sleeve surrounds the limiting part arranged in the accommodating hole to form a circle, a concave structure which is concave downwards is formed in the accommodating hole, and two ends of the waterproof sleeve are respectively attached to the inner wall of the accommodating hole and the limiting part at the opening of the surface of the main body; namely, the waterproof sleeve is connected with the inner wall of the opening of the accommodating hole and extends downwards to the bottom of the accommodating hole, and extends upwards from the bottom to the opening and is attached to the opening and the limiting part. Thus, the water seeping into the accommodating hole can be blocked by the waterproof sleeve so that the water cannot enter the lockset.

The container electronic lock of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3 together, a container electronic lock 100 of the container electronic lock provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a main body 10, a locking arm 20, an adjusting lever 30 and a waterproof mechanism 40 for waterproofing.
Specifically, one end of the locking arm 20 is slidably connected to the inside of the main body 10 and the other end is used for grasping a locking arm of a container. The adjusting rod 30 is disposed at one side of the main body 10 and the accommodating hole 11 is formed at the side of the main body 10; the adjusting lever 30 is provided with a limiting part 31 for limiting the sliding of the locking arm 20, and the limiting part 31 penetrates through the accommodating hole 11 and can be in tooth connection with the locking arm 20. The waterproof mechanism 40 comprises a waterproof sleeve 41 which is positioned between the inner wall of the accommodating hole 11 and the limiting part 31 and surrounds the limiting part 31 to form a circle, the waterproof sleeve 41 forms a concave structure which is concave downwards in the accommodating hole 11, and two ends of the waterproof sleeve 41 are respectively attached to the inner wall of the accommodating hole 11 and the limiting part 31 at the opening of the surface of the main body 10.
It should be noted that, the opening of the accommodating hole 11 may be understood as the opening position of the accommodating hole 11 on the surface of the main body 10, that is, the opening position of the side surface of the bottom plate away from the side of the second cover plate; in order to restrict the sliding of the locking arm 20 connected to the inside of the body 10, a stopper 31 is perforated on the body 10 to accommodate the movement of the locking arm 20, and a waterproof jacket 41 for waterproofing is provided between the inner wall of the accommodating hole 11 and the stopper 31; because the waterproof sleeve 41 surrounds the limit part 31 arranged in the accommodating hole 11 to form a circle, the waterproof sleeve 41 forms a concave structure which is concave downwards in the accommodating hole 11, and two ends of the waterproof sleeve 41 are respectively attached to the inner wall of the accommodating hole 11 and the limit part 31 at the opening of the surface of the main body 10; that is, the waterproof sleeve 41 is connected to the inner wall of the opening of the accommodating hole 11 and extends downward to the bottom of the accommodating hole 11, and extends upward from the bottom to the opening to be attached to the limiting portion 31. In this way, the moisture permeated into the accommodation hole 11 is blocked by the waterproof jacket 41 so that the moisture does not enter the inside of the lockset.
In an embodiment, the locking arm 20 has a U-shaped structure, two ends of the locking arm 20 are slidably connected to the inside of the main body 10, and a claw 60 for gripping the container locking arm is disposed on the middle of the locking arm 20; two accommodating holes 11 are formed in the main body 10, two limiting portions 31 are respectively formed at two ends of the adjusting rod 30, and the two limiting portions 31 penetrate through the two accommodating holes 11 and are used for being in tooth connection with the locking arm 20 in the main body 10. And, each of the accommodating holes 11 is provided therein with one waterproof jacket 41.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3 in combination, the container electronic lock 100 further includes a first cover plate 50 covering the main body 10, the first cover plate 50 being located at a side of the main body 10 where the adjusting lever 30 is disposed; the waterproofing mechanism 40 further includes a first waterproofing ring 42 for waterproofing; the first waterproof ring 42 is disposed at the edge of the main body and forms a ring, and one side is attached to the main body 10 and the other side is attached to the first cover plate 50.
Further, the main body 10 includes a bottom plate 12 and a second cover plate 13, the first cover plate 50 and the second cover plate 13 are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the bottom plate 12, the accommodating hole 11 is opened on the bottom plate 12, and a circuit board is disposed between the bottom plate 12 and the second cover plate 13. The waterproof mechanism 40 further includes a second waterproof ring 43, where the second waterproof ring 43 is used to form a ring around the circuit board disposed on the base plate 12, and one side of the second waterproof ring is attached to the base plate 12 and the other side of the second waterproof ring is attached to the second cover plate 13.
Therefore, in addition to the waterproof jacket 41 disposed in the accommodating hole 11, the container electronic lock 100 includes a first waterproof ring 42 disposed at the edge of the first cover 50, and a second protective ring disposed around the circuit board disposed on the second cover 13, so that the container electronic lock 100 of the container electronic lock 100 includes a plurality of waterproof structures disposed at the gap between the hole and the lock, thereby achieving a plurality of waterproof functions.
With further reference to fig. 3, the first waterproof ring 42, the waterproof jacket 41 and the second waterproof ring 43 are gradually reduced in distance from the central axis of the main body 10. Thus, the waterproof structures at different positions are utilized to realize a plurality of waterproof functions from outside to inside.
In one embodiment, the waterproof jacket 41, the first waterproof ring 42 and the second waterproof ring 43 are made of at least one of rubber or silica gel.
It should be noted that the motor 70 is disposed on the base plate 12, an output shaft of the motor 70 is connected to the adjusting rod 30, and the motor 70 is used for driving the adjusting rod 30 to move up or down relative to the base plate 12. When the motor 70 drives the adjusting lever 30 to move along the first direction, the adjusting lever 30 drives the limiting part 31 to move along the first direction, and at this time, the limiting part 31 is meshed with the locking arm 20, so as to limit the locking arm 20 to slide; when the motor 70 drives the adjusting lever 30 to move along the second direction, the adjusting lever 30 drives the limiting portion 31 to move along the second direction, and at this time, the limiting portion 31 is separated from the locking arm 20, and at this time, the locking arm 20 can slide freely. The first and second directions are upward and downward movement, respectively, with respect to the base plate 12 or the first and second directions are downward and upward movement, respectively, with respect to the base plate 12; the sliding direction of the locking arm 20 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the adjusting rod 30; and the direction of the downward depression of the waterproof ring is the same as the downward movement direction of the adjustment lever 30.

1. The electronic lock for the container is characterized by comprising a main body, a locking arm, an adjusting rod and a waterproof mechanism for waterproofing; one end of the locking arm is in sliding connection with the inside of the main body, the other end of the locking arm is used for grasping a locking rod of the container, the adjusting rod is arranged on one side of the main body, and a containing hole is formed in the side of the main body; the adjusting rod is provided with a limiting part used for limiting the sliding of the locking arm, and the limiting part penetrates through the accommodating hole and can be connected with the locking arm tooth; the waterproof mechanism comprises a waterproof sleeve which is positioned between the inner wall of the accommodating hole and the limiting part and surrounds the limiting part to form a circle, the waterproof sleeve forms a concave structure which is concave downwards, and two ends of the waterproof sleeve are respectively attached to the inner wall of the accommodating hole and the limiting part at the opening of the surface of the main body.

The container electronic lock of claim 1, further comprising a first cover plate covering the main body, the first cover plate being located on a side of the main body on which the adjustment lever is provided; the waterproof mechanism further comprises a first waterproof ring used for waterproof; the first waterproof ring is arranged at the edge of the main body and forms a circle, one side of the first waterproof ring is attached to the main body, and the other side of the first waterproof ring is attached to the first cover plate.

The container electronic lock of claim 2, wherein the main body comprises a bottom plate and a second cover plate, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the bottom plate, and the accommodating hole is formed in the bottom plate; the waterproof mechanism further comprises a second waterproof ring, the second waterproof ring is used for forming a circle around the circuit board arranged on the bottom plate, one side of the second waterproof ring is attached to the bottom plate, and the other side of the second waterproof ring is attached to the second cover plate.
4. A container electronic lock as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first waterproof ring, the waterproof jacket and the second waterproof ring are progressively less distant from the central axis of the body.

The electronic lock for a container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the locking arm has a U-shaped structure, and both ends thereof are slidably connected to the inside of the main body, respectively, and a claw for grasping the locking arm of the container is provided at the middle part thereof; the main body is provided with two containing holes, two ends of the adjusting rod are respectively provided with a limiting part, and the two limiting parts respectively penetrate through the two containing holes and are used for being connected with the locking arm teeth in the main body; each containing hole is internally provided with one waterproof sleeve.
