Abstract

一种木塑PVC地板，包括PVC主体层和底层基材木塑层，PVC主体层包括PU涂层，耐磨层，印刷层和PVC中料层，PVC主体层与木塑层是通过胶水粘合在一起，木塑层的两侧设置有将相邻两块地板结合在一起的短头直落式锁扣结构或敲击式锁扣结构。木塑层采用的材料是木粉、PVC树脂粉以及石粉。将木塑的防水性与PVC的柔韧性与防水性结合在一起，整个产品不仅比现有的锁扣PVC质量轻，又比现有的锁扣PVC更加稳定，而且安装更加容易，整体产品防水好，而且没有强化地板的甲醛问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种PVC地板，尤其涉及一种木塑PVC地板。 
背景技术
现有的锁扣式PVC地板，由于PVC材料本身的特性，对温度非常敏感。在温度稍高的环境中容易产生起拱，或者容易由于锁扣的软化加上后期温度还原材料的收缩，造成两地板之间的锁扣脱钩。因此，对现有的锁扣式地板的使用环境必须进行严格的温度控制，使用场所受到极大的限制。而对于强化地板，即浸渍纸层压木质地板或者用PVC贴合在高密度基材(HDF，High Density Fiberboard)的产品，由于材料不防水，使用场所也受到很大的限制。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型木塑PVC地板既防水，且锁扣PVC更加稳定，更加容易拼装。 
为实现上述实用新型目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案： 
一种木塑PVC地板，包括PVC主体层和底层基材木塑层，所述PVC主体层包括PU涂层，耐磨层，印刷层和PVC中料层，所述PVC主体层与所述木塑层是通过胶水粘合在一起，所述木塑层的两侧设置有将相邻两块地板结合在一起的短头直落式锁扣结构或敲击式锁扣结构。 
进一步的，木塑层采用的材料是木粉、PVC树脂粉以及石粉。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于：PVC主体层与木塑基材结合，整合了两个材料的优势。 
1.防水效果好：木塑基材与PVC主体层均为防水材料，整体防水效果绝佳。 
2.稳定性高：锁扣结构主要为木塑基材，由木粉、PVC树脂粉以及石粉制成，该材料对温度不敏感，温度的变化对锁扣软硬度没有太大影响，在温度变化情况下可以保持锁扣的硬度与拉力。 
3.易于安装：由于木塑基材机械强度高，可以做短头的直落式锁扣，或者是敲击式锁扣，安装更加便捷。 
4.质量轻：由于木塑基材经过发泡，整体密度轻，在同样的体积情况下比现有锁扣PVC要轻60％以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述： 
请参阅图1，本实用新型一种木塑PVC地板从上至下依次包括PVC主体层10和底层基材木塑层6。其中，PVC主体层10从上至下依次包括PU涂层1，耐磨层2，印刷层3和PVC中料层4。PU涂层1，耐磨层2，印刷层3和PVC中料层4均采用的现有的PVC地板的组成成分。木塑层6采用的材料是木粉、PVC树脂粉以及石粉。木塑层6的两侧设置有将相邻两块地板结合在一起的锁扣结构61。PVC主体层10与木塑层6是通过胶水粘合在一起。因此，结合了两个材料的优势，将木塑的防水性与PVC的柔韧性与防水性结合在一起，整个产品不仅比现有的锁扣PVC质量轻，又比现有的锁扣PVC更加稳定，而且安装更加容易，整体产品防水好，而且没有强化地板的甲醛问题。 
本实用新型的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容，本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本实用新型技术思想的前提下，对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改，而这些变形和修改均应当属于本实用新型的范围内。

1.一种木塑PVC地板，其特征在于：包括PVC主体层和底层基材木塑层，所述PVC主体层包括PU涂层，耐磨层，印刷层和PVC中料层，所述PVC主体层与所述木塑层是通过胶水粘合在一起，所述木塑层的两侧设置有将相邻两块地板结合在一起的短头直落式锁扣结构或敲击式锁扣结构。
