Abstract
本实用新型涉及办公设备技术领域,具体涉及一种过胶机的控温结构,包括上胶辊和下胶辊,上胶辊和下胶辊为具有空腔的管状体,具有空腔的管状体内固定有发热元件,上胶辊的外侧套设有传温轴套,上胶辊的外侧壁与传温轴套的内侧壁之间有间隙,传温轴套的顶部固定有温控器,传温轴套的一侧安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝,温度保险丝与温控器电连接。本实用新型的控温结构通过采用传温轴套,传温轴套能及时感应上胶辊的温度,从而及时传给温控器再由温控器控制发热元件的通断,可以相对精准的控温;传温轴套上还安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝,以便温控器由于其它原因失控不能停止加热时,到一定高温时起到断电发热元件的作用,结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及办公设备技术领域,具体涉及一种过胶机的控温结构。
背景技术
现有的内发热式过胶机,石英管或PTC等发热元件在过胶机胶辊的内部,发热元件提供热量给胶辊的金属部分,再由金属部分传递热量到胶辊的硅胶部分,温控器控制温度时只是能够控制胶辊上的铝加热板的温度,铝加热板的温度是经由胶辊的热量辐射和周热空气的热量传递到铝加热板上的,而不是直接控制胶辊硅胶部分的温度。因发热元件在胶辊内部和一般温控器安装在胶辊的铝加热板上的原因,会导致控温度不够精准,从而影响到过胶机的过胶品质。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种过胶机的控温结构。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种过胶机的控温结构,包括上胶辊和下胶辊,上胶辊和下胶辊上下压合,并可同步相向转动配合,上胶辊和下胶辊为具有空腔的管状体,具有空腔的管状体内固定有发热元件,上胶辊的外侧套设有传温轴套,上胶辊的外侧壁与传温轴套的内侧壁之间有间隙,传温轴套的顶部固定有温控器,传温轴套的一侧安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝,温度保险丝与温控器电连接。
进一步的,所述上胶辊的外侧壁与所述传温轴套的内侧壁之间的间隙为0.2-0.4mm。
进一步的,所述传温轴套的一侧设置有弧形槽,所述带硅纤套管的温度保险丝套接于弧形槽内。
进一步的,所述温控器的底部两侧均固定有安装板,安装板通过螺栓固定于所述传温轴套的顶部。
进一步的,还包括底壳和安装于底壳顶部的上盖,所述上盖的底部对应所述温控器的位置设置有安装槽,温控器的顶部嵌入于安装槽内。
进一步的,还包括固定于所述底壳顶部两侧的左支架和右支架,所述上胶辊、下胶辊的两侧分别固定于左支架和右支架。
进一步的,所述右支架的右侧安装有驱动组件,驱动组件包括电机、固定于电机输出端的输出齿轮、固定于所述上胶辊右侧的第一传动齿轮以及固定于所述下胶辊右侧的第二传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮分别与输出齿轮、第二传动齿轮啮合。
进一步的,所述左支架与右支架之间对应出纸口的位置安装有压纸板。
进一步的,所述传温轴套的长度与所述左支架和所述右支架之间的距离相等。
进一步的,所述传温轴套为铝制传温轴套。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型的控温结构通过采用传温轴套,上胶辊的外侧壁与传温轴套的内侧壁之间有间隙,当过胶滚轴加热到过胶温度时,过胶滚轴会膨胀,外径会增大,此时上胶辊在传温轴套里面转动时,它们之间配合间隙极小或为零,传温轴套能及时感应上胶辊的温度,从而及时传给温控器再由温控器控制发热元件的通断,可以相对精准的控温;传温轴套上还安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝,以便温控器由于其它原因失控不能停止加热时,到一定高温时起到断电发热元件的作用,结构简单,使用方便。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合实施例及附图1-5对本实用新型作进一步的说明,实施方式提及的内容并非对本实用新型的限定。
实施例一
见图1-4,一种过胶机的控温结构,包括上胶辊1和下胶辊2,上胶辊1和下胶辊2上下压合,并可同步相向转动配合,上胶辊1和下胶辊2为具有空腔的管状体,具有空腔的管状体内固定有发热元件3,上胶辊1的外侧套设有传温轴套4,上胶辊1的外侧壁与传温轴套4的内侧壁之间有间隙,传温轴套4的顶部固定有温控器5,传温轴套4的一侧安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝6,温度保险丝6与温控器5电连接。
本实用新型的控温结构通过采用传温轴套4,上胶辊1的外侧壁与传温轴套4的内侧壁之间有间隙,当过胶滚轴加热到过胶温度时,过胶滚轴会膨胀,外径会增大,此时上胶辊1在传温轴套4里面转动时,它们之间配合间隙极小或为零,传温轴套4能及时感应上胶辊1的温度,从而及时传给温控器5再由温控器5控制发热元件3的通断,可以相对精准的控温;传温轴套4上还安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝6,以便温控器5由于其它原因失控不能停止加热时,到一定高温时起到断电发热元件3的作用,结构简单,使用方便。
本实施例中,所述上胶辊1的外侧壁与所述传温轴套4的内侧壁之间的间隙为0.1-0.2mm。为使本实用新型达到最佳使用效果:所述上胶辊1的外侧壁与所述传温轴套4的内侧壁之间的间隙为0.15mm。传温轴套4的内径比过胶滚轴的外径大0.3mm左右,过胶滚轴加热到过胶温度时,轴会膨胀,轴的硅胶部分经加热后的膨胀的尺寸与硅胶的厚度及温度均有关系,硅胶厚度越大膨胀越大,设定温度越高膨胀也会越大,通常外径会比原来大0.3mm左右,此时过胶滚轴在传温轴套4里面转动时,它们之间配合间隙极小或零,传温轴套4能及时感应过胶轴的温度,从而及时传给温控器5。
本实施例中,所述传温轴套4的一侧设置有弧形槽41,所述带硅纤套管的温度保险丝6套接于弧形槽41内。上述结构的设置便于温度保险丝6的安装和拆卸。
本实施例中,所述温控器5的底部两侧均固定有安装板51,安装板51通过螺栓52固定于所述传温轴套4的顶部。上述结构的设置便于温控器5的安装和拆卸。
本实施例中,还包括底壳7和安装于底壳7顶部的上盖8,所述上盖8的底部对应所述温控器5的位置设置有安装槽81,温控器5的顶部嵌入于安装槽81内。温控器5套在上胶辊1上及限定在上盖8处,没有被固定死,是一种自适应式的微型运动,可防止与过胶轴接触太紧而加重马达所需的扭力。
本实施例中,还包括固定于所述底壳7顶部两侧的左支架71和右支架72,所述上胶辊1、下胶辊2的两侧分别固定于左支架71和右支架72。
本实施例中,所述右支架72的右侧安装有驱动组件,驱动组件包括电机73、固定于电机73输出端的输出齿轮74、固定于所述上胶辊1右侧的第一传动齿轮75以及固定于所述下胶辊2右侧的第二传动齿轮76,第一传动齿轮75分别与输出齿轮74、第二传动齿轮76啮合。驱动组件驱动上胶辊1和下胶辊2同步相向转动。
本实施例中,所述左支架71与右支架72之间对应出纸口的位置安装有压纸板77。压纸板77被两颗螺丝分别固定在左支架71和右支架72上。
本实施例中,所述传温轴套4为铝制传温轴套。传温轴套4的材料以铝为主,但不限于铝,原则上以导热优良及便于生产加工的材料。
本实用新型的温控器5不限于图中所示的圆形温控器5,其它温控器5亦可,如扁平式的温控器5,用其它温控器5只是稍调整温控器5的安装结构。温控器5与传温轴套4等零件组成的控温模组不限于套在上过胶轴和限定在上盖8处,如套在下过胶轴和限定在下盖处等位置上均可。
实施例二
见图5,本实施例与上述实施例一的不同之处在于:所述传温轴套4的长度与所述左支架71和所述右支架72之间的距离相等。传温轴套4的长度不限,为了达到更好的保温效果,从而提升过胶品质,甚至也可做成左支架71和右支架72侧面距离一样的长度,同时被限定在左支架71和右支架72上。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本实用新型还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种过胶机的控温结构,包括上胶辊和下胶辊,上胶辊和下胶辊上下压合,并可同步相向转动配合,上胶辊和下胶辊为具有空腔的管状体,具有空腔的管状体内固定有发热元件,其特征在于:上胶辊的外侧套设有传温轴套,上胶辊的外侧壁与传温轴套的内侧壁之间有间隙,传温轴套的顶部固定有温控器,传温轴套的一侧安装有带硅纤套管的温度保险丝,温度保险丝与温控器电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述上胶辊的外侧壁与所述传温轴套的内侧壁之间的间隙为0.1-0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述传温轴套的一侧设置有弧形槽,所述带硅纤套管的温度保险丝套接于弧形槽内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述温控器的底部两侧均固定有安装板,安装板通过螺栓固定于所述传温轴套的顶部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:还包括底壳和安装于底壳顶部的上盖,所述上盖的底部对应所述温控器的位置设置有安装槽,温控器的顶部嵌入于安装槽内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:还包括固定于所述底壳顶部两侧的左支架和右支架,所述上胶辊、下胶辊的两侧分别固定于左支架和右支架。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述右支架的右侧安装有驱动组件,驱动组件包括电机、固定于电机输出端的输出齿轮、固定于所述上胶辊右侧的第一传动齿轮以及固定于所述下胶辊右侧的第二传动齿轮,第一传动齿轮分别与输出齿轮、第二传动齿轮啮合。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述左支架与右支架之间对应出纸口的位置安装有压纸板。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述传温轴套的长度与所述左支架和所述右支架之间的距离相等。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种过胶机的控温结构,其特征在于:所述传温轴套为铝制传温轴套。
