Abstract

本标本冷藏柜，包括箱体、安装于箱体前端开口处的玻璃门、安装于箱体内两侧壁上的若干天梯、卡置于天梯上的若干天梯码、若干水平置于天梯吗上的网状搁架以及设置于箱体内的隔板，隔板在箱体内上端、后端密闭分割形成风道，制冷机组安装于箱体上端，其电连接于温度调节器，蒸发器设置于风道的上端，其通过管路连接于制冷机组，风道上端设置有吸风口，风道下端设置有出风口。病理标本放置在各层网状搁架上，通过温度调节器调节制冷温度，其控制制冷机组工作，箱体内的空气经吸风口进入风道内与蒸发器换热后形成冷风经风道流入箱体下端，从出风口内流出，从而在箱体中形成循环冷气，从而达到了有效存储病理标本的目的，防止病理标本腐烂。

本实用新型涉及一种标本冷藏柜。
背景技术
医生将病人体内的肿瘤等病变组织切除后，需将部分有病变的组织或脏器经过各种化学品和埋藏法的处理，使之固定硬化，在切片机上切成薄片，粘附在玻片上，染以各种颜色，供在显微镜下检查，以观察病理变化，作出病理诊断，为临床诊断和治疗提供帮助。做出诊断后，依照国家卫生主管部门或医院主管部门的要求保存或运送病理样本，定期进行安全检查。实验室普通病理标本实行责任人保管制，即病理标本在送达病理科至取材前由病理技术人员负责管理，取材后至病理标本销毁前由病理报告医师管理，存放在指定的位置。保管人妥善保存病理标本，防止病理标本丢失及腐烂。对于病理生物标本应密封分类保存，包装材料必须符合防水、防破损、防外泄的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足，提供了一种换热效率高温度均匀的用于病理活检组织的接受和保存的标本冷藏柜。
本实用新型克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本标本冷藏柜，包括箱体、安装于箱体前端开口处的玻璃门、安装于箱体内两侧壁上的若干天梯、卡置于天梯上的若干天梯码、若干水平置于天梯吗上的网状搁架以及设置于箱体内的隔板，所述隔板在箱体内上端、后端密闭分割形成风道，制冷机组安装于箱体上端，其电连接于温度调节器，蒸发器设置于风道的上端，其通过管路连接于制冷机组，所述风道上端设置有吸风口，所述风道下端设置有出风口。
为了提高冷风流动，上述网状搁架左右两侧分别设置有边护栏，其后侧设置有后护栏，所述后护栏后端的网状搁架以及两个边护栏外侧的网状搁架上设置有透气口。
为了提高提高制冷效果，上述隔板将箱体底部密闭分割形成底部风道，所述底部风道与风道连通，所述底部风道上设置有底部出风口。
为了方便移动，上述箱体底部四个边角处分别安装有可制动万向脚轮。
为了提高保温效果，上述玻璃门中的玻璃为真空玻璃。
本实用新型的有益效果是：病理标本放置在各层网状搁架上，通过温度调节器调节制冷温度，其控制制冷机组工作，箱体内的空气经吸风口进入风道内与蒸发器换热后形成冷风经风道流入箱体下端，从出风口内流出，从而在箱体中形成循环冷气，从而达到了有效存储病理标本的目的，防止病理标本腐烂，并可以通过玻璃门清晰观察病理标本的存储情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2、附图3对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如附图1和附图2所示，本标本冷藏柜，包括箱体1、安装于箱体1前端开口处的玻璃门2、安装于箱体1内两侧壁上的若干天梯7、卡置于天梯7上的若干天梯码8、若干水平置于天梯吗8上的网状搁架4以及设置于箱体1内的隔板4，隔板4在箱体1内上端、后端密闭分割形成风道9，制冷机组10安装于箱体1上端，其电连接于温度调节器12，蒸发器11设置于风道9的上端，其通过管路连接于制冷机组10，风道9上端设置有吸风口13，风道9下端设置有出风口5。病理标本放置在各层网状搁架4上，通过温度调节器12调节制冷温度，其控制制冷机组10工作，箱体1内的空气经吸风口13进入风道9内与蒸发器11换热后形成冷风经风道9流入箱体1下端，从出风口5内流出，从而在箱体1中形成循环冷气，从而达到了有效存储病理标本的目的，防止病理标本腐烂，并可以通过玻璃门2清晰观察病理标本的存储情况。
如附图3所示，网状搁架3左右两侧分别设置有边护栏14，其后侧设置有后护栏15，后护栏15后端的网状搁架3以及两个边护栏外侧的网状搁架3上设置有透气口16。病理标本放在搁架3上时会置于左右两个边护栏14与后护栏15之间的位置，不会阻挡后护栏15后端以及边护栏14两侧的透气口16，因此循环空气可以从透气口16处自上而下流过，防止多个搁架3防止在箱体1中阻挡空气循环导致上下层冷热不均匀的情况发生，提高了箱体1内的温度均匀性。
隔板4将箱体1底部密闭分割形成底部风道，底部风道与风道9连通，底部风道上设置有底部出风口。换热后的冷气通过风道9经底部风道的底部出风口从箱体1的底部流出，可以更好的起到制冷效果，避免结冰结霜的现象。
箱体1底部四个边角处可以分别安装有可制动万向脚轮6。通过可制动万向脚轮6可以方便移动箱体1，提高了使用的便利性。玻璃门2中的玻璃为真空玻璃。真空玻璃具有独特的断热冷桥涉及，具有防凝保温效果好的特点。

1.一种标本冷藏柜，其特征在于：包括箱体（1）、安装于箱体（1）前端开口处的玻璃门（2）、安装于箱体（1）内两侧壁上的若干天梯（7）、卡置于天梯（7）上的若干天梯码（8）、若干水平置于天梯吗（8）上的网状搁架（4）以及设置于箱体（1）内的隔板（4），所述隔板（4）在箱体（1）内上端、后端密闭分割形成风道（9），制冷机组（10）安装于箱体（1）上端，其电连接于温度调节器（12），蒸发器（11）设置于风道（9）的上端，其通过管路连接于制冷机组（10），所述风道（9）上端设置有吸风口（13），所述风道（9）下端设置有出风口（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标本冷藏柜，其特征在于：所述网状搁架（3）左右两侧分别设置有边护栏（14），其后侧设置有后护栏（15），所述后护栏（15）后端的网状搁架（3）以及两个边护栏（14）外侧的网状搁架（3）上设置有透气口（16）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的标本冷藏柜，其特征在于：所述隔板（4）将箱体（1）底部密闭分割形成底部风道，所述底部风道与风道（9）连通，所述底部风道上设置有底部出风口。
