技术领域
本实用新型属于楼房建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种防火防震的楼房。
背景技术
随着城市化的加速,如今楼房建设越来越多,越建越高。传统楼房建造中,电梯都是设计建造在楼房内部,如果发生火灾、停电等事故,电梯是不能使用的,此时,住户人员只能从消防通道逃生。然而,由于消防通道的楼梯也是设在楼房内部,受火灾影响,整个消防通道也被烟火灌满,人员通过容易窒息,大火甚至会烧到消防通道阻断人员逃生,造成无路可走。
此外,地震也是破坏楼房的原因之一,特别是发生强震,楼房会坍塌,倒塌的建筑材料和构件(如水泥梁、板、墙、地砖、钢筋等)会直接砸到来不及逃生的人员,那些侥幸未被砸伤的人也会被倒塌建筑掩埋,只能等待救援人员到来。可是,楼房倒塌救援需要使用大型机械协助方能完成,而且救援工作强度大、耗时长,往往会错过短暂的救援黄金时间。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、经济实用、安全可靠的防火防震的楼房。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
防火防震的楼房,包括楼房主体,楼房主体外围架设有连通楼房主体的外消防通道,外消防通道安装有连接地面的消防步梯和消防电梯;楼房主体内的各楼层或各套房间中设置有安全木屋,安全木屋由整段原木掏空而成。
楼房主体外围距离其0.8米以上架设有连通楼房主体的外消防通道,外消防通道与楼房主体通过水泥梁连成一体,楼房各层的走廊或楼房各套房间都有通道连通外消防通道。
楼房主体与外消防通道连接处设有消防箱。
整段原木掏空并预留床铺、柜子、桌子、凳子。
床铺加装弹簧床垫,弹簧床垫上加装防坠网及车用安全带。
整段原木高度等于楼层层高,整段原木外围顶面和底面设防撞钢板。
整段原木直径3米以上。
安全木屋的墙壁厚30厘米,安全木屋的门从内向外开启。
安全木屋内安装有进气排气扇、马桶、洗手盆。
安全木屋内设有多处车用安全带。
针对传统楼房安全应急方面存在的不足,发明人设计了一种防火防震的楼房,包括楼房主体,楼房主体外围架设有连通楼房主体的外消防通道,外消防通道安装有连接地面的消防步梯和消防电梯;楼房主体内的各楼层中设置有安全木屋,安全木屋由整段原木掏空而成。该楼房结构简单、经济实用,其中,外围式的消防通道设计和加建的消防步梯和消防电梯独立性好,克服了楼房内消防通道受火灾影响大、实用性差的问题,提高了消防救援效率;整段原木制成的安全木屋设置在楼房内,由于木头材料天然的良好抗震性能,便于应急逃生和生存,减少强震中人员的死亡率。总之,本实用新型安全可靠,可广泛用于高层建筑增强楼房的安全应急性能,为消防、抗震提供了良好的急救设施,能减少火灾地震造成的人员伤亡和财产破坏,更提高了救援效率,对挽救紧急情况下人民生命财产具有重要意义。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2所示,本实用新型的防火防震的楼房,包括楼房主体1,楼房主体外围架设有连通楼房主体的外消防通道2,外消防通道安装有连接地面的消防步梯3和消防电梯6;楼房主体内的各楼层或各套房间7中设置有安全木屋10,安全木屋由整段原木掏空而成。其中,
外消防通道距离楼房主体外围一定距离(一般0.8米以上,具体根据建筑需要设计),且外消防通道与楼房主体通过水泥梁连成一体,十分牢固,楼房各层的走廊或楼房各套房间都有通道连通加建在大楼外的消防通道,楼房主体与外消防通道连接处设有消防箱,内置灭火器、水龙头和常用防护用品(如防烟雾口罩)等。外消防通道可围绕楼房主体设计成环绕形,也可以分段分层设计,其建筑面积需容纳得下楼房内人员。遇到火灾时,大楼里的电梯因断电不能用,而加装在外消防通道的消防电梯和消防步梯不会被烧到,不用断电,因而可以正常使用用于逃生。若外消防通道设计得足够宽敞,为充分利用空间资源,平时可用于其他活动,如科技展览、临时摊位等。
安全木屋可方便楼房倒塌时能够快速获得救援,其墙壁厚30厘米左右,安全木屋的门8从内向外开启,安全木屋内安装有进气排气扇、马桶、洗手盆,安全木屋内设有多处车用安全带,以便随时随处捆绑固定人员、物品,以避免楼房晃动震动造成人员伤亡和财产损失。
制作安全木屋的整段原木直径3米以上,高度等于楼层层高便于垂直安放和防止倾塌,其外围顶面和底面设防撞钢板。整段原木掏空(留外壁、顶面、底面厚度30cm以耐撞击,避免被倒塌建筑物砸坏)并预留床铺、柜子、桌子、凳子等常用家具,即家具由原木内部本身材料原位掏空制成并连接固定原木。床铺加装弹簧床垫,弹簧床垫上加装防坠网及车用安全带以免楼房晃动、震动将人甩出。柜内空间足够用于存放急救食品、医疗用品(如氧气瓶、药品等)和日用品等。
安全木屋足够牢固不会被倒塌楼房破坏,因而紧急情况下可逃生,居住在此的人员可以得到临时庇护,不易被倒塌的建筑材料和构件直接伤及。而且,安全牢固的安全木屋在倒塌楼房中容易被发现并及时救助,降低了事故死亡率。

1.一种防火防震的楼房,包括楼房主体,其特征在于:所述楼房主体外围架设有连通楼房主体的外消防通道,外消防通道安装有连接地面的消防步梯和消防电梯;所述楼房主体内的各楼层或各套房间中设置有安全木屋,安全木屋由整段原木掏空而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火防震的楼房,其特征在于:所述楼房主体外围距离其0.8米以上架设有连通楼房主体的外消防通道,外消防通道与楼房主体通过水泥梁连成一体,楼房各层的走廊或楼房各套房间都有通道连通外消防通道。
