技术领域
  本实用新型涉及皮卷尺,尤其是一种电动皮卷尺。
背景技术
  皮卷尺包括卷尺壳体、卷动摇把、卷尺卷轴和采用软质材料加工而成的卷尺尺体。由于携带方便,早已得到广泛应用。但皮卷尺的卷尺尺体较长,最长达到100m,每次测量结束时需通过卷动摇把的旋转把卷尺尺体收回卷尺壳体内,不仅浪费大量的时间,还消耗不少体力。
  2010年2月24日,专利公报公开了一名称为“一种多用自动皮卷尺”的实用新型专利,申请号为200920080759.X,公告号为CN201413102Y。主要特点为包括设于卷尺壳体对应另一侧的电动盒,电动盒内设有其转轴兼做皮卷尺卷轴的微型电机,以及与微型电机连接的电池盒,电池盒上设有电机开关。该技术采用电力代替人力旋转把卷尺尺体收回卷尺壳体内,节省大量的时间和体力。但由于微型电机和电池盒均设置在卷尺壳体的外面,整体结构不够紧凑,不便于携带和使用。
实用新型内容
  本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构紧凑、便于携带和使用的电动皮卷尺。
  为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:包括卷尺壳体、卷动摇把、卷尺卷轴和采用软质材料加工而成的卷尺尺体的电动皮卷尺,卷尺壳体内的卷尺卷轴的轴径外面设有滚筒,卷尺卷轴的轴径上沿轴线上设有机座,减速电机和充电电池用螺栓紧固在机座上,减速电机的轴上的外齿轮与用螺栓紧固在滚筒的径向内壁上的内齿轮啮合。
  所述的与卷动摇把对应的卷尺壳体的另一侧设有充电插口和电机开关。
  本实用新型的有益之处是:由于减速电机和充电电池设置在卷尺壳体内的滚筒内,通过减速电机的轴上的外齿轮带动用螺栓紧固在滚筒的径向内壁上的内齿轮,从而带动滚筒旋转,实现电力取代人力旋转把卷尺尺体轻松快速地收回卷尺壳体内。将减速电机和充电电池设置在全封闭的卷尺壳体内的滚筒内,具有结构紧凑、传动效率高、噪声低、使用寿命长、运转平稳、工作可靠、密封性好、占据空间小、安装方便等诸多优点,并且特别适合在粉尘多、湿度大等恶劣环境条件下作业。在电力不足时,也可通过卷动摇把手工旋转把卷尺尺体收回卷尺壳体内。

  下面结合附图详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
  如附图所示,包括卷尺壳体12、卷动摇把11、卷尺卷轴2和采用软质材料加工而成的卷尺尺体的电动皮卷尺,卷尺壳体12内的卷尺卷轴2的轴径外面设有滚筒1,卷尺卷轴2的轴径上沿轴线上设有机座4,减速电机3和充电电池8用螺栓紧固在机座4上,减速电机3的轴6上的外齿轮7与用螺栓紧固在滚筒1的径向内壁上的内齿轮5啮合;与卷动摇把11 对应的卷尺壳体12的另一侧设有充电插口9和电机开关10。

1.电动皮卷尺,包括卷尺壳体(12)、卷动摇把(11)、卷尺卷轴(2)和采用软质材料加工而成的卷尺尺体,其特征在于卷尺壳体(12)内的卷尺卷轴(2)的轴径外面设有滚筒(1),卷尺卷轴(2)的轴径上沿轴线上设有机座(4),减速电机(3)和充电电池(8)用螺栓紧固在机座(4)上,减速电机(3)的轴(6)上的外齿轮(7)与用螺栓紧固在滚筒(1)的径向内壁上的内齿轮(5)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动皮卷尺,其特征在于与卷动摇把(11) 对应的卷尺壳体(12)的另一侧设有充电插口(9)和电机开关(10)。
