the handheld assembly comprises a hydraulic oil tank, a manual pump and a second connecting device, wherein an oil suction port of the manual pump is in fluid connection with the hydraulic oil tank, an oil outlet of the manual pump is in fluid connection with the second connecting device, and the first connecting device can be detachably connected with the second connecting device;
when the first connecting device and the second connecting device are connected and the three-way valve is in the second working position, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank can be pumped to the brake of the traveling device through the manual pump so as to release the brake of the traveling device.

A first port 31 of the three-way valve 3 is fluidly connected to the brakes 5 of the running gear, a second port 32 thereof is fluidly connected to the hydraulic brake system 6 of the running gear, and a third port 33 thereof is fluidly connected to the first connecting device 4. The three-way valve 3 has two operating positions. In the first operating position of the three-way valve 3, the first port 31 is in fluid communication with the second port 32 and the third port 33 is blocked. At this time, the brakes 5 of the traveling apparatus are in fluid communication with the hydraulic brake system 6 via the internal oil passage of the three-way valve 3, and the brake system of the traveling apparatus can be normally used. In the second operating position of the three-way valve 3, the first port 31 is in fluid communication with the third port 33 and the second port 32 is blocked. When the first and second connecting means 4, 10 are connected and the three-way valve 3 is in the second operating position, hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank 7 can be pumped by the manual pump 8 to the brakes 5 of the running gear in order to release the braking of the running gear.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the oil outlet of the manual pump 8 is fluidly connected to a second connection means 10 via a hydraulic hose 9. It will be appreciated that the oil outlet of the manual pump 8 may be fluidly connected to the second connecting means 10 directly or by other suitable means to the second connecting means 10.
Advantageously, the first connection means 4 are one of a male and a female quick-insertion hydraulic connector and the second connection means 10 are the other of a male and a female quick-insertion hydraulic connector. It will be appreciated that any other suitable connection means may be used for the first and second connection means 4, 10.
In one embodiment, the manual pump 8 is integrated with the hydraulic oil tank 7. In another embodiment, the manual pump 8 and the hydraulic oil tank 7 can be detachably fluidly connected. It will be appreciated that the hydraulic reservoir 7 may be a stand-alone portable reservoir or may be a portable or hand-held container capable of being connected to a larger source of hydraulic oil, such as a mobile or stationary hydraulic oil tank or the like.
The operating position of the three-way valve 3 can be adjusted manually using a handle. Advantageously, in order to prevent erroneous operation, the three-way valve 3 may be configured to adjust the operating position of the three-way valve 3 by using a tool such as a wrench.
Other suitable oil passage switching means may be advantageously used instead of the three-way valve 3, as long as the means can perform the functions described above.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
During the normal operation of the walking equipment, only the equipment integration component 1 is used. After the walking equipment finishes moving, the manual pump 8 is operated to unload, and then the braking can be recovered.
After unloading is finished, the second connecting device 10 of the handheld assembly 2 and the first connecting device 4 of the equipment integrated assembly 1 are disconnected, then the three-way valve 3 is manually adjusted to be in a normal operation state of the equipment, the brake 5 is in fluid communication with the hydraulic braking system 6 through an internal oil path of the three-way valve 3, and the initial state of the walking equipment can be recovered.
The brake release system can be applied to the transportation and packaging field of the walking equipment, and can also be applied to the fields of after-sale operation fields and the like. When needed, the braking can be simply released by using the braking releasing system of the utility model, so that the tire of the equipment is in a free state, and the movement of the equipment can be realized under the action of small external force. 1. A brake release system for a walking device, comprising a device integration assembly (1) and a handheld assembly (2), wherein:
the device integration assembly (1) comprises a three-way valve (3) and a first connecting device (4), a first port (31) of the three-way valve is in fluid connection with a brake (5) of the walking device, a second port (32) of the three-way valve is in fluid connection with a hydraulic brake system (6) of the walking device, and a third port (33) of the three-way valve is in fluid connection with the first connecting device, wherein in a first working position of the three-way valve, the first port is in fluid communication with the second port, the third port is cut off, and in a second working position of the three-way valve, the first port is in fluid communication with the third port, and the second port is cut off;
the handheld assembly (2) comprises a hydraulic oil tank (7), a manual pump (8) and a second connecting device (10), wherein an oil suction port of the manual pump is in fluid connection with the hydraulic oil tank, an oil outlet of the manual pump is in fluid connection with the second connecting device, and the first connecting device can be detachably connected with the second connecting device;
when the first connecting device and the second connecting device are connected and the three-way valve is in the second working position, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank can be pumped to the brake of the traveling device through the manual pump so as to release the brake of the traveling device.

7. A walking device characterized in that it comprises a brake release system according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. The walking device of claim 7, wherein the walking device is a work machine.
