一种模拟真火发光的照明装置
技术领域
本申请涉及电子照明装置,特别涉及一种模拟真火发光的照明装置。 
背景技术
电子蜡烛作为一种软装饰品,既有照明的实用性和安全性,又兼具观赏、装饰性,在酒店、教堂和家庭等场所得到大量使用。而模拟真火的电子蜡烛,其发光部分模拟传统照明蜡烛的火焰形态,或忽明忽暗,或摇曳不定,具有一定的趣味性;又其能够营造出一种宁静祥和的氛围,使人情绪放松,也大受欢迎。 
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的是:提供一种模拟真火燃烧的照明装置,具体地,本例提供一种模拟真火发光的照明装置,包括发光板、控制板和机座;
发光板与控制板电连接;
发光板包括发光体,多个发光体排列布置成显示面;
发光板、控制板分别安装于机座,且显示面凸出于机座上端面;
控制板控制部分发光体点亮和/或部分所述发光体关断,在所述显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果。
在一种实施例中,发光体为长方形颗粒状,倾斜均布排列于发光板上部。
在一种实施例中,发光板具有正反两面的显示面。
在一种实施例中,机座包括安装座和电源组件,电源组件设置于安装座内,并与控制板电连接;安装座顶部开设有通孔;在工作状态下,显示面通过该通孔凸伸于安装座顶部。
在一种例中,发光板与控制板连为一体,上部为发光板,下部为控制板。
在一种实施例中,发光体为LED。
在一种实施例中,照明装置还包括蜡桶,蜡桶上端设有基板;
基板设有用于发光板穿过的通孔,机座置于蜡桶内。
在另一种实施例中,照明装置包括升降机构;
升降机构安装于安装座内,其运动输出端控制发光体隐藏于安装座内或凸伸于安装座顶部。
进一步中,升降机构包括升降板、牙箱和驱动器;
安装座内设有配合升降板升降的滑道,升降板后侧容置于滑道内,升降板右侧设有用于固定发光板的定位槽,发光板末端置于定位槽内,升降板左侧设有升降轮齿,牙箱安装于安装座内,牙箱内设有牙箱齿轮,且牙箱齿轮与升降轮齿相互啮合传动;
驱动器是电机,电机安装于安装座内,电机的齿轮与牙箱齿轮相互啮合传动,驱动牙箱齿轮旋转,牙箱齿轮带动升降板上升或下降。
在又一种实施例中,机座包括用于安装发光板的安装台和用于支撑安装台的安装座;安装座上端设有凹槽或通孔,凹槽或通孔内设有限位台阶;
安装台具有与限位台阶相吻合的肩部,该肩部下端面置于限位台阶上,肩部及肩部以下嵌设于所述凹槽或通孔之内。
进一步,发光板两侧缘分别设有限位台,安装台设有与限位台相配合的肩部通孔;
发光板通过肩部通孔置于安装座内,且发光体置于肩部上表面。
在又一种实施例中,照明装置还包括一模拟为燃烧中火焰形态的火焰壳体,火焰壳体包覆显示面。
在又一种实施例中,照明装置包括泡壳,泡壳与机座相接,并将显示面罩设于其中。
进一步,机座还包括限位板;
限位板开设有与发光板横断面相配合的通孔,限位板的底端设有与限位台相配合的限位槽;
发光板末端置于安装座内,限位板通过通孔紧固发光板,且限位槽卡设于限位台,泡壳包覆发光体,并螺接于安装座内。
在又一种实施例中,机座包括紧固块和容纳腔;
紧固块设有与发光板横断面相配合的通道;
容纳腔螺接于安装座内,发光板末端置于容纳腔内,紧固块通过通道紧固所述发光板于容纳腔内,泡壳包覆发光体,并与容纳腔上端相承接。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请提供的照明装置,其发光板包括发光体,多个发光体排列布置成显示面,控制板控制部分发光体点亮和/或部分发光体关断,在显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果,使得本申请的照明装置更逼真于真火燃烧的效果,具有一定的趣味性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,本例的照明装置为电子蜡烛,包括发光板2、控制板和机座3,发光板2上设有用于模拟蜡烛芯体发光的发光体21,发光板2与控制板连为一体,上部为发光板2,下部为控制板,发光板2与控制板电连接;发光体21呈长方形颗粒状,且多个发光体21排列设置于发光板2上,并形成显示面;发光板2至少一面具有显示面,本例中,发光板2具有正反两面的显示面,发光板2安装于机座3,且发光体21凸伸于机座3上端面;控制板控制部分发光体21点亮和/或部分发光体21关断,或者,控制板控制部分发光体21渐亮和/或部分发光体21渐暗,或者,控制板控制部分发光体21点亮和/部分发光体21关断,以及控制部分发光体21渐亮和/或部分发光体21渐暗,在显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果。
为了使本例的电子蜡烛的点亮效果更逼真于真火燃烧的效果,本例的发光体21倾斜匀布排列于发光板2上部,在其他实施例中,发光体21可以是圆形或其他形状,发光体21可以竖直或平整均匀排列于发光板2上部,或者发光体21以其他方式排列于发光板2上部,发光体21的线路原理图如图3所示,控制板根据PWM信号控制部分发光体21点亮,部分发光体21关断,如,控制板采用矩阵的方式选择第1行第2列的发光体21点亮或关断。本例具体采用:MCU控制多颗LED灯的部分点亮或熄灭形成图案,来模仿自然火焰的动态效果。其中1个 MCU采用扫描的方式来控制LED的正电源,同时发出同步信号,通知另外MCU来分别控制对应的LED的负电源来达到控制LED灯的点亮及熄灭,从而实现不同的火焰图形,让人感觉到火焰的变化。
进一步,本例的机座3包括安装座32和电源组件,电源组件设置于安装座32内,并与控制板电连接;安装座32顶部开设有通孔;在工作状态下,显示面通过该通孔凸伸于安装座32顶部。具体的,机座3设有容纳电源组件的电池座以及与电池座相配合的电池盖。
电池座置于安装座32内,电池座的开口向下,电池盖可拆卸盖设于电池座的开口。根据需要,可以设置电池座容纳1.5V的电池2节或4节,本例的电池座装设有1.5V的电池2节用于向控制板提供电源,当用户使用本例的电子蜡烛时,用户打开电池座上的开关,控制板根据该开关信号控制部分发光体21点亮和部分发光体21关断,从而在显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果。
为了使本实用新型的电子蜡烛模拟传统蜡烛的质感和观感,本例的电子蜡烛还包括蜡桶1,且蜡桶1以石蜡制成或外表面覆盖石蜡。本例的蜡桶1上端设有基板11,基板11设有用于发光板2穿入的通孔111,机座3置于蜡桶1内;发光板2置于安装座32内,发光板2上的显示面通过该通孔111凸伸于基板11上表面,如图4所示。
本例的发光体21具体选用的是LED,控制板可以通过PWM脉宽调制控制部分LED点亮,达到LED模拟真火发光的效果。
实施例二:
在实施例一的基础上,本例提供的电子蜡烛还包括升降机构4,目的是实现
本例的电子蜡烛不需点亮时,发光体21隐藏于机座3内,本例的发光体21上端面设计为黑色,目的是:当发光体21隐藏于机座3内时,使得电子蜡烛的外观类似于木头,当电子蜡烛需要点亮时,发光体21凸伸于基板11上端面,电子蜡烛燃亮,从而带给用户不同的外观视觉,以及带给用户新鲜的体验感。
如图5所示,升降机构4安装于安装座32内,升降机构4的运动输出端控制发光体21隐藏于安装座32内或显露于基板11上表面。
进一步,如图6所示,升降机构4包括升降板41、牙箱42和驱动器43;安装座32内设有配合升降板41升降的滑道,升降板41后侧容置于滑道内,升降板41右侧设有用于固定发光板2的定位槽411,发光板2末端置于定位槽411内,升降板41左侧设有升降轮齿412,牙箱42安装于安装座32内,牙箱42内设有牙箱齿轮421,且牙箱齿轮421与升降轮齿412相互啮合传动;驱动器43优选为电机,电机安装于安装座32内,且电机的齿轮与牙箱齿轮421相互啮合传动,驱动牙箱齿轮421旋转,牙箱齿轮421带动升降板41上升或下降。通过电机的正转和反转,达到发光体21的显露和隐藏效果,使得用户使用本例的电子蜡烛时,具有一定的趣味性。
在其他实施例中,驱动器43可以是油压泵或其他传动机构。
当用户使用本例的电子蜡烛时,用户通过打开电池座上的开关或其他地方设计的开关,控制板根据该开关信号在预设时间内控制电机工作,电机的齿轮驱动牙箱齿轮421旋转,牙箱齿轮带动升降板41上升,进而使得发光体21显露于基板11上表面,同时控制板控制部分发光体21点亮和部分发光体21关断,从而在显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果,当用户不使用本例的电子蜡烛时,控制板控制点亮的发光体21关断,发光体21隐藏于安装座32内。
实施例三:
基于实施例一,本例的电子蜡烛的结构爆炸图如图7所示,包括蜡桶1、发光板2和机座3,本例将蜡桶1、发光板2和机座3的结构相对于实施例一稍微作变形。
本例的机座3包括用于安装发光板2的安装台31和用于支撑安装台31的安装座32;安装座32上端设有凹槽或通孔,凹槽或通孔内设有限位台阶;安装台31具有与限位台阶相吻合的肩部311,该肩部311下端面置于限位台阶上,肩部311及肩部311以下嵌设于凹槽或通孔之内。
本例的发光板2两侧缘分别设有限位台22,安装台31设有与限位台22相配合的定位槽312;发光板2通过定位槽312置于安装座32内,且所述发光体21置于肩部311上表面。
本例的蜡桶1上端设有基板11,基板11设有用于发光板2穿过的通孔111;机座3置于蜡桶1内,发光体21通过通孔111凸出于基板11上表面。
本例的通孔111设计为圆形,限位台22分别设置于控制板两侧缘,本例中,定位槽312内可以设计有与限位台22相对应的限位凹槽,限位凹槽达到将限位台22容置于肩部通孔312内即可;在其他实施例中,可以不设计定位槽312,组装本例的电子蜡烛时,可以将限位台22置于肩部311上表面,以及位于基板11下表面,通过基板11与肩部311的夹持固定发光板2。
通过电源组件向控制板提供电源,控制板控制部分发光体21点亮和部分发光体21关断,从而在显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果。
实施例四:
在实施例三的基础上,本例的不同之处在于,如图8所示,本例的照明装置还包括一模拟为燃烧中火焰形态的火焰壳体5,火焰壳体5包覆发光体21凸出基面11上表面的部分,形成一个完整了模拟燃烧中的火焰体。具体的,本例的火焰壳体5优选为透明或半透明的火焰罩,将显示面置于火焰罩内,其目的是:将LED隐藏于火焰罩内,当照明装置处于工作状态或不工作状态时,用户都不会直观地看到发光板2上的LED,所以本例的火焰罩使照明装置具有优美的外观,而且,使得本例的电子蜡烛在点亮时,带给用户更逼真的燃烧效果。
实施例五:
在实施例三和实施例四的基础上,本例提供一种具有标准接口(比如E27)的灯泡,如图9所示,本例的灯泡包括泡壳6、发光板2、控制板和机座3,发光板2和控制板的结构与实施例三的发光板2和控制板类同,不作赘述,本例的机座3相对于实施例的机座3稍微作变形。
本例中,机座3包括限位板33;泡壳6末端设有处螺纹,安装座32内部设有相应的内螺纹,限位板33开设有与发光板2横断面相配合的通孔,限位33的底端设有与限位台22相配合的限位槽331;发光板2末端置于安装座32内,限位板33通过通孔紧固发光板2,且限位槽331卡设于限位台22,泡壳6包覆发光体21,并螺接于安装座32内,本例的灯泡整体结构示意图如图10所示,由于本例的发光板2包括多个长方开颗粒状的发光体21,且发光体21呈倾斜排列,并形成显示面,使得本例的灯泡在点亮时,更逼真于真火的燃烧效果。安装座32的外部结构表现为适用于现有家用照明接头的标准接口,比如E27。
实施例六:
在实施例三和实施例四的基础上,本例提供另外一种具有标准接口的灯泡,如图11所示,本例的灯泡包括泡壳6、发光板2、控制板和机座3,发光板2和控制板的结构与实施例三的发光板2和控制板类同,不作赘述,本例的机座3相对于实施例的机座3稍微作变形。
本例中,机座3包括紧固块34和容纳腔35;安装座32内设有内螺纹,容纳腔35末端设有相应的外螺纹,紧固块34设有与发光板2相配合的通道341;容纳腔35螺接于安装座32内,发光板2末端置于容纳腔35内,紧固块34通过通道341紧固发光板2于容纳腔35内,泡壳6包覆发光体21,并与容纳腔35上端相承接,本例的灯泡整体结构示意图如图12所示,由于本例的发光板2包括多个长方开颗粒状的发光体21,且发光体21呈倾斜排列,并形成显示面,使得本例的灯泡在点亮时,更逼真于真火的燃烧效果。同样的,安装座32的外部结构表现为适用于现有家用照明接头的标准接口,比如E14、MR16等。
本实用新型的照明装置除用于家用照明外,在其他实施例中,还可用于赏玩的灯笼、许愿灯、火把、壁炉、户外灯饰、墙壁灯饰等等产品中。

Claims (15)

1.一种模拟真火发光的照明装置,其特征在于:包括发光板(2)、控制板和机座(3);
所述发光板(2)与所述控制板电连接;
所述发光板(2)包括多个发光体(21),所述多个发光体排列布置成显示面;
所述控制板安装于所述机座(3);所述发光板(2)与所述控制板相接,或安装于所述机座、且所述显示面凸出于所述机座(3)上端面;
所述控制板动态控制部分所述发光体(21)点亮和/或部分所述发光体(21)熄灭,在所述显示面上形成动态火焰燃烧效果。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述发光体(21)为长方形颗粒状,倾斜均布、排列于所述发光板(2)上部。
3.如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述发光板(2)具有正反两面的所述显示面。
4.如权利要求2所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述机座(3)包括安装座(32)和电源组件,所述电源组件设置于所述安装座(32)内,并与所述控制板电连接;所述安装座(32)顶部开设有通孔;在工作状态下,所述显示面通过该通孔凸伸出所述安装座(32)顶部。
5.如权利要求4所述的照明装置,其特征在于,还包括升降机构(4);
所述升降机构(4)安装于所述安装座(32)内,其运动输出端与所述发光板(2)相接,驱动所述发光板(2)隐藏于所述安装座(32)内或凸伸出所述安装座(32)顶部。
6.如权利要求4所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述机座(3)还包括用于安装所述发光板(2)的安装台(31);所述安装座(32)上端设有凹槽或通孔,所述凹槽或通孔内设有限位台阶;
所述安装台(31)具有与所述限位台阶相吻合的肩部(311),该肩部(311)下端面置于所述限位台阶上,所述肩部(311)及肩部(311)以下嵌设于所述凹槽或通孔之内。
7.如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构(4)包括升降板(41)、牙箱(42)和驱动器(43);
所述安装座(32)内设有配合所述升降板(41)升降的滑道,所述升降板(41)后侧容置于所述滑道内,所述升降板(41)右侧设有用于固定所述发光板(2)的定位槽(411),所述发光板(2)末端置于所述定位槽(411)内,所述升降板(41)左侧设有升降轮齿(412),所述牙箱(42)安装于所述安装座(32)内,所述牙箱(42)内设有牙箱齿轮(421),且所述牙箱齿轮(421)与所述升降轮齿(412)相互啮合传动;
所述驱动器(43)为电机,所述电机安装于安装座(32)内,且所述电机的齿轮与所述牙箱齿轮(421)相互啮合传动,驱动所述牙箱齿轮(421)旋转,所述牙箱齿轮(421)带动所述升降板(41)上升或下降。
8.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述发光板(2)两侧缘分别设有限位台(22),所述安装台(31)设有与所述限位台(22)相配合的定位槽(312);
所述发光板(2)通过所述定位槽(312)置于所述安装座(32)内,且所述发光体(21)置于所述肩部(311)上表面。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,还包括蜡桶(1),所述蜡桶(1)上部设有基板(11);
所述基板(11)设有用于发光板(2)穿过的通孔(111),所述机座(3)置于所述蜡桶(1)内;
所述显示面通过所述通孔(111)凸伸出所述基板(11)上表面或隐藏于所述安装座(32)内。
10.如权利要求9所述的照明装置,其特征在于,还包括一模拟为燃烧中火焰形态的火焰壳体(5),所述显示面被罩设于所述火焰壳体(5)之内。
11.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述发光板(2)与控制板连为一体,上部为所述发光板(2),下部为所述控制板。
12.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述发光体(21)为LED。
13.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于:还包括泡壳(6);所述泡壳(6)与所述机座(3)相接,并将所述显示面罩设于其中。
14.如权利要求13所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述机座(3)还包括限位板(33);
所述限位板(33)开设有与所述发光板(2)横断面相配合的通孔,所述限位板(33)的底端设有与所述限位台(22)相配合的限位槽(331);
所述发光板(2)末端置于所述安装座(32)内,所述限位板(33)通过所述通孔紧固所述发光板(2),且所述限位槽(331)卡设于所述限位台(22),所述泡壳(6)包覆所述发光体(21),并螺接于所述安装座(32)内。
15.如权利要求13所述的照明装置,其特征在于,所述机座(3)还包括紧固块(34)和容纳腔(35);
所述紧固块(34)设有与所述发光板(2)横断面相配合的通道(341);
所述容纳腔(35)螺接于所述安装座(32)内,所述发光板(2)末端置于所述容纳腔(35)内,所述紧固块(34)通过所述通道(341)紧固所述发光板(2)于所述容纳腔(35)内,所述泡壳(6)包覆所述发光体(21),并与所述容纳腔(35)上端相承接。
