技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风道管道预埋件。
背景技术
现有的被动房一般都安装有新风和补风系统，需要布置风道管道，尤其是出户风道管道，需要出户管道预埋件。现有的出户管道预埋件的安装先放置预埋套管，再填充保温材料和放置PVC管，最后再进行粘贴防水隔汽膜和防水透汽膜，其固定稳定性差，易被坡坏，防水、防漏气性能差；且施工复杂、浪费材料，费时费力，浪费人工。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题，提供一种风道管道预埋件，该预埋件为一体件，保温、防水和防漏气性能好，不易坡坏，方便施工，节省材料，节省人力。
为完成上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种风道管道预埋件，包括内、外PVC管、PVC防水隔气层、聚氨酯保温层和带毛刺的PVC盖板；PVC防水隔气层设置在内、外PVC管的中间位置，由设置在内PVC管内的凸台、设置在内、外PVC管之间的内防水隔气层、设置在外PVC管外的外防水隔气层和设置在外防水隔气层外的外止水隔气带组成；在内防水隔气层上下端的内、外PVC管之间分别固定有聚氨酯保温层；聚氨酯保温层外的内、外PVC管之间端部分别固定有带毛刺的PVC盖板。
进一步优选地，本实用新型还包括PVC定位盖板；在安装风道管道之前，所述PVC定位盖板盖在内PVC管的两端面上；安装风道管道时，取下PVC定位盖板。PVC定位盖板是防止预埋件在安装和风道管道安装前进入异物。
本实用新型为一体件，可以将内、外PVC管和PVC防水隔气层直接一体成型，再填充聚氨酯保温层，最后再将带毛刺的PVC盖板粘接固定在内、外PVC管的端部即可。本实用新型可以在工厂直接制作，结构简单，制作容易；在工地现场安装时施工简单、方便，节省材料，节省人力。一体件的固定稳定性好，不易坡坏，保温、防水和防漏气性能好。PVC定位盖板防止了预埋件在安装和风道管道安装前进入异物。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图 对本实用新型作进一步的描述：
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示，本实施例包括内、外PVC管5、1、PVC防水隔气层2、聚氨酯保温层3和带毛刺的PVC盖板4。PVC防水隔气层2设置在内、外PVC管5、1的中间位置，由设置在内PVC管5内的凸台24、设置在内、外PVC管5、1之间的内防水隔气层23、设置在外PVC管1外的外防水隔气层22和设置在外防水隔气层22外的外止水隔气带21组成。在内防水隔气层23上下端的内、外PVC管5、1之间分别固定有聚氨酯保温层3；聚氨酯保温层3外的内、外PVC管5、1之间端部分别固定有带毛刺的PVC盖板4。优选地，本实施例还包括PVC定位盖板2；在安装风道管道之前，所述PVC定位盖板2盖在内PVC管5的两端面上；安装风道管道时，取下PVC定位盖板2。
上述实施例仅是优选的和示例性的，本领域技术人员还可以根据本专利的描述将调节布带自由端通过其它的固定方式固定在内层汗带布上，这些都在本专利的保护范围内。

1.一种风道管道预埋件，其特征在于：包括内、外PVC管、PVC防水隔气层、聚氨酯保温层和带毛刺的PVC盖板；PVC防水隔气层设置在内、外PVC管的中间位置，由设置在内PVC管内的凸台、设置在内、外PVC管之间的内防水隔气层、设置在外PVC管外的外防水隔气层和设置在外防水隔气层外的外止水隔气带组成；在内防水隔气层上下端的内、外PVC管之间分别固定有聚氨酯保温层；聚氨酯保温层外的内、外PVC管之间端部分别固定有带毛刺的PVC盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风道管道预埋件，其特征在于：其还包括PVC定位盖板；在安装风道管道之前，所述PVC定位盖板盖在内PVC管的两端面上。
