本实用新型目的是提供一种带钢开卷装置,开卷时减少对带钢内圈的影响,防止带钢发生扭曲变形,解决背景技术中存在的问题。

一种带钢开卷装置,包含卷筒、减速机、电机、底座和支撑座,电机输出轴与减速机连接,减速机固定在底座上,减速机输出轴与卷筒连接,卷筒端部设有支撑座,所述卷筒包含卷筒轴、轴向拉杆、定位销、滑套和扇形块,卷筒端部设有卷筒轴,卷筒轴与支撑座支撑连接,靠近卷筒轴一端的卷筒内设有轴向拉杆,卷筒沿圆周方向均匀设置多个滑套和扇形块,相邻两个扇形块侧边具有相互啮合的矩形凸缘,轴向拉杆通过滑套与扇形块连接。
所述滑套呈四棱锥形。
采用本实用新型,开卷时,通过轴向拉杆拉动滑套,使扇形块做径向运动,相邻两个扇形块侧边具有相互啮合的矩形凸缘,可以减少对带钢内层的影响,顺利完成带钢的开卷工作。

开卷时,通过轴向拉杆8拉动四棱锥形滑套10,使扇形块11做径向运动,相邻两个扇形块侧边具有相互啮合的矩形凸缘,可以减少对带钢内层的影响,顺利完成带钢的开卷工作。
