However, in some smaller rural areas and some remote areas, each household cannot access an optical fiber, especially in residences of some old people, but a coaxial cable for accessing broadcast television live broadcast signals exists, so that two kinds of signal access are reserved to ensure the popularity of the convergence gateway provided by the embodiment, and the problem that the convergence gateway cannot be used due to the fact that single signal input held by a user is not matched with an interface is avoided.

In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, gateway apparatus 2 comprises a wireless router module 2-1, a gateway module 2-5, and a PON interface 2-3; the gateway module 2-5 is respectively connected with the PON interface 2-3 and the wireless router module 2-1, and the gateway module 2-5 is arranged between the PON interface 2-3 and the wireless router module 2-1;
