Claims (12)
1. An upper cover, comprising:
a shielding cover (10) provided with a movable first coupler (11), wherein the first coupler (11) has an opening position and a closing position relative to the shielding cover (10);
the metal cover (20) is rotatably arranged below the shielding cover (10), the metal cover (20) is detachably connected with the shielding cover (10), and a second coupler (21) which is in plug-in fit with the first coupler (11) is fixedly arranged on the metal cover (20);
the heating piece (30) is connected with the metal cover (20) and is positioned below the metal cover (20), and the heating piece (30) is electrically connected with the second coupler (21);
a reset piece (40) provided between the first coupler (11) and the shielding cover (10) to reset the first coupler (11) to the open cover position.

The upper cover according to claim 1, wherein a mounting groove (12) is provided on the shielding cover (10), the mounting groove (12) is an arc-shaped structure extending along a circumferential direction of the shielding cover (10), and the first coupler (11) is movably disposed in the mounting groove (12).
3. The upper cover according to claim 2, wherein the shielding cover (10) comprises a cover body (13) and a limit plate (14) connected with the cover body (13), the mounting groove (12) is arranged on the cover body (13), and the limit plate (14) is in limit fit with the first coupler (11).
4. The upper cover according to claim 3, wherein two support ribs (131) are arranged on the cover body (13), the two support ribs (131) are respectively arranged at two sides of the mounting groove (12), the extending direction of the support ribs (131) is the same as the extending direction of the mounting groove (12), the first coupler (11) is provided with two lugs (111) arranged corresponding to the two support ribs (131), the lower surfaces of the lugs (111) are arranged on the upper surfaces of the support ribs (131), and the lower surfaces of the limit plates (14) are in clearance fit with the upper surfaces of the lugs (111).
5. The upper cover according to claim 3, wherein the limit plate (14) has an escape groove (141) penetrating the first coupler (11), the escape groove (141) being disposed opposite to the mounting groove (12).
6. The upper cover according to claim 3, wherein the cover body (13) comprises a face cover (132) and a lining (133) located below the face cover (132), the lining (133) is provided with a mounting boss (134), and the mounting groove (12) is arranged on the mounting boss (134).
7. The upper cover according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the return member (40) includes a return spring (41), and both ends of the return spring (41) are connected to the shielding cover (10) and the first coupler (11), respectively.
8. The upper cover according to claim 7, wherein a first fixing column (15) is arranged on the shielding cover (10), a second fixing column (112) is arranged on the first coupler (11), hooks (411) are arranged at both ends of the return spring (41), and the two hooks (411) are respectively connected with the first fixing column (15) and the second fixing column (112).
9. The upper lid according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
a clasp (22) is arranged on the edge of the metal cover (20), a fixing rib (16) is arranged on the edge of the shielding cover (10), the fixing rib (16) extends along the circumferential direction of the shielding cover (10), the shielding cover (10) is covered on the outer side of the metal cover (20), and the clasp (22) is in clamping fit with the fixing rib (16); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
an avoiding notch (17) penetrates through the side wall of the shielding cover (10), a shifting rod (23) is arranged on the side wall of the metal cover (20), and the shifting rod (23) movably penetrates through the avoiding notch (17).
10. The upper lid according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
the metal cover (20) is provided with a temperature sensing probe and a fuse, and the temperature sensing probe and the fuse are electrically connected with the second coupler (21);
the upper cover further comprises a motor (50) and fan blades (60), the motor (50) is in driving connection with the fan blades (60), the fan blades (60) are located below the metal cover (20), and the fan blades (60) can blow wind to the heating element (30);
the metal cover (20) has a cover tooth (24);
the upper cover further comprises a pressure limiting valve (70) and an exhaust pipe, the exhaust pipe penetrates through the metal cover (20), and the pressure limiting valve (70) is arranged at the upper end of the exhaust pipe.
11. A cooking appliance, characterized in that it comprises:
a pan body (80);
an upper cover which can be covered on the pot body (80) in an opening and closing way, wherein the upper cover is as defined in any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11,
the pan body (80) is provided with a power supply board which is electrically connected with the first coupler (11) of the upper cover; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the pot body (80) is provided with pot teeth.
