一种新型滑动式炉膛安全网，主要由安全网、拉链条葫芦小跑车、封塑钢丝绳、拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道等组成，与现有技术相比采用本实用新型的技术方案是安全网连接在拉链条葫芦小跑车上，拉链条葫芦小跑车在拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道移动，拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道连接在锅炉钢架上，用封塑钢丝绳提高安全网防护性能。本实用新型克服了现有工程施工安装中防护网的一些缺陷，是一种成本低，快捷实用，安装拆除省时省力，除应用于锅炉安装外，还可应用于其它需要防护面积较大的场合的新型滑动式炉膛安全网。

技术领域
本实用新型属于工程安装安全防护设备，特别涉及一种锅炉炉膛安装中需要经常吊装和防护面积比较大的场所需要的新型滑动式炉膛安全网。
背景技术
目前，传统炉膛安全网都是利用安全网边绳直接绑扎在炉膛四周平台栏杆、格栅或钢架上。存在不足如下：
1、安全网布置位置受限，不能根据锅炉的高度随意布置。
2、在锅炉施工过程中需要经常拆开安全网进行设备吊装，在安全网拆除及恢复时操作极不方便，需要多人同时操作，费工费时；且锅炉炉膛位置无安全网防护时间过长，安全隐患大。
3、绑扎在格栅上极易磨损安全网安全可靠性不足，且不够牢固。
4、安全网拆除及恢复时其张紧及松放完全依靠人力完成，存在人员随安全网坠落的危险。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低，快捷实用，安装拆除省时省力的除锅炉安装外还可应用于其它需要防护面积较大的场合的新型滑动式炉膛安全网。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种滑动式安全网，包括安全网、手拉链条葫芦小跑车、封塑钢丝绳、手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道，安全网连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车上，手拉链条葫芦小跑车安装在手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道上，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道连接在锅炉安装钢架上，封塑钢丝绳连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车上并与安全网连接，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道由连接钢件与锅炉安装钢架之间进行固定。
所述的手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道由工字钢和手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道封堵钢板组成。
手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道工字钢水平放置。
连接钢件为工字钢。
通过以上的技术方案，可以实现极大的缩短安全网拆除及恢复的时间，同时使操作人员成倍减少，并消除了靠人力移动安全网的安全风险，提高了施工效率的效果。

具体实施方式
一种滑动式炉膛安全网，它包括安全网、手拉链条葫芦小跑车、封塑钢丝绳、手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道；安全网3连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车1上，手拉链条葫芦小跑车1安装在手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5上，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5连接在锅炉安装钢架7上，封塑钢丝绳2连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车1上并与安全网3连接，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5由连接钢件6与锅炉安装钢架7之间进行固定。
手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道7由工字钢和手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道封堵钢板4组成。
手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道7工字钢水平放置。
连接钢件6为工字钢，即为锅炉安装钢架。
根据炉膛安装需要防护的区域面积。计算出需要安全网3的面积和手拉链条葫芦小跑车1的台数，并根据安装防护需要在手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5上布置手拉链条葫芦小跑车1的位置。使用封塑钢丝绳2连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车1上，用以支撑安全网3，增加安全网3抗拉强度。在锅炉左右两侧，各使用一根工字钢做为手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5水平放置，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5用工字钢与锅炉安装钢架进行固定。手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5两端加封堵，以防手拉链条葫芦小跑车1出槽。待安全网3与手拉链条葫芦小跑车1固定之后，利用安全网3边绳绑扎在手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5及锅炉安装钢架周围钢梁上进行固定。需要移开安全网3时，解开安全网3在手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道5及锅炉安装钢架上的固定后，用手拉链条葫芦小跑车1将安全网3拉开；安全网恢复使用时，重新用手拉链条葫芦小跑车1拉安全网3到位后并将安全网3绑扎固定好即可。

1.一种滑动式炉膛安全网，其特征在于：它包括安全网、手拉链条葫芦小跑车、手封塑钢丝绳、手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道；安全网（3）连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车（1）上，手拉链条葫芦小跑车（1）安装在手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道（5）上，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道（5）连接在锅炉安装钢架（7）上，封塑钢丝绳（2）连接在手拉链条葫芦小跑车（1）上并与安全网（3）连接，手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道（5）由连接钢件（6）与锅炉安装钢架（7）之间进行固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑动式炉膛安全网，其特征在于：所述的手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道（5）由工字钢和手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道封堵钢板（4）组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滑动式炉膛安全网，其特征在于：手拉链条葫芦小跑车滑道（5）工字钢水平放置。
