本实用新型涉及一种医疗机械，具体是一种膀胱造瘘管。解决了膀胱造瘘管对膀胱刺激症的发生，造瘘管堵塞及固定不良的问题，一种膀胱造瘘管，包括造瘘管，造瘘管上设有气囊，造瘘管尾端设有引流口和注水口，造瘘管的管头为鱼嘴型，管头后侧设有侧方引流口，侧方引流口的口径大于造瘘管的直径，造瘘管上套有可沿造瘘管移动的固定卡。本实用新型可以减少膀胱刺激症的发生，避免造瘘管堵塞及固定不良，避免皮肤损伤及皮肤过敏反应及感染发生等情况，进而减轻患者长期使用膀胱造瘘管的痛苦。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗机械，具体是一种膀胱造瘘管。
背景技术
耻骨上膀胱造瘘术是治疗下尿路梗阻、神经性膀胱和缓解尿道损伤导致的尿潴留等疾病的一种方法，长期留置膀胱造瘘管更是缓解难治性尿储留的唯一途径。耻骨上膀胱造瘘术具有快速、便捷、简易的优点，已经在我国各级医院中广泛开展。现在我国广泛使用的膀胱造瘘管的构造有三种，第一种是普通气囊导尿管用于替代膀胱造瘘管，它在临床使用中的缺点有：1、由于气囊前端头部较长，易引发膀胱刺激症状，导致患者不能长期耐受膀胱造瘘管的置入；2、膀胱造瘘管头部仅有一个导尿孔，易堵塞。长期放置膀胱造瘘管，常常会被结石、血凝块堵塞，造成引流不畅；3、固定差。膀胱造瘘管紧贴头部导尿孔的下方有一个气囊，充气或充水后胀大进而起到防止造瘘管脱出膀胱的作用。但是由于气囊只是防止造瘘管向体外脱出，而无法控制造瘘管向膀胱内深入。造瘘管如果深入膀胱过多，首先会造成造瘘管反折影响导尿，其次可能把腹部的细菌带入膀胱造成感染；4、易过敏。膀胱造瘘管体外部分固定大多依靠缝线或胶布固定，易产生缝线反应及胶布过敏反应，极易造成皮肤损伤及感染，给患者带来痛苦，同时给临床工作带来困难。第二种是蘑菇头膀胱造瘘管，其缺点是：1、固定差，造瘘管固定需要胶布黏贴固定，长期固定致皮肤过敏；2、更换困难，特别对于肥胖患者，插入困难，更换拔出时易断裂。第三种是普通硅胶管，缺点是不易固定，易脱落。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决膀胱造瘘管对膀胱刺激症的发生，造瘘管堵塞及固定不良的问题，提供一种新型的膀胱造瘘管。
本实用新型采取以下技术方案：一种膀胱造瘘管，包括造瘘管，造瘘管上设有气囊，造瘘管尾端设有引流口和注水口，造瘘管的管头为鱼嘴型，管头后侧设有侧方引流口，侧方引流口的口径大于造瘘管的直径，造瘘管上套有可沿造瘘管移动的固定卡。所述鱼嘴型为向管体内的V形槽口结构。临床工作中行耻骨上膀胱造瘘术后置入造瘘管，鱼嘴型造瘘管相比圆头造瘘管引流通畅，可以减轻对膀胱的刺激，减少患者膀胱刺激症的发生率。侧方引流口的口径大于造瘘管的直径，一方面有助于尿液的引流，另一方面引流顺畅后能减少结石、感染的发生率。依据患者腹壁薄厚程度调整体外固定卡与气囊间的距离，膀胱内的气囊和腹壁上的卡子，起到固定造瘘管的作用，使造瘘管在膀胱内有合适的长度，避免造瘘管打折和脱出。同时，该固定装置位于膀胱造瘘管上，不仅不会造成皮肤损伤，而且也避免了因胶布产生的皮肤过敏反应。
所述的侧方引流口设有2个，对称设置在造瘘管的两侧。
所述的固定卡的的伸出端上开孔并由螺旋结构锁紧。通过螺旋扣松紧调整及固定体外的固定卡在膀胱造瘘管上的位置。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是，可以减少膀胱刺激症的发生，避免造瘘管堵塞及固定不良，避免皮肤损伤及皮肤过敏反应及感染发生等情况，进而减轻患者长期使用膀胱造瘘管的痛苦。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种膀胱造瘘管，包括造瘘管5，造瘘管5上设有气囊3，造瘘管5尾端设有引流口7和注水口6，造瘘管5的管头1为鱼嘴型，所述鱼嘴型为向管体内的V形槽口结构，管头1后侧设有侧方引流口2，侧方引流口2的口径大于造瘘管5的直径，造瘘管5上套有可沿造瘘管移动的固定卡4。
所述的侧方引流口2设有2个，对称设置在造瘘管5的两侧。
所述的固定卡4的伸出端上开孔并由螺旋结构锁紧。
鱼嘴型造瘘管相比圆头造瘘管引流通畅。可以减轻对膀胱的刺激，减少患者膀胱刺激症的发生率。本实用新型的膀胱造瘘管头部侧后方设置2个开口，同时开口的孔径大于造瘘管。一方面有助于尿液的引流，另一方面引流顺畅后能减少结石、感染的发生率。
对比现有的膀胱造瘘管，本实用新型在气囊上方设置一个固定卡。临床工作中行耻骨上膀胱造瘘术后置入造瘘管，依据患者腹壁薄厚程度调整体外固定卡与气囊间的距离，膀胱内的气囊和腹壁上的卡子，起到固定造瘘管的作用，使造瘘管在膀胱内有合适的长度，避免造瘘管打折和脱出。同时，该固定装置位于膀胱造瘘管上，不仅不会造成皮肤损伤，而且也避免了因胶布产生的皮肤过敏反应。

1.一种膀胱造瘘管，包括造瘘管（5），造瘘管（5）上设有气囊（3），造瘘管（5）尾端设有引流口（7）和注水口（6），其特征在于：造瘘管（5）的管头（1）为鱼嘴型，管头（1）后部设有侧方引流口（2），侧方引流口（2）的口径大于造瘘管（5）的直径，造瘘管（5）上套有可沿造瘘管移动的固定卡（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膀胱造瘘管，其特征在于：所述的侧方引流口（2）设有2个，对称设置在造瘘管（5）的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的膀胱造瘘管，其特征在于：所述的固定卡（4）的伸出端上开孔并由螺旋结构锁紧。
