Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种双面胶带，包括基材，与基材上表面依次贴合的可移位感压胶、保护膜，与基材下表面依次贴合的永久粘性感压胶、离型纸，所述基材为上下表面附着有碳化硅颗粒并添加耐热剂或者导电剂的黑白双色PET膜。本实用新型通过在基材上下表面贴合不同粘性的感压胶，满足不同客户的需要，显著降低了材料成本，同时对基材的改进提高了产品的防滑性、阻隔性、耐热性、遮光性。

背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展，电子产品的不断微型化，在产品的制作过程中，胶黏剂产品扮演着重要的角色，对胶黏剂产品的厚度要求也越来越高，普通的胶带已满足不了市场的需求，不仅用途单一且存在性能不足的问题，如遮光、耐热、防滑等产品指标均不能满足市场上的需要。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种高性能的双面胶带。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的一种双面胶带，包括基材，与基材上表面依次贴合的可移位感压胶、保护膜，与基材下表面依次贴合的的永久粘性感压胶、离型纸，所述基材为上下表面附着有碳化硅颗粒并添加耐热剂或者导电剂的黑白双色PET膜。通过在基材上下表面贴合不同粘性的感压胶，满足不同客户的需要，显著降低了材料成本；黑白双色PET膜可以显著提高遮光效果。通过设置碳化硅颗粒可以提高双面胶带的防滑性、硬度以及避免刮花，有效延长产品使用寿命。
所述基材的厚度为20～30um，确保产品的光反射作用。
所述离型纸为牛皮纸。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、本实用新型通过设计不同的粘性的感压胶层，在节约材料的同时实现不同粘性粘贴的需要。
2、通过对基材的改进提高了整体的防滑性、阻隔性、耐热性、遮光性。

具体实施方式
实施例1：
如图1所示的双面胶带，包括依次贴合的保护膜1、可移位感压胶2、基材3，永久 粘性感压胶4、离型纸5；基材3为黑白双色PET膜，厚度为20um，上下表面附着有碳化硅颗粒同时添加耐热剂；离型纸5为牛皮纸。
实施例2：
如图1所示的双面胶带，包括依次贴合的保护膜1、可移位感压胶2、基材3，永久粘性感压胶4、离型纸5；基材3为黑白双色PET膜，厚度为30um，上下表面附着有碳化硅颗粒同时添加导电剂；离型纸5为牛皮纸。

1.一种双面胶带，其特征在于：包括基材(3)，与基材(3)上表面依次贴合的可移位感压胶(2)、保护膜(1)，与基材(3)下表面依次贴合的的永久粘性感压胶(4)、离型纸(5)，所述基材(3)为上下表面附着有碳化硅颗粒并添加耐热剂或者导电剂的黑白双色PET膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面胶带，其特征在于：所述基材(3)的厚度为20～30um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面胶带，其特征在于：所述离型纸(5)为牛皮纸。
