本实用新型公开了一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置,包括钢带、钢带托辊和收卷辊,其中钢带以钢带托辊为依托,并卷在位于下方的收卷辊上,所述的钢带托辊两侧的支架上对称设置有呈匚形的折形架,所述折形架一端固定在支架上,另一端的端头安装有滚筒,在滚筒上套装有海绵垫,所述海绵垫与钢带侧边压接,本装置能够自动的对钢带边缘部进行脱模剂的均匀擦拭,且根据滚筒容量的大小可以有效的延长添加脱模剂的周期,极大的减小了聚酰亚胺薄膜生产的破边率,提高了产品的成品率和质量。此外,有效降低了人工操作的劳动强度,保障了人身健康安全。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及聚酰亚胺生产设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置。
背景技术
聚酰亚胺薄膜的生产过程中,流延机上聚酰亚酸树脂在钢带上被刮刀刮成薄膜,通常钢带的宽度要大于薄膜的宽度,而钢带边缘部生产过程中不接触聚酰亚胺薄膜,因此长期不清理容易在边缘部形成挥发落物状杂质,刮制的薄膜边缘接触到杂质,导致薄膜在从带钢表面剥离时受力不均而破边,甚至容易引起薄膜边缘严重收缩,造成产品大量报废,因此需要适时的对钢带边缘进行脱膜处理,而实际的生产作业间内钢带表面温度较高,手工操作危险性较大,而且脱模剂涂抹不容易均匀,无法保证薄膜边部质量。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述所存在的技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服上述技术缺陷的一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:本技术方案为一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置,包括钢带、钢带托辊和收卷辊,其中钢带以钢带托辊为依托,并卷在位于下方的收卷辊上,所述的钢带托辊两侧的支架上对称设置有呈匚形的折形架,所述折形架一端固定在支架上,另一端的端头安装有滚筒,在滚筒上套装有海绵垫,所述海绵垫与钢带侧边压接。
通过在钢套托辊上设置带有海绵的滚筒,其中海绵与钢带的两侧压接,通过往滚筒内添加脱模剂,由脱模剂浸湿海绵,通过滚筒上的海绵与卷动的钢带滚动相接,实现对钢带两侧边缘部的擦拭。根据钢带与薄膜宽度差设计滚筒上海绵体的长度,尤其保证薄膜边缘邻接的钢带部位保持相对清洁。
作为优化,所述的位于支架一侧的折形架端头安装有个数不少于2的滚筒,且沿钢带走向水平设置,沿着钢带走向增大脱模剂的擦拭面积,提高对钢带边缘部的擦拭效果,进一步避免聚酰亚胺破边的比率。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本装置能够自动的对钢带边缘部进行脱模剂的均匀擦拭,且根据滚筒容量的大小可以有效的延长添加脱模剂的周期,极大的减小了聚酰亚胺薄膜生产的破边率,提高了产品的成品率和质量。此外,有效降低了人工操作的劳动强度,保障了人身健康安全。

实施例1,本技术方案为一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置,包括钢带1、钢带托辊2和收卷辊3,其中钢带1以钢带托辊2为依托,并卷在位于下方的收卷辊3上,所述的钢带托辊2两侧的支架4上对称设置有呈匚形的折形架5,所述折形架5一端固定在支架4上,另一端的端头安装有滚筒6,在滚筒6上套装有海绵垫7,所述海绵垫7与钢带1侧边压接。本装置设置在流延机上,使用前先将脱模剂添加到滚筒6内,钢带1在收卷辊3的牵引下水平移动,钢带1上聚酰亚胺薄膜9的宽度小于钢带宽度,滚筒6上的海绵垫7小于滚筒6的长度,而大于位于钢带1上的聚酰亚胺薄膜9边缘到临近一侧钢带1边缘的距离,其中海绵垫7的边缘与位于钢带1上的聚酰亚胺薄膜9边缘相接,当钢带1水平移动,由于滚筒6上的海绵垫7与钢带1压接,在钢带1的带动下套有海绵垫7的滚筒6反向滚动,海绵垫7上的脱模剂则涂抹在钢带1边缘部,防止边缘部形成挥发落物状杂质。
实施例2,如图1和图2中所示在实施例1的基础上对折形架5上布置的滚筒6进行优化设置,所述的位于支架4一侧的折形架5端头安装有个数不少于2的滚筒,且沿钢带1走向水平设置,沿着钢带1走向增大脱模剂的擦拭面积,提高对钢带1边缘部的擦拭效果,进一步避免聚酰亚胺破边几率。

1.一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置,包括钢带、钢带托辊和收卷辊,其中钢带以钢带托辊为依托,并卷在位于下方的收卷辊上,其特征在于:所述的钢带托辊两侧的支架上对称设置有呈匚形的折形架,所述折形架一端固定在支架上,另一端的端头安装有滚筒,在滚筒上套装有海绵垫,所述海绵垫与钢带侧边压接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酰亚胺薄膜生产装置,其特征在于:所述的位于支架一侧的折形架端头安装有个数不少于2的滚筒,且沿钢带走向水平设置。
