In this embodiment, the second glue pulling plate 32 is provided with a placing groove 321, the placing groove 321 is located on the left side wall of the second glue pulling plate 32, the placing groove 321 penetrates through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the second glue pulling plate 32, and the two ends of the degumming unit 6 are rotatably connected to the two side walls of the placing groove 321 which are oppositely arranged. The degumming member 6 extends out of the second rubber pulling plate 32 towards one end of the mounting plate 1 and is coaxially connected with the output rotating shaft of the first driving member 7 through a coupler 36.
Preferably, the diameter of the degumming member 6 is larger than the thickness of the second rubber pulling plate 32, and the top of the degumming member 6 is higher than the second rubber pulling plate 32, so that the contact area of the adhesive tape 10 and the second rubber pulling plate 32 is reduced.
Furthermore, the side wall of the degumming component 6 is provided with a degumming component anti-sticking groove, and the contact area between the adhesive tape 10 and the degumming component 6 is further reduced by the arrangement of the degumming component anti-sticking groove. Specifically, the third driving element 33 is connected to the first rubber pulling plate 31 and can drive the rubber pulling plate 31 to move closer to or away from the second rubber pulling plate 32. It is understood that the pressure applied by the first glue drawing plate 31 to the adhesive tape 10 should be of such a magnitude as to avoid adhesion between the adhesive tape 10 and the second glue drawing plate 32. In this embodiment, the third driver 33 is a cylinder. In other embodiments, the third driving member 33 may also be a hydraulic cylinder, and the like, and is not limited herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the glue pulling assembly 3 includes a first connecting member 34. First connecting piece 34 is connected in the output of second driving piece 8, and the second is drawn offset plate 32 and third driving piece 33 and is all connected in first connecting piece 34, sets up first connecting piece 34, realizes drawing being connected between gluey subassembly 3 and the second driving piece 8. Specifically, the pressing assembly 5 further includes a fourth driving member 53, and the fourth driving member 53 is configured to move the first pressing plate 51 and the second pressing plate 52 away from or close to each other, so as to facilitate clamping or releasing the adhesive tape 10. In the present embodiment, one fourth driving member 53 is provided, the fourth driving member 53 is connected to the first pressing plate 51, and the pressure applied by the first pressing plate 51 to the adhesive tape 10 is of a magnitude to avoid adhesion between the adhesive tape 10 and the second pressing plate 52. In other embodiments, the fourth driving member 53 may be further connected to the second pressure plate 52, or two fourth driving members 53 may be provided, and the two fourth driving members 53 are respectively connected to the first pressure plate 51 and the second pressure plate 52, so that the first pressure plate 51 and the second pressure plate 52 are far away from or close to each other.
In the present embodiment, the fourth driving member 53 is an air cylinder, and the cylinder body of the fourth driving member 53 is fixed to the mounting plate 1. In other embodiments, the fourth driving member 53 may also be a hydraulic cylinder, and the like, and is not limited herein.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-3, cutting assembly 4 includes a guillotine blade 41 and a guillotine drive 42. The cutting drive 42 is used to drive the cutting blade 41 to cut or separate the tape 10. The cutting drive member 42 is an air cylinder, and the cutting drive member 42 is fixed to the mounting plate 1. In other embodiments, cutting drive 42 may also be a hydraulic cylinder, and the like, and is not limited herein. Preferably, a plurality of triangular grooves 92 are formed on the cutting edge of the cutting knife 41, so that the cutting edge of the cutting knife 41 is in a sawtooth shape, the sharp-angled structures on the cutting edge are increased, the adhesive tape 10 can be cut off more conveniently, and the adhesive tape 10 is prevented from being adhered to the cutting knife 41.
Preferably, the tab rubberizing device further includes an anti-deviation roller 11. The auxiliary roller 12 is made of metal or rubber.
Specifically, the method for using the tab rubberizing device provided by the embodiment is as follows. First, the second driving member 8 drives the tape pulling assembly 3 to be located at the leftmost end of the second driving member 8, the first pressing plate 51 and the second pressing plate 52 are away from each other, and the cutting blade 41 is away from the adhesive tape 10. Next, the first glue pulling plate 31 and the second glue pulling plate 32 clamp the end of the adhesive tape 10, and the second driving member 8 drives the glue pulling assembly 3 to move rightward until the adhesive tape 10 is pulled out by a preset length. And thirdly, moving the tab to be glued to the adhesive tape 10 between the cutting knife 41 and the glue drawing assembly 3 from the lower part, and attaching the adhesive tape 10 to the tab. Then, the fourth driver 53 drives the first and second platens 51 and 52 to clamp the adhesive tape 10, and the cutting driver 42 drives the cutting blade 41 to move toward the adhesive tape 10 to cut the adhesive tape 10. Finally, the third driving element 33 drives the first tab pulling plate 31 and the second tab pulling plate 32 to be away from each other, the first driving element 7 drives the tab removing element 6 to rotate, and meanwhile, the tab moves downwards, so that tab rubberizing is completed.
Example two
In the tab gluing device provided by this embodiment, only the structure of the glue pulling assembly 3 is different from that of the first embodiment, and the rest of the structures are the same. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, two third driving members 33 are provided, and are respectively connected to the first glue pulling plate 31 and the second glue pulling plate 32, and both the two third driving members 33 are fixedly connected to the first connecting member 34, so that an adjustment range of an interval between the first glue pulling plate 31 and the second glue pulling plate 32 is expanded, and the tape 10 is further facilitated to be separated from the second glue pulling plate 32. Simultaneously the through-hole 3521 of seting up on the connecting plate 352 is the bar hole, extends along vertical direction, draws the in-process that offset plate 32 goes up and down at the second, avoids producing between first driving piece 7 and the connecting plate 352 and interferes.
