Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种智能控制水龙头，它包括带手动阀芯的龙头、智能控制模块、出水管路、冷水进水管路、热水进水管路、磁簧感应装置；所述的出水管路、冷水进水管路与热水进水管路皆连接在龙头中的手动阀芯上；智能控制模块串联于出水管路中，磁簧感应装置安装在出水管路上，通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接。由于本实用新型在出水管路上安装磁簧感应装置并通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接，向智能控制模块输送控制信号，启闭水龙头的水流。这种通过抽拉出水管路控制水流通断的方式，使用起来十分方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水龙头，特别是涉及一种智能控制水龙头。
背景技术
常规台式水龙头通常是依照水龙头的外观来设计，一般是手动机械操作。随着电子感应水龙头的不断出现，自动水龙头成为必然选择。自动水龙头是通过人体感应获取信号输送给控制模块，再由电源提供动力给供水系统，供水系统控制水的开关供人使用。这种习用的自动水龙头（包括抽拉式水龙头）的控制方式大都是控制模块通过红外感应器获取启闭信号。由于抽拉式水龙头具有独特的结构，习用的结构中，由于需清洗的位置远近，均是在出水状态，通过抽拉水龙头对远距离的地方进行冲洗，目前，业内还没有利用抽拉水龙头来实现水路的开启及关闭的控制，业者希望能实现此控制方式。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用方便的智能控制水龙头。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
本实用新型是一种智能控制水龙头,它包括带手动阀芯的龙头、智能控制模块、出水管路、冷水进水管路及热水进水管路；所述的出水管路、冷水进水管路与热水进水管路皆连接在龙头中的手动阀芯上；智能控制模块串联于出水管路中；它还包括一磁簧感应装置；该磁簧感应装置安装在出水管路上，通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接。
所述的磁簧感应装置由磁簧开关和磁铁组成，磁铁包裹在出水管路上，磁簧开关安装在龙头本体内且位于磁铁移动轨迹的一侧。
本实用新型还包括红外感应器，该红外感应器设在台面上方的龙头上，其通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型在出水管路上安装磁簧感应装置并通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接，向智能控制模块输送控制信号，启闭水龙头的水流。这种通过抽拉出水管路控制水流通断的方式，使用起来十分方便。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1、图4所示，本实用新型是一种智能控制水龙头,它包括带手动阀芯的龙头1、红外感应器2、智能控制模块3、出水管路4、冷水进水管路5、热水进水管路6和磁簧感应装置7。
所述的出水管路4、冷水进水管路5与热水进水管路6皆连接在龙头1中的手动阀芯上；智能控制模块3串联于出水管路4中。
所述的磁簧感应装置7由磁簧开关71和磁铁72组成。磁铁72包裹在出水管路4上，磁簧开关71安装在龙头1本体11内且位于磁铁72移动轨迹的一侧，以便从移动的磁铁72上获取控制信号，磁簧开关71通过馈线与智能控制模块3连接。
所述的红外感应器2设在台面上方的龙头上，其通过馈线与智能控制模块3连接。
本实用新型的工作原理：
开启龙头1把手12(红外感应器2处于关水状态时)将花洒13向下抽拉,从而抽拉出水管路4，包裹在出水管路4上的磁铁72随出水管路4上移并远离磁簧开关71，磁簧开关71输送开启信号给智能控制模块3(当龙头1处于无抽拉出水状态时，将花洒向下抽拉龙头1仍处于出水状态），龙头1出水。此时龙头1上的红外感应器2处于失效状态，当到达设定出水时间后龙头1停水,红外感应器2恢复感应功能，当需继续使龙头1出水则再次启动下红外感应器2即可(红外感应器2出水功能在抽拉出水到达设定时间后是处于正常使用状态的)。
如图2所示，在把手12开启且抽拉出水状态下，当花洒13回到起始位置后龙头1在磁簧感应装置7的作用下自动停水。
如图3所示，当龙头1无论处于感应出水或抽拉出水状态下关闭把手12后都处于停水状态。
此外，本实用新型还可以有以下几种使用模式：
开启把手12，龙头1不出水，启动红外感应器2后龙头1出水，到达设定时间后龙头1自动停水。
把手12开启且龙头1在出水状态下再次启动红外感应器2龙头1停水或把手12关闭后龙头1停水。
本实用新型的重点就在于：采用磁簧感应装置控制出水。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已，故不能以此限定本实用新型实施的范围，即依本实用新型申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰，皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种智能控制水龙头,它包括带手动阀芯的龙头、智能控制模块、出水管路、冷水进水管路及热水进水管路；所述的出水管路、冷水进水管路与热水进水管路皆连接在龙头中的手动阀芯上；智能控制模块串联于出水管路中；其特征在于：它还包括一磁簧感应装置；该磁簧感应装置安装在出水管路上，通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能控制水龙头，其特征在于：所述的磁簧感应装置由磁簧开关和磁铁组成，磁铁包裹在出水管路上，磁簧开关安装在龙头本体内且位于磁铁移动轨迹的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能控制水龙头，其特征在于：它还包括红外感应器，该红外感应器设在台面上方的龙头上，其通过馈线或直接与智能控制模块连接。
