In summary, the conveying device 10 and the sorting machine provided in the embodiment of the present application can convey a row of fruit cups 11 through the plurality of first conveying rollers 200, and simultaneously convey a row of fruit cups 11 through the plurality of second conveying rollers 300 during the conveying of the fruit cups 11; because the first conveying roller 200 and the second conveying roller 300 form an included angle at one side of the conveying direction, the fruit cups 11 on the first conveying rollers 200 can be enabled to be deviated to the second conveying rollers 300 to move in the process of conveying the fruit cups 11 by the first conveying rollers 200 and the second conveying rollers 300, the fruit cups 11 on the second conveying rollers 300 move towards the first conveying rollers 200 until the fruit cups 11 move to the position between the first conveying rollers 200 and the second conveying rollers 300, and the fruit cups 11 are conveyed by the first conveying rollers 200 and the second conveying rollers 300 at the same time; therefore, the fruit cups 11 in a plurality of rows can be automatically centered and aligned to form a row by the spontaneous conveying action of the first conveying roller 200 and the second conveying roller 300, so that the manual arranging process can be saved, the efficiency of conveying the fruit cups 11 can be improved, and the sorting efficiency of the sorting machine adopting the conveying device 10 can be improved.

Claims (10)
1. A conveyor configured to convey fruit cups, the conveyor comprising a frame, a plurality of first conveyor rollers and a plurality of second conveyor rollers;
the first conveying rollers are arranged on the rack in parallel at intervals; the second conveying rollers are arranged on the rack in parallel and at intervals;
the plurality of first conveying rollers and the plurality of second conveying rollers are arranged in parallel, the arrangement direction of the plurality of first conveying rollers is parallel to the arrangement direction of the plurality of second conveying rollers, and an included angle is formed between the first conveying rollers and the second conveying rollers at one side of the conveying direction.
2. The transport device of claim 1, wherein an angle between the first transport roller and the second transport roller is greater than 160 degrees and less than 180 degrees.
3. The conveying device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the first conveying rollers and a plurality of the second conveying rollers are provided alternately.
4. The conveying device according to claim 1, wherein the distance between two adjacent first conveying rollers is configured to be smaller than or equal to the radius of the fruit cup; and/or the distance between two adjacent second conveying rollers is configured to be smaller than or equal to the radius of the fruit cup.
5. The conveying device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a gathering assembly, wherein the gathering assembly is arranged at one end of the rack along the conveying direction of the rack, the gathering assembly forms a guide channel, the guide channel corresponds to a position between the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, and the width of the guide channel is larger than the diameter of the fruit cup.
6. The conveying device according to claim 5, wherein the gathering assembly comprises a first guide plate and a second guide plate, the first guide plate and the second guide plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame, the first guide plate is positioned above the plurality of first conveying rollers, and the second guide plate is positioned above the plurality of second conveying rollers; the first guide plate and the second guide plate are spaced apart to form the guide passage between the first guide plate and the second guide plate.
7. The conveying device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the guide channel comprises a gathering section and a guide section which are communicated with each other, the width of the gathering section is gradually reduced along the conveying direction, and the guide section is positioned at one end of the gathering section along the conveying direction.
8. The conveying device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a driving device, wherein the plurality of first conveying rollers and the plurality of second conveying rollers are in transmission connection with the driving device, and the driving device is configured to drive the plurality of first conveying rollers and the plurality of second conveying rollers to rotate synchronously.
9. The conveying device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a carrying plate disposed between the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller, and wherein the plurality of first conveying rollers and the plurality of second conveying rollers are rotatably engaged with the carrying plate; the height of the bearing plate relative to the rack is lower than that of the first conveying roller relative to the rack and lower than that of the second conveying roller relative to the rack.
10. A sorting machine comprising a conveying device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
