Abstract
本实用新型是一种医用的肠道冲洗器，包括有三
通控制阀门、肛管传输管和排液管，即通过三通阀的
调节，使传输管和肛管连通，药液注入直肠，再使排液
管和肛管连通，使肠道污液排出体外，这样病人无需
起身，边冲洗边治疗，只插拔一次肛管，即可完成整个
治疗过程，减轻了患者痛苦和不便，降低了医护人员
的劳动强度。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种医用肠道冲洗器，具体地说是一种兼有灌肠和排液功能的冲洗器。
痢疾病的发生，在夏秋季节是十分普遍的，属于常见的肠道传染病。即痢疾杆菌作用于肠道，细菌生长繁殖，释放毒素而引起肠壁炎症，细菌毒素在肠道吸收引起全身中毒症状。故此对痢疾病的治疗，一方面是服药，注射或输液，另外较快捷的方式是灌肠冲洗治疗，以直接清除大量集中于肠道内的病菌，加速病人康复。目前使用的灌肠冲洗器是在一直通控制阀门上连接肛管和传输管。传输管与灌肠筒相接，肛管插入患者直肠内，打开控制阀门，药液从灌肠筒传输进入直肠内，然后关断阀门，保留灌肠，再抽出肛管，病人起床去厕所排泄肠道污液。如此反复几次，达到清洁肠道的目的。这种治疗方式的弊端在于，痢疾患者本身体虚弱，肛门扩约肌松驰，反复起床十分不便，如果动作迟缓，污液会排在裤子或床上，造成污染，另外反复插拨肛管，既增加了患者痛苦和操作程序，又会造成自身感染。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种简化操作步骤、方便患者的灌肠冲洗装置，以克服上述弊端，提高治疗效果。
本实用新型是这样实现的：设计一三通控制阀，肛管、传输管分别接于其上，另有一根排液管与三通阀相接。传输管仍接灌肠筒，肛管插入肛门，排液管下端设置污液盆。将三通阀打到传输管与肛管连通位置，药液注入，然后关断，保留灌肠，再将三通阀打到肛管与排液管连通位置，肠道污液、稀便等排出体外，流入污液盆。调整三通阀门，即可实现反复冲洗的目的。
本实用新型的使用，病人无需起身，边冲洗边治疗，只插拔一次肛管，即可完成整个治疗过程，既减轻了医护人员的劳动强度，又减轻了患者的痛苦和不便，有利于患者的早日康复。同时本方式治疗，降低了对环境条件的要求，可直接在病人家庭实施操作，节省了往返或住院所需的人力、物力和财力。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详述。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
如图所示，本装置的主体三通阀在带锥度中空腔的阀体1上有三个向外伸出的管接头2，管接头上的中心孔均与阀体内的空腔相通。为方便制作，可将三个管接头制成相隔120°角。肛管6、排液管7及传输管8分别连接在三个管接头上。阀芯3为与阀体空腔相配合的圆台体，其中部有一弯曲通道4，两端的开口与阀体管接头内孔相通，底座9与阀芯3底端螺纹连接，将阀芯固定于阀体1上。
为防止三通阀漏液，在阀芯3上和底座9上分别有圆凸台封住阀体1空腔的上下口。阀芯顶端设置有旋钮5，以方便操纵阀芯的旋转。
在阀芯3上沿的圆凸台边缘有定位针11，阀体1上沿有限位台阶10。当定位针11旋到限位台阶10的右端处时，阀芯上的弯管4连通传输管和肛管，当定位针11旋到限位台阶10的左端处时，阀芯连通肛管和排液管。当定位针在中部时，为阀门截止状态，可实现保留灌肠。
为保证排液的顺利，管接头的中心孔及阀芯弯曲通道4的直径在10公分左右为宜，且肛管的前端最好敞口，边缘处平滑过渡，以防插入直肠时损伤皮肤或内膜。
Claims (4)
1、一种三通肠道冲洗器，包括有控制阀门及肛管和传输管，其特征在于控制阀门为三通阀，另有排液管与三通阀相接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的冲洗器，其特征在于三通阀在带锥度中空腔的阀体上有三个向外伸出的管接头，管接头上的中心孔均与阀体内的空腔相通，阀芯为与阀体空腔相配合的圆台体，其中部有一弯曲通道，两端的开口可与阀体管接头的内孔相通，底座与阀芯底端螺纹连接，将阀芯固定于阀体上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的冲洗器，其特征在于在阀芯上沿和底座上分别有圆凸台封住阀体空腔的上下口，阀芯顶端设置有旋钮。
4、根据权利要求3所述的冲洗器，其特征在于阀芯上沿的圆凸台边缘有定位针，阀体上沿有限位台阶。
