In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, the use of directional words such as "top and bottom" is defined according to the placement position of the clothes treating apparatus during use, and specifically, refer to the drawing direction of fig. 2. Terms such as "first, second, and the like, used in the present disclosure are intended to distinguish one element from another element without order or importance. Moreover, when the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of devices consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present disclosure provides a solvent feeding assembly of a laundry treatment apparatus, wherein the laundry treatment apparatus may be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, a washing and drying machine, or the like, and the solvent may be laundry detergent, softener, bleaching agent, care agent, or the like. The solvent delivery assembly comprises a housing 10 mounted on a rack of the clothes processing device and a containing box 20 for containing the solvent and slidably mounted in the housing 10, for example, a slide rail 13 may be formed on an inner wall of the housing 10, and correspondingly, a slide groove 24 cooperating with the slide rail 13 may be formed on an outer wall of the containing box 20, so that the containing box 20 can slide along the inner wall of the housing 10, in other embodiments, other driving devices may be used to drive the containing box 20 to slide, for example, an ejecting device may be provided to make the containing box 20 slide and eject, when the containing box 20 is pressed, the containing box 20 ejects, and when the containing box 20 is pushed back, the containing box 20 returns.
Wherein, the housing 10 is provided with a first pipe 11 communicated with the drum of the clothes treating apparatus, the containing box 20 is provided with a first through opening 21, the first pipe 11 can be arranged on the side wall of the housing 10 close to the inner side of the clothes treating apparatus, and the first through opening 21 can also be arranged on the side wall of the containing box 20 close to the inner side of the clothes treating apparatus. In one embodiment, the accommodating case 20 may include a frame matching the contour of the housing 10 and a case 22 mounted on the frame, the case 22 being used for containing the solvent, and a feeding port 23 communicating with the case 22 may be further provided at the top of the frame for feeding the solvent. The first through opening 21 can be separated from the first tube 11 when it is necessary to slide the housing box 20 out of the casing 10 from the laundry treating apparatus to add the solvent thereto, and the first through opening 21 can be abutted with the first tube 11 to introduce the solvent inside the housing box 20 into the first tube 11 when the solvent addition is completed to push the housing box 20 back, that is, to slide the housing box 20 back into the casing 10, as may be solvent pumped into the first tube 11 as described later. Wherein, a collecting groove 12 is arranged at the bottom of the housing 10 corresponding to the butt joint position of the first pipe 11 and the first through opening 21. It should be noted here that the collecting trough 12 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the housing 10, and the size of the collecting trough 12 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, such as the size of the first through opening 21 and the nozzle of the first pipe 11, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, through the first body 11 at shell 10 and the bottom of the butt joint department of the first opening 21 that holds box 20 set up collecting vat 12, can be when holding box 20 return to shell 10 in with the solvent that is equipped with, collect because hold box 20 and rock the reason such as and lead to the solvent that falls out from holding box 20 to can avoid the extravagant and solvent of solvent to remain the condition at the inner wall of shell 10.
The collecting groove 12 may be recessed from the inner side wall of the housing 10, or may be a groove structure protruding from the inner wall surface of the housing 10. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the collecting groove 12 is recessed outward (i.e., downward in the drawing of fig. 2) from the inner side wall of the housing 10, for example, so that the mounting between the housing 10 and the accommodating case 20 is more compact, and the mounting gap due to the collecting groove 12 is avoided.
In an embodiment, the collecting trough 12 may be integrally formed with the housing 10, such as by injection molding, and the collecting trough 12 and the first pipe 11 may be integrally formed to ensure a positional relationship therebetween, so as to further ensure a relative position between the accommodating boxes 20 abutting the first pipe 11, so that the collecting trough 12 can reliably collect the solvent falling out of the accommodating boxes 20.
In another embodiment, the collection trough 12 may be a separate component that may be removably disposed at the bottom of the housing 10. For example, a space matching the shape of the collection gutter 12 may be integrally formed in the bottom of the housing 10, such as forming a groove in which the collection gutter 12 may be placed, and preferably the size of the collection gutter 12 is equal to or slightly larger than the size of the groove to ensure the stability of the collection gutter 12 mounted to the housing 10. By removably mounting the collection gutter 12 in this manner, the collection gutter 12 can be periodically removed to recover the solvent therein and facilitate cleaning of the collection gutter 12.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a second opening 121 may be opened on the collecting tank 12, and the second opening 121 may communicate with the drum body through a second pipe body, so as to guide the collected solvent into the drum body through the second pipe body and participate in the laundry treatment process in the drum body together with the solvent in the accommodating box 20.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second through hole 121 may be disposed at the bottom of the collecting tank 12, or may be disposed at another suitable position of the collecting tank, and the second through hole 121 is disposed at the bottom of the collecting tank 12 in the embodiment of the present disclosure as an example. The solvent in the collection tank 12 can automatically fall into the second tube through the second opening 121 under the action of gravity, and when the solvent feeding assembly is located above the cylinder, the solvent can immediately enter the cylinder along the second tube. Wherein, the high back taper structure of low periphery in the middle can be constructed to the diapire of collecting vat 12 for the solvent assembles to the centre of collecting vat 12, and second opening 121 can set up the intermediate position in the bottom of collecting vat 12, so that the solvent flows out to the second body and barrel as far as possible in, improves the utilization ratio of solvent. In another embodiment, the entire bottom of the collection tank 12 can be configured as the second opening 121, and in short, the collection tank 12 can be configured without a bottom wall, and the shape of the orifice of the second pipe body matches the shape of the second opening 121, so that the solvent falling into the collection tank 12 can directly enter the second pipe body, ensuring that the solvent can be collected completely and avoiding that a portion of the solvent remains in the collection tank 12.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the solvent feeding assembly further comprises a pumping mechanism connected to the second pipe for pumping the solvent in the collection tank 12 to the barrel. When the solvent feeding assembly is not higher than the position of the drum body and the solvent cannot flow into the drum body under gravity, for example, when the clothes treatment equipment is a double-drum washing machine arranged up and down, and the solvent feeding assembly is arranged in the area between the double drums, or when the second port 121 is not positioned at the bottom wall of the collecting tank 12 or the bottom wall is not in an inverted cone shape, or when the solvent cannot flow into the drum body freely under gravity due to other factors such as viscosity of the solvent or arrangement of the second pipe body, the pumping mechanism can be arranged to help the solvent to be introduced into the drum body quickly to participate in the subsequent clothes treatment process, so that the solvent can be ensured to be fully used. The pumping mechanism here may be a small electric pump or other pump capable of pumping solvent.
Additionally, the solvent delivery assembly may further include a controller electrically connected to the pumping mechanism. The controller can control the on/off of the pumping mechanism, for example, the pumping mechanism can be stopped when the solvent in the collecting tank 12 is not needed in the drum, and in general, the pumping mechanism can be kept on in a solvent feeding mode of the clothes treatment apparatus, that is, the pumping mechanism for pumping the solvent in the collecting tank 12 is kept on in a condition that the accommodating box 20 delivers the solvent to the first pipe 11. A button electrically connected to the controller may be provided on a panel of the laundry treating apparatus to control a switch of the pumping mechanism by operating the button.
In the case of the second port 121, a switchable valve may be provided at the second port 121 to control the selective release of the solvent in the collection tank 12 by switching the valve, the valve may be electrically connected to the controller and the switch of the valve is controlled by the controller, or the valve may be a mechanical valve that can be manually switched by a user. In one embodiment, the valve may be a solenoid valve.
When the laundry treating apparatus is a single-drum washing machine, the solvent dropping assembly may be disposed at an upper left corner or a top end of the washing machine, so that the solvent flows into the drum by gravity. When the clothes treatment equipment is a double-drum washing machine or a washing and drying integrated machine, the drum body comprises a first drum body and a second drum body which are distributed up and down, and the solvent feeding assembly can be placed at the upper left corner or the top end of the upper drum body or in the area between the two drum bodies. At this time, the number of the second through holes 121 on the collecting tank 12 may be two, and the first cylinder and the second cylinder are respectively communicated with a corresponding one of the second through holes 121. In this way, the flow direction of the solvent in the collection tank 12 can be selected according to the use of the cylinders, wherein the solvent to both cylinders can be transported by the pumping mechanism described above or by the action of gravity of the solvent when the solvent dosing assembly is uppermost. When the solvent feeding assembly is positioned between the two cylinders, the solvent can be conveyed to the cylinder positioned below through the action of gravity, and the solvent is conveyed to the cylinder positioned above through the pumping mechanism. In practical applications, the adjustment can be performed adaptively according to the requirements, and the disclosure does not specifically limit this.
According to a second aspect of the present disclosure, there is also provided a laundry treating apparatus including a rack, a drum mounted to the rack, and the solvent dispensing assembly of the laundry treating apparatus. The laundry treating apparatus has all the advantages of the above solvent dispensing assembly, and will not be described herein.
