2. The electronic device with a speaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting plate is a plastic plate.
3. The electronic device with a speaker as claimed in claim 1, wherein an orthographic projection of the speaker on the fixing plate falls within an orthographic projection of the mounting plate on the fixing plate.
4. The electronic device with the speaker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the speaker is mounted to a middle portion of the mounting plate.

The electronic device with the horn according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a side of the fixing plate connected to the mounting plate is provided with a first mounting post, and the mounting plate is provided with a first mounting hole opposite to the first mounting post and through which the first mounting post can pass;
the first damping connecting piece comprises a first fastener and a first damping rubber ring, the first damping rubber ring is installed in the first installation hole and sleeved on the first installation column, and the first fastener penetrates through the first installation hole and is connected to the first installation column.
6. The electronic device with the loudspeaker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the loudspeaker comprises a loudspeaker housing, a mounting ear is arranged on the loudspeaker housing, and a second mounting hole is arranged on the mounting ear;
the second damping connecting piece comprises a second fastener and a second damping rubber ring, the second damping rubber ring is installed in the second mounting hole, and the second fastener penetrates through the second mounting hole and is connected to the mounting plate.
7. The electronic device with the speaker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the speaker housing forms an indent avoiding space perpendicular to the wall surface of the mounting plate, and the mounting ear is disposed in the avoiding space.
8. The electronic device with a speaker as claimed in claim 7, wherein the speaker housing comprises an upper housing and a lower housing, and the mounting ear is integrally formed with the upper housing or the lower housing.

The electronic device with the speaker as claimed in claim 6, wherein a second mounting post is disposed on a side of the mounting plate connected to the speaker opposite to the second mounting hole, the second mounting post is insertable into the second mounting hole and inserted into the second cushion rubber ring, and the second fastening member is connected to the second mounting post.

The electronic device with the speaker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the electronic device with the speaker comprises a plurality of the first shock absorbing connectors and a plurality of the second shock absorbing connectors, the plurality of the first shock absorbing connectors are spaced apart along a circumference of the speaker housing, and the plurality of the second shock absorbing connectors are spaced apart along a circumference of the mounting plate.
