Abstract
焊炬、割炬电子点火装置，属电子点火器类，其特
征在于炬把上有一固定座、固定座上有通孔，孔内装
有压电陶瓷点火原件，固定座通过紧固螺钉固定在炬
把上。主要解决焊炬、割炬在使用中，用火柴或打火
机点火的不便，电子点火器运用压电陶瓷元件产生电
火花，与可燃气体相遇而着火。
Description
本实用新型属于焊炬、割炬技术领域。现有的焊炬、割炬在使用中需要火柴或打火机点火，这样在工作中很不方便。即使在工作台附近设有电子点火装置也因活动范围太小，工作起来很不方便。
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题，提供一种能与焊炬、割炬结为一体的电子点火装置。
本实用新型的解决方案是这样实现的：焊炬、割炬把上有一固定座，固定座上有一通孔，孔内装有压电陶瓷点火原件，固定座通过紧固螺钉固定在炬把上。
本实用新型的优点在于：避免了焊炬、割炬在使用之前，用火柴或打火机点火的弊病。

图一是本实用新型的结构示意图。
焊炬、割炬把1上有一固定座2，固定座2上有一通孔，孔内装有压电陶瓷点火原件3，固定座2通过紧固螺钉4固定在炬把1上。发火针5固定在焊炬、割炬的喷嘴边，离喷嘴的距离约为3～4mm。用导线将发火针5联接起来。当开关开启时，发火针打出火花，遇有3燃气体即点燃。
Claims (2)
1、一种焊炬、割炬电子点火装置由炬把和电子点火装置组成，其特征在于炬把上有一固定座，固定座上有一通孔，孔内装有压电陶瓷点火原件，固定座通过紧固螺钉固定在炬把上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的焊炬、割炬电子点火装置，其特征在于焊炬、割炬的喷嘴上装有发火针，离喷嘴的距离约为3～4mm。
