Technical Field
The present invention relates to a casing, and more particularly to a lockable casing with openable upper and lower covers.
Background
A general casing includes a cover and a frame, the frame surrounds the frame to form a receiving space for receiving components, the cover covers the frame and closes the receiving space, and the cover can be further locked to prevent the cover from being opened arbitrarily. When the casing is applied to electronic products, for example, as an electronic main casing, the casing is often configured to have a structure in which the upper and lower covers can be opened, and two sets of locking heads are respectively disposed on the upper and lower covers in order to prevent the upper and lower covers from being opened, so that the casing is not only troublesome in operation, but also cannot be effectively utilized in space configuration, and has the disadvantages of high cost and low assembly efficiency.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a lockable housing includes a frame, an upper cover, a lower cover, and a locking mechanism. The frame body comprises an accommodating space. The upper cover is arranged on the upper edge of the frame body. The lower cover is arranged on the lower edge of the frame body and comprises a lower cover locking part, and the lower cover locking part faces the accommodating space. The locking mechanism comprises a rotating module and a transmission rod, wherein the rotating module comprises a rotating part, an upper cover limiting part and a pushing part. The rotating part is arranged on one of the frame body and the upper cover. The upper cover limiting part is connected with the rotating part and moves with the rotating part, the upper cover limiting part is used for matching with a limiting upper cover locking part, and the upper cover locking part is positioned on the other one of the frame body and the upper cover. The pushing part is connected with the rotating part and moves with the rotating part. The transmission rod is pushed by the pushing part to be switched from a first position to a second position, and the transmission rod comprises a lower cover limiting part which is used for matching with the lower cover locking part. When the rotating part is rotated, the upper cover limiting part rotates from a releasing position to a locking position to limit the upper cover locking part, and the pushing part rotates to a pushing position to push the transmission rod to the second position, so that the lower cover limiting part corresponds to the lower cover locking part to prevent the upper cover and the lower cover from separating from the frame body.
Therefore, through the structural configuration of the locking mechanism, the upper cover and the lower cover can be simultaneously locked on the frame body by operating the locking mechanism, so that the use convenience is realized, and the space can be effectively utilized.
In the lockable casing according to the above embodiment, the transmission rod may include an inclined surface, and the inclined surface is pushed by the pushing portion.
According to the lockable casing in the foregoing embodiment, the locking mechanism may further include a fixing frame disposed in the frame and including a rail, and the transmission rod is limited by the rail to move.
In the lockable case according to the preceding embodiment, the transmission rod may include a groove, the fixing frame further includes a protrusion protruding into the groove, and the locking mechanism further includes a spring, and the spring is located in the groove and pressed by the protrusion.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, and fig. 4, in which fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a lockable housing 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded schematic view illustrating the lockable housing 1000 according to the embodiment of fig. 1, fig. 3 is an enlarged schematic view illustrating a locking mechanism 1400 of the lockable housing 1000 according to the embodiment of fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a schematic perspective partial view illustrating the lockable housing 1000 according to the embodiment of fig. 1. The lockable enclosure 1000 includes a frame 1300, an upper cover 1100, a lower cover 1200, and a locking mechanism 1400.
The frame 1300 includes an accommodating space. The upper cover 1100 is provided to cover the upper edge of the frame 1300. The lower cover 1200 is disposed on the lower edge of the frame 1300 and includes a lower cover locking portion 1210, and the lower cover locking portion 1210 faces the accommodating space. The locking mechanism 1400 includes a rotation module 1410 and a transmission rod 1420, and the rotation module 1410 includes a rotation portion 1411, an upper cover limiting portion 1412 and a pushing portion 1413. The rotating portion 1411 is disposed on one of the frame 1300 and the top cover 1100. The top cover position-limiting portion 1412 is connected to the rotating portion 1411 and moves with the rotating portion 1411, the top cover position-limiting portion 1412 is used for matching with and limiting a top cover locking portion 1110, and the top cover locking portion 1110 is located on the other one of the frame 1300 and the top cover 1100. The pushing portion 1413 is connected to the rotating portion 1411 and moves with the rotating portion 1411. The transmission rod 1420 is pushed by the pushing portion 1413 to switch from a first position to a second position, and the transmission rod 1420 includes a lower cover limiting portion 1423, the lower cover limiting portion 1423 is used to cooperate with the lower cover locking portion 1210. When the rotating portion 1411 is rotated, the upper cover limiting portion 1412 rotates from a releasing position to a locking position to limit the upper cover locking portion 1110, and the pushing portion 1413 rotates to a pushing position to push the transmission rod 1420 to the second position, so that the lower cover limiting portion 1423 corresponds to the lower cover locking portion 1210 to prevent the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200 from separating from the frame 1300.
Therefore, by the structural configuration of the locking mechanism 1400, the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200 can be locked to the frame 1300 by operating the locking mechanism 1400, so that the use convenience can be improved, and the space can be effectively utilized. Details of the lockable case 1000 will be described later.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the frame 1300 is substantially rectangular, and a plurality of members are disposed in the accommodating space of the frame 1300, the frame 1300 may include an upper cover plate 1320 disposed on a part of an upper edge of the frame 1300 and provided with the rotating portion 1411. The top cover 1100 covers the top edge of the rest of the frame 1300, the top cover locking portion 1110 is located on the top cover 1100 and faces the accommodating space, and the top cover locking portion 1110 may be in the shape of a protruding pin. The top cover 1100 may be slidably disposed on the frame 1300 and further includes a top cover fastening portion 1120, and the top cover fastening portion 1120 is used for fastening to the frame 1300. The bottom cover 1200 may also be slidably disposed on the frame 1300 and further includes a bottom cover fastening portion 1220, and the bottom cover fastening portion 1220 is used for fastening to the frame 1300. The lower cover engaging portion 1220 may have a slanted insertion structure and can be engaged with the engaging groove 1310 on the lower edge of the frame 1300. In other embodiments, the rotating portion may be located on the upper cover, and the upper cover lock portion is located on the upper cover plate of the frame, so that the upper cover can be prevented from being separated from the frame by the cooperation of the upper cover lock portion and the upper cover limiting portion.
The rotating portion 1411 is generally cylindrical, and the rotating module 1410 may further include an adapter plate 1414, wherein the adapter plate 1414 has an L-shaped structure and is locked to the bottom of the rotating portion 1411. The top cover position-limiting portion 1412 extends integrally from the bottom plate of the rotation plate 1414, and the top cover position-limiting portion 1412 may have an S-shaped hook structure to match with the pin-shaped top cover locking portion 1110, and the pushing portion 1413 is disposed on the vertical plate of the rotation plate 1414 and has a rod-shaped structure. Therefore, when the rotating portion 1411 rotates, the upper cover limiting portion 1412 and the pushing portion 1413 are linked to rotate, so that the upper cover limiting portion 1412 rotates from the releasing position to the locking position, and the pushing portion 1413 is switched from a far position to the pushing position. Further, the rotating portion 1411 may include a lock hole 1411a into which a key is inserted, so that the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200 can be opened or closed by the key.
The locking mechanism 1400 further includes a fixing frame 1430, the fixing frame 1430 is disposed in the frame 1300 and includes a rail 1431, and the transmission rod 1420 is limited to move in the rail 1431. Mount 1430 includes two side frame portions 1432, 1433, wherein one side frame portion 1432 is connected to a side plate locked to frame 1300, the other side frame portion 1433 can abut against other components in frame 1300, and the side frame portion 1433 can be recessed to form a track 1431. The structure of the fixing frame 1430 is not limited thereto.
The transmission rod 1420 includes a slant 1421 and a rod 1422, the rod 1422 extends between the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200, and the rod 1422 is received in the rail 1431. The inclined surface 1421 is disposed at one end of the bar 1422 adjacent to the top cover 1100, and the inclined surface 1421 is pushed by the pushing portion 1413. The lower cap limiting portion 1423 may be disposed at one end of the rod portion 1422 adjacent to the lower cap 1200 and has a hole structure, and the lower cap locking portion 1210 may have a protruding pin structure.
In addition, the transmission rod 1420 may further include a slot 1424, the fixing frame 1430 may further include a protrusion 1434, the protrusion 1434 protrudes into the slot 1424, and the locking mechanism 1400 further includes a spring 1440, and the spring 1440 is located in the slot 1424 and pressed by the protrusion 1434. Specifically, the extending direction of the groove 1424 is parallel to the extending direction of the rod 1422, and the protrusion 1434 is protruded from the side portion 1433 and is located in the rail 1431. Thus, when the transmission rod 1420 is received in the track 1431, the protrusion 1434 can protrude into the groove 1424, such that the spring 1440 can be clamped between the protrusion 1434 and an upper groove surface of the groove 1424.

In fig. 5 and 6, the upper cover limiting portion 1412 and the pushing portion 1413 are respectively located at the locking position and the separating position, and the transmission rod 1420 is located at the first position. Therefore, the top cover stopper 1412 does not hook the top cover locking portion 1110, and the pushing portion 1413 does not push the inclined surface 1421 of the transmission rod 1420, so the bottom cover stopper 1423 of the transmission rod 1420 does not stop the bottom cover locking portion 1210, that is, the top cover 1100 and the bottom cover 1200 are not locked.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, and fig. 2 to 4, wherein fig. 7 is a schematic top view of another part of the lockable case 1000 according to the embodiment of fig. 1, and fig. 8 is a schematic side view of another part of the lockable case 1000 according to the embodiment of fig. 1. After the upper cover 1100 is slid on the upper edge of the frame 1300 to make the upper cover buckling part 1120 buckled with the frame 1300 and the lower cover 1200 is slid on the lower edge of the frame 1300 to make the lower cover buckling part 1220 buckled with the clamping groove 1310 on the lower edge of the frame 1300, the key can be inserted into the lock hole 1411a, the rotating part 1411 rotates towards the locking direction R1, at this time, the upper cover limiting part 1412 rotates to the locking position and hooks the upper cover locking part 1110, and the upper cover 1100 can be prevented from being pulled out reversely; meanwhile, the pushing portion 1413 rotates to the pushing position and contacts the inclined surface 1421 of the transmission rod 1420, and the rod portion 1422 of the transmission rod 1420 is pressed down by the structure of the inclined surface 1421, at this time, the groove portion 1424 moves downward under the linkage and causes the spring 1440 to compress and accumulate force, and the lower cover locking portion 1210 enters the lower cover limiting portion 1423, so that the lower cover 1200 is prevented from being pulled out reversely, and the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200 are locked.
When a user intentionally opens the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200, the user only inserts a key into the lock hole 1411a to reversely rotate the rotating portion 1411, so that the upper cover stopper 1412 can be disengaged from the upper cover locking portion 1110, the upper cover 1100 is not restricted by the upper cover stopper 1412, the pushing portion 1413 is switched back to the distant position, the inclined surface 1421 of the transmission rod 1420 is not stressed, the spring 1440 can be released to push the transmission rod 1420 back to the first position, the lower cover lock 1210 is disengaged from the lower cover stopper 1423, the lower cover 1200 is not restricted by the lower cover stopper 1423, and the upper cover 1100 and the lower cover 1200 can return to the unlocked state shown in fig. 5 and 6.

Claims (10)
1. A lockable case, comprising:
a frame body, including an accommodation space;
the upper cover is arranged on the upper edge of the frame body in a covering mode;
a lower cover which is covered on the lower edge of the frame body and comprises a lower cover locking part, and the lower cover locking part faces the accommodating space; and
a locking mechanism, comprising:
a rotation module, comprising:
a rotating part, which is arranged in one of the frame body and the upper cover;
the upper cover limiting part is connected with the rotating part and moves along with the rotating part, the upper cover limiting part is used for limiting an upper cover locking part in a matching way, and the upper cover locking part is positioned on the other one of the frame body and the upper cover; and
a pushing part connected to the rotating part and moving with the rotating part; and
a transmission rod which is pushed by the pushing part to switch from a first position to a second position and comprises a lower cover limiting part which is used for matching and limiting the lower cover locking part; when the rotating part is rotated, the upper cover limiting part rotates from a releasing position to a locking position to limit the upper cover locking part, and the pushing part rotates to a pushing position to push the transmission rod to the second position, so that the lower cover limiting part correspondingly limits the lower cover locking part to prevent the upper cover and the lower cover from separating from the frame body.
2. The lockable enclosure of claim 1, wherein the actuator comprises an inclined surface configured to be pushed against by the pushing portion.
3. The lockable enclosure of claim 1, the locking mechanism further comprising a mount disposed within the frame and comprising a track, the drive rod being constrained for movement on the track.
4. The lockable enclosure of claim 3, wherein the actuator comprises a slot, the holder further comprises a protrusion protruding into the slot, the locking mechanism further comprises a spring disposed in the slot and pressed against the protrusion.
5. The lockable enclosure of claim 1, the rotatable portion comprising a key hole into which a key is inserted.
6. The lockable case of claim 1, the lower cover locking portion comprising a male pin structure and the lower cover retaining portion comprising a hole structure.
7. A lockable case, comprising:
a frame body including an accommodating space;
the upper cover is slidably arranged on the upper edge of the frame body and comprises an upper cover locking part and an upper cover buckling part, the upper cover locking part faces the accommodating space, and the upper cover buckling part is used for buckling the frame body;
a lower cover which is slidably covered on the lower edge of the frame body and comprises a lower cover locking part and a lower cover buckling part, wherein the lower cover locking part faces the accommodating space, and the lower cover buckling part is used for buckling the frame body; and
a locking mechanism, comprising:
a rotation module, comprising:
a rotating part arranged on the frame body;
an upper cover limiting part which is connected with the rotating part and moves with the rotating part, and is used for matching with and limiting the upper cover locking part; and
a pushing part connected to the rotating part and moving with the rotating part; and
a transmission rod which is pushed by the pushing part to switch from a first position to a second position and comprises a lower cover limiting part which is used for matching and limiting the lower cover locking part; when the rotating part is rotated, the upper cover limiting part rotates from a releasing position to a locking position to limit the upper cover locking part, and the pushing part rotates to a pushing position to push the transmission rod to the second position, so that the lower cover limiting part correspondingly limits the lower cover locking part to prevent the upper cover and the lower cover from separating from the frame body.
8. The lockable enclosure of claim 7, wherein the transmission rod comprises an inclined surface adapted to be pushed against by the pushing portion.
9. The lockable enclosure of claim 8, the locking mechanism further comprising a mount disposed within the frame and comprising a track, the drive rod limiting movement in the track.
10. The lockable enclosure of claim 9, the drive link comprising a slot, the mount further comprising a protrusion protruding into the slot, the locking mechanism further comprising a spring disposed within the slot and biased against the protrusion.
