最佳。本实用新型试题和答题卡孔逐题对应，不易发
生错答、漏答的情况。本实用新型特别适用于答题对
象为不同文化层次的场合下使用。本实用新型可以
应用于不同的测试目的，如标准化考试，各种智力测
验，心理咨询调查等。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种多功能计算机光电调查试卷。
现有多种光电调查试卷，最常采用的类型是各类标准考试或调查试卷和答题卡，如流行的GRE考试，TOEFL考试，国内的一些知识竞赛答卷，民意调查卡等。这些调查试卷一般由分立的两部分组成，一部分是调查题卷或试题卷，另一部分是答题卡，其特点是答题卡与试卷以题号一一对应，答题者仅需在对应试题的答题卡答案中涂抹所选的答案，光电机通过读入答题卡的内容，评判出结果。这种现有技术的缺点在于，试题和答案以题号一一对应，但二者是物理和视觉分离的。答题者需在答题卡上寻找答题位置，造成答题速度减慢，并容易发生答错题，漏答题的情况。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种试题和答题卡有物理直观联系的多功能计算机光电调查试卷。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点和积极效果是显著的：
1.本实用新型试题和答题卡孔逐题对应，不易发生错答、漏答的情况。
2.本实用新型特别适用于答题对象为不同文化层次的场合下使用。

应用本实用新型于多相个性测量诊断取得了良好的效果。长期以来，精神卫生领域苦于缺少定量化的检查手段，诊断与治疗多凭经验进行，时常受到多方面的责难。利用本实用新型作为计算机多相个性测量诊断系统的调查试卷，可以大大减少漏答或错答对调查结果的影响，被调查者答完试卷后，工作人员使用光电阅卷机输入答卷卡，系统可以实现自动计分，画剖析图，提供辅助诊断和因素分析，可以根据输出的诊断意见，指导心理治疗并提出治疗中需要注意的问题，进行疾病预诊和疗效分析，可以成为临床心理学家和精神病学家的得力助手。

参见附图，图1和图2分别示出了本实用新型的试卷和答题卡结构示意图。图中试卷1由数页试卷内页13、封面11、封底袋12装订成册，封底袋12的尺寸大小以恰好能放进答题卡为最佳，答题卡上画有与内页13数目对应的竖线框25，竖线框上方标有页号，竖线框的宽度以能印刷上答题孔21为最佳，试卷内页13尺寸均不相同，最靠近答题卡的内页宽度以右侧能正好贴住答题卡不变第一条竖线框25左边框为最佳，其次一页的宽度较首页恰好宽一个竖线框的宽度为最佳，以此类推，第N页右侧边以恰好能压住第N条竖线框左边线为最佳。
在答题卡2竖线框的上、下方印有页号23，页号下方印有对位线22，与此相对应，在试卷内页13右上方和右下方与答题卡2对位线22相对应处标有对位箭头16和页号17，试题内页13上印刷有试题，每个试题与答题卡2上的答题孔21以对题线15一一对应或与多个答题孔21相对应。
答题时，将新的答题卡插入封底袋12中，封底袋12的大小以插入答题卡2，答题卡2不晃动为最佳，使对位线16、22对齐，展开试题各页，在对应的答题孔21上涂标选择答案，所有题答完后，可以由工作人员与答题卡，送入光电阅卷机，通过光电接口，将数据送到计算机，由计算机选择、判题。

1、多功能计算机光电调查试卷，由试卷1和答题卡2组成，其特征在于：所述试卷1由数页试卷内页13、封面11、封底袋12装订成册，封底袋12的尺寸大小以恰好能放进答题卡2为最佳；所述答题卡2上画有与内页13数目对应的竖线框25，竖线框25上方标有页号，竖线框25的宽度以能印刷上答题孔21为最佳。
2、按权利要求1所述的多功能计算机光电调查试卷，其特征在于所述试卷内页13的宽度尺寸均不相同，最靠近答题卡2的内页13宽度以右侧能正好贴住答题卡2第一条竖线框25左边框为最佳，其次一页的宽度较首页恰好宽一个竖线框25的宽度，以此类推，第N页右侧边以恰好能压住第N条竖线框25左边框为最佳。
