随着肉制品的需求日益增大，操作人员的劳动强度也随之增大，且肉类经过速冻后，以纯手工的方式进行切割是相当困难的，因此，必须等待肉类解冻以后切割，如此一来，工作效率大大的降低，且时间久了，肉的新鲜度也不高，不能及时有效地切割出所需要的肉类。

为弥补现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种切肉机。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案：
一种切肉机，包括机架、电机、气缸、切肉平台和切肉刀，所述切肉平台固定在机架上，所述切肉平台上固定有两相对的挡板，所述挡板左端处略微向内弯曲，即两挡板之间左端的间距略小于右端的间距，在两挡板之间设有压板，且在两挡板之间的右侧设有推板，所述推板固定在气缸的活塞杆上，推板可在两挡板之间左右活动，在切肉平台的左侧处架设有放置台，所述放置台的上方固定有电机，放置台下方固定有固定环，设有转轴穿过固定环，转轴上设有定位环，所述定位环上固定有多个切肉刀，所述切肉刀呈放射形排列，且切肉刀位于切肉平台左侧边沿处的上方，电机通过减速机传动连接转轴，且转轴顺时针旋转，在定位环上位于每个切肉刀的右侧开有出气孔，转轴的一端为中空，设有导气管穿过转轴的中空部分固定在定位环位置处，且导气管的开口向着左侧，导气管的另一侧接有风机，在机架的左侧设有接肉斗，所述接肉斗的右侧与切肉平台左侧边沿相接触，接肉斗的左侧上端向右弯曲，且弯曲部位于切肉刀的左上方。

本实用新型结构简单，挡板左端处略微向内弯曲，防止切肉过程中肉在切刀转动的力量中向左滑动过多导致切的肉不均匀，导气管的设置可将粘在切刀上的肉吹到接肉斗内，防止肉粘在切刀上影响后面的切割。

如图1、图2所示，一种切肉机，包括机架2、电机8、气缸6、切肉平台1和切肉刀12，所述切肉平台1固定在机架2上，所述切肉平台上固定有两相对的挡板3，所述挡板左端处略微向内弯曲，即两挡板之间左端的间距略小于右端的间距，在两挡板之间设有压板4，且在两挡板之间的右侧设有推板5，所述推板固定在气缸6的活塞杆上，推板可在两挡板之间左右活动，在切肉平台的左侧处架设有放置台7，所述放置台的上方固定有电机8，放置台下方固定有固定环9，设有转轴10穿过固定环，转轴上设有定位环11，所述定位环上固定有多个切肉刀12，所述切肉刀呈放射形排列，且切肉刀位于切肉平台左侧边沿处的上方，电机通过减速机13传动连接转轴，且转轴顺时针旋转，在定位环上位于每个切肉刀的右侧开有出气孔17，转轴的一端为中空，设有导气管14穿过转轴的中空部分固定在定位环位置处，且导气管的开口向着左侧，导气管的另一侧接有风机15，在机架的左侧设有接肉斗16，所述接肉斗的右侧与切肉平台左侧边沿相接触，接肉斗的左侧上端向右弯曲，且弯曲部位于切肉刀的左上方。
