Abstract
一种玉米收获机割台后方的调节机构，把两个内芯的前端插入两个外套中，把两个外套纵向安装在玉米收获机割台后方的两边，内芯的后端固定在拖拉机前横梁的两侧，旋转内芯外部丝杆上的前螺母和后螺母，能改变割台到发动机之间的距离。

本实用新型涉及一种玉米收获机技术，尤其涉及一种玉米收获机割台后方的调节机构。
背景技术
在现有技术中，玉米收获机的割台于拖拉机之间的联接是固定不动的，难以配备恰好长度的传动皮带，一但磨损发热伸长，就打滑丢失动力，玉米收获机不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是，为了克服现有玉米收获机与拖拉机的联接，不具备远近调节功能，本实用新型提供一种玉米收获机割台后方的调节机构，能改变玉米收获机与发动机之间的距离，达到涨紧传动皮带的目的。
本实用新型的技术方案是以下述方式实现的：把两个内芯(1)的前端分别插入两个外套(2)中，把两个外套(2)纵向安装在玉米收获机割台架(3)后方的两边，内芯(1)的后端固定在拖拉机前横梁(4)的两侧。
所说的内芯(1)外部有丝杆(5)穿过外套(2)上的定板(6)，定板(6)的两边有前螺母(7)和后螺母(8)。
本实用新型有益的效果是：根据需要随时调节前螺母(7)和后螺母(8)涨紧或放松传动皮带(9)，使玉米收获机正常工作，结构简单，操作方便。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、所示的实施例中，把两个内芯1的前端分别插入两个外套2中，把两个外套2纵向安装在玉米收获机割台架3后方的两边，内芯1的后端固定在拖拉机前横梁4的两侧。
内芯1外部有丝杆5穿过外套2上的定板6，定板6的两边有前螺母7和后螺母8。
工作过程：根据机手的需要，旋动前螺母7和后螺母8向着割台方向运动，能涨紧传动皮带9，旋动后螺母8和前螺母7，向着发动机方向运动，能放松传动皮带9。

1.一种玉米收获机割台后方的调节机构，把两个内芯(1)的前端分别插入两个外套(2)中，其特征在于：把两个外套(2)纵向安装在玉米收获机割台架(3)后方的两边，内芯(1)的后端固定在拖拉机前横梁(4)的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉米收获机割台后方的调节机构，其特征在于：内芯(1)外部有丝杆(5)穿过外套(2)上的定板(6)，定板(6)的两边有前螺母(7)和后螺母(8)。
