Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，包括数根线芯，所述线芯是由铝合金导体以及包裹在铝合金导体外的内屏蔽层、硅橡胶包带层、外屏蔽层、结皮层组成，线芯外套装有填充层、防水层、隔热层，隔热层外面包裹有联锁铠装层，防水层是由多个圆形非吸水带交联高分子吸水木浆纤维紧密排布组成，铝合金导体是由多股铝合金丝向右旋转绞合而成，外屏蔽层内部设有一根铝丝加热线。本实用新型既保证了正常输配电的基本功能，又具有优异的机械、经济、安全性能，抗蠕变性、耐酸碱、防水耐火，广泛应用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种中压电缆，尤其涉及到一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆。
背景技术
目前耐火电缆应用范围之广泛，如：医院、影剧院、商厦、地铁、隧道、铁路、机场、车站、大型公共体育、娱乐场所、大型超市、宾馆酒店、高层建筑、军事设施、核电站、煤矿、化工、医药、钢铁、冶金、船舶、民用等等。由于中压电力电缆在较高电压下运行，其特殊的电气性能要求绝缘线芯必须由导电线芯、导体屏蔽、XLPE绝缘和绝缘屏蔽、金属屏蔽等组成。中压电缆绝缘和导体之间的界面要光滑圆整，有一层挤包半导电层，防止局放量过大，如果将云母带绕包在导体表面，将会导致电缆局部放电量超标，出现致命缺陷。所以在制造中压耐火电力电缆，不能采取在导体上绕包耐火云母带的方式，也不能采取铜芯铜护套氧化镁绝缘方式。绝缘线芯不能设置耐火层，只能在缆芯外设置，采用隔热层、降温层和挡火层组合的耐火结构，最终实现耐火的目的。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，该电缆具有优异的机械、经济、安全性能，抗蠕变性、耐酸碱、耐火防水。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，包括数根线芯，所述线芯是由铝合金导体以及由内向外依次包裹在铝合金导体外面的内屏蔽层、硅橡胶包带层、外屏蔽层、结皮层组成，所述线芯外依次套装有防水层、隔热层，所述线芯与所述防水层之间挤包有填充层，所述隔热层外面包裹有联锁铠装层，所述防水层是由多个圆形非吸水带交联高分子吸水木浆纤维紧密排布组成，所述铝合金导体是由多股铝合金丝向右旋转绞合而成，所述外屏蔽层内部设有一根铝丝加热线。
所述线芯为三组。
所述的内屏蔽层、外屏蔽层均为半导电屏蔽层。
所述结皮层材料为交联聚乙烯。
所述填充层材料为阻燃石棉绳。
所述隔热层为耐火陶瓷纤维带。
所述联锁铠装层为5000系列铝合金带复合陶瓷化硅橡胶退火压延而成。
本实用新型的结构特点在于:
采用铝合金材料绞合紧压结构，节约了成本，提高了电缆载流量的稳定性；隔热层选用陶瓷纤维带材料，降低了电缆外径的同时也减轻了电缆重量；在火灾的情况下线路不短路、不断路，从而保证了线路的畅通，起到坚固的保护作用，为人员的生命和财产抢救，最大限度的赢得时间；联锁铠装结构提高了电缆的自身耐火等级，并且还有便于敷设在弯曲半径较小的环境。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
本实用新型采用铝合金材料绞合紧压导体结构，在确保电缆载流量的同时，使电缆重量减少约30%、成本减少约35%以上，重量的减轻使电缆易于运输、安装敷设，同时氧化铝是很好的抗氧层，能很好避免内部继续氧化，提高了电缆载流量的稳定性。
隔热层材料的选取主要考虑三方面因素：一是隔热效果；二是便于连续生产；三是材料成本。隔热效果主要以材料的导热系数为判断依据，目前常采用的隔热材料玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维材料隔热效果是最好的，但是由于其较脆会给生产带来不便；石棉材料虽然加工性能较好，但是材料导热系数相对来说较高，需要隔热层厚度较厚，导体温度不能及时散发到空气中，导致电缆载流量降低，并且导致电缆外径偏大给敷设安装带来不便。陶瓷纤维材料是一种集传统绝热材料，导热系数较小、成本低、厚度薄，综合以上考虑决定采用陶瓷纤维带代替石棉带作为隔热层。
联锁铠装层为5000系列铝合金带复合陶瓷化硅橡胶退火压延而成，强度高，耐磨性强，属于非磁性材料，碰撞时不会产生火花，在接近易燃爆物品时安全可靠，其结构具有更好的弯曲性，便于敷设，同时也能阻止火焰直接冲击护套层。
在隔热层和联锁铠装层组合应用下，电缆在750℃以上火焰条件下90min后电缆内部温度在300℃左右，实现了熔点680℃铝合金不能做耐火电缆导体的可能。
防水层是由多个圆形非吸水带交联高分子吸水木浆纤维紧密排布组成，能够有效提高电缆的防水性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明：
一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，包括数根线芯，所述线芯是由铝合金导体2以及由内向外依次包裹在铝合金导体2外面的内屏蔽层3、硅橡胶包带层4、外屏蔽层5、结皮层6组成，所述线芯外依次套装有防水层8、隔热层9，所述线芯与所述防水层8之间挤包有填充层7，所述隔热层8外面包裹有联锁铠装层10，所述防水层8是由多个圆形非吸水带交联高分子吸水木浆纤维紧密排布组成，所述铝合金导体2是由多股铝合金丝向右旋转绞合而成，所述外屏蔽层5内部设有一根铝丝加热线1；所述线芯为三组；所述的内屏蔽层3、外屏蔽层5均为半导电屏蔽层；所述结皮层6为交联聚乙烯绝缘层；所述填充层7材料为阻燃石棉绳；所述隔热层9为耐火陶瓷纤维带；所述联锁铠装层10为5000系列铝合金带复合陶瓷化硅橡胶退火压延而成。
实施例：结合图1 所示说明一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆的制造过程：先将稀土铝合金丝经过圆形紧压绞合，并退火为圆形导体，具有良好的抗蠕变性、耐腐蚀性、抗外冲击性能，铝合金导体外将内屏蔽层、硅橡胶包带层、外屏蔽层三层共挤，再采用交联聚乙烯包裹，接着将多芯线芯成缆并采用填充绳阻燃石棉填充圆整；在填充圆整的线芯的外面绕包陶瓷纤维带隔热层，
外面再挤包5000系列铝合金带复合陶瓷化硅橡胶退火压延而成的联锁铠装层，保护线路不短路、断路，在作为隔热的同时本身不燃烧，同时可作为电缆的挡火层，提高电缆耐火等级。其中，在隔热层与填充层之间特殊设置有多个圆形非吸水带交联高分子吸水木浆纤维紧密排布组成的防水层8，能够有效提高电缆的防水性能。同时，在外屏蔽层内部设有一根铝丝加热线。
尽管上文对本实用新型的具体方式给予了详细描述和说明，但是应该指明的是我们可以依据对本实用新型的构想对上述各种实施方式进行各种等效改变和修改，其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时，均应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1. 一种铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，包括数根线芯，其特征在于：所述线芯是由铝合金导体以及由内向外依次包裹在铝合金导体外面的内屏蔽层、硅橡胶包带层、外屏蔽层、结皮层组成，所述线芯外依次套装有防水层、隔热层，所述线芯与所述防水层之间挤包有填充层，所述隔热层外面包裹有联锁铠装层，所述防水层是由多个圆形非吸水带交联高分子吸水木浆纤维紧密排布组成，所述铝合金导体是由多股铝合金丝向右旋转绞合而成，所述外屏蔽层内部设有一根铝丝加热线。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的中压耐火电力电缆，其特征在于：所述线芯为三组。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，其特征在于：所述的内屏蔽层、外屏蔽层均为半导电屏蔽层。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，其特征在于：所述结皮层材料为交联聚乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，其特征在于：所述填充层材料为阻燃石棉绳。
6.根据权利要求1 所述的铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，其特征在于：所述隔热层为耐火陶瓷纤维带。
7.根据权利要求1 所述的铝合金中压耐火电力电缆，其特征在于：所述联锁铠装层为5000系列铝合金带复合陶瓷化硅橡胶退火压延而成。
